Error occured while installing urm on content server

Question

we are trying to install urm version '10.1.3.5.0 (Build 07_06_2009)' on content server '10.1.3.3.3 (080807)'
error occurs with the server output log:

Hi
This error is happening since you are trying to install URM 10.1.3.5 on UCM 10.1.3.3.3 and the error mentions "dDecimalScale" .This new value has been introduced from UCM 10.1.3.5.0 and for that you will have to donwload the latest patchset 6907073 from metalink and install and enable the same on CS.
Then restart the CS and pretty sure you will not hit this issue. This issue has come up as a result of version mismatch.
