As mentioned in the error, I tried with --force option also. But still the same coming again again.
Thanks in advance.

This error can occur if you mix incompatible versions of Deployment Template and Platform Services following your upgrade. Double-check the versions installed, and especially check the value of the ENDECA_ROOT environment variable.
See also support doc ID 1043309.1 and the [compatibility matrix|http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E38680_02/Common.311/pdf/OracleEndecaCommerceCompatibility.pdf] for useful information on this issue.

    The after paramform does some major data manipulations, writing to temporary tables (on commit preserve rows), that are used in queries from the reports.
    This seems to go allright. The setup of all queries, program units etc passes as well. But when the report has to start formatting, I get a "1247 Program Unit not compiled" error message. This is an excerpt from the engine trace

  • Errors - ORA-01034, ORA-27101 & Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or dir

    I have installed Oracle 10g database and AS 10g on SUSE linux EE 10 (SP2)
    When I try to log in as system/system using sqlplus locally on the server, it works fine. However, when I try the following I get error messages:
    SQL> conn system/system@botsdb
    ERROR:
    ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
    ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
    Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
    I tried the same from my laptop through sqlplus and the error message is the same.
    I checked if the database was up and to check this I executed follwing commands whicle still being logged as system/system:
    SQL>Select * from v$database;
    SQL>Select * from v$instance;
    SQL>Select * from tab;
    These do bring results. Also if I try to start up the database again, it gives error message that the database is already up. I have restarted the db number of times, checked if my listener was listening on the service BOTSDB and these all seem fine.
    It is very intriguing that when @BOTSDB is attached while connecting, the connection fails.
    Can someone please guide me to sort this error?
    Thanks and kind regards,
    Aparna

    Hi,
    >>do you recommend using auto undo_management instead of RBS?
    Yes. To simplify management of rollback segments, the Oracle9i database introduced Automatic Undo Management (AUM) where the database automatically manages allocation and management of undo (rollback) space among various active sessions. In a database using AUM, all transactions share a single undo tablespace. Any executing transaction can consume free space in this tablespace. Undo space is dynamically transferred from committed transactions to executing transactions in the event of space scarcity in the undo tablespace..The AUM feature also provides a way for administrators to exert control on undo retention. You can specify the amount of undo to be retained in terms of wall clock time (number of seconds). • Error in writing to file.................................... Oracle9iV2 on RedHat7.3

    What is causing the failure of the Oracle JDBC Development Drivers component during the Oracle9i installation, I'm getting the
    Error in writing to file classes111_g.jar
    If I skip this component then it keep on listing other files including a file.PDF file and I checked all the permissions so it is not a file permission error.
    Could someone list the steps they took to set up JAVA on their Linux box and then what you had to add exactly to your ".bash_profile"
    Perhaps this is what I'm doing wrong.
    Thnx.

    Your error has been completely addressed here http://www.puschitz.com/InstallingOracle9i.html. This is very informative. You may want to check this out before proceeding. The straight solution to this is when this error shows up, leave it open, find the native_threads/java file from the CD to the directory Oracle is asking for this. I had this problem and it turned out when I extracted and burnt it to a CD, it didn't copy the native_threads directory and others, so you want to check this as well.

    Hello everyone,
    I am using Oracle Designer ver10.1.2.4 in windows to generate the forms with standard object library ofgwebol.olb and template form ofgwebt.fmb. form (with both .fmb and .fmx files) are generated without errors. Form not created
    I think some standard library are missing in Linux environment. But I do not know the name of them and neither I can find. Please suggest the what need to be done to resolve the problem. The reason I am compiling the form in Linux is that I can run the form in windows because of corrupted installation of OC4j.
    Thanking you all much in advance.
    Edited by: Deepank on Dec 2, 2008 1:49 AM

    Deepank-
    When generating forms from Designer, Designer attaches libraries - like ofgmes.pll, ofgnavl.pll, etc. You will need to copy these libraries to the same directory where your forms reside on your Linux box. To find out what libraries ate attached to your form, open it on your windows PC after generating it from Designer and you will see the attached libraries. Also, watch out for the case-sensitivity of Linux. If you have the Designer libraries on your linux box and you still get errors, try changing the case of the names of the libraries.
    Hope this helps,
    Dan

    Listen Sheikh Abdullah, if u don't need remote access to that server over secure conn., don't use password file authentification but change REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE to NONE and when u conn thru OEM as sysdba try to change his pass and then try conn thru command promt(CP) usin that new pass.
    Or recreate pass file adding new pass in it, set REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE to exclusive or shared and conn thru CP using password file pass.
    Try this possible solutions in order u wish.

  • "Template import error: No VM configure file found" on brand new setup

    Previously, I posted Console does not launch OVM 3.1.1, Win7x32 Firefox15/IE8 - Empty .jnlp file which was about VM Console not launching. Since this is a new installation, and it seemed to be a unique problem, I scratched the whole installation and started again from scratch. Everything, including the NFS file server, was re-installed from scratch CD OS installation.
    The process is pretty straightforward once you're used to it, and in less than three hours I was ready again to import my first template (a template I had imported before). But now, I submit the the request, and almost immediately the process aborts. (You can see in the information below, that 1 second passes between the Import request (06:32:36) and the failure.)
    Thing is, it takes about three minutes, even locally on the web server, to get an index of that large file (tar tzf), and at completion, the vm config file is listed.
    Am I misreading the error? My web searches for enlightenment found only one good hit on this error, and in that case it appeared to be an "out of space" issue. In this case, though, I'm importing a 5GB tarfile into a 390GB, otherwise-empty file system, so I don't think that is the issue. The failure in ovs-agent.log is below. What other information may I provide to get to the bottom of this? (Thanks for any guidance/help, of course!)

    How did you get the template to where you staged it?
    I'd say the template is corrupt or you only have a partial template.
    I did notice the call to the template is based on the short name of the host. Can you confirm the VM manager can access the http path via short name?

    Turns out that the program leaves metadata in your app data folder that is not removed upon uninstallation of the software.

  • [Solved] Error boot after upgrading and util-linux-tools and sysvinit

    Hi all ...
    This morning I did a sudo pacman -Syu to update my laptop which packs sysvinit-tools 2.88-8 and 2.22-6 util-linux packages including ...
    My surprise that I take is that a few hours ago after starting my laptop again I come across a series of error messages which do not allow me log into the laptop. catches of messages are these:
    Picture 1
    Picture 2
    The log of pacman to upgrade is:
    [09.24.2012 9:01] Running 'pacman-Syu'
    [09.24.2012 9:01] synchronizing package lists
    [09.24.2012 9:03] starting full system upgrade
    [09.24.2012 9:21] removed eject (2.1.5-7)
    [09.24.2012 9:22] upgraded coreutils (8.17-3 -> 8.19-1)
    [09.24.2012 9:22] upgraded libmtp (1.1.4-1 -> 1.1.5-1)
    [09.24.2012 9:22] upgraded mlocate (0.25-2 -> 0.26 to 1)
    [09.24.2012 9:22] upgraded procps-ng (3.3.3-3 -> 3.3.3-6)
    [09.24.2012 9:22] upgraded qt (4.8.3-2 -> 4.8.3-3)
    [09.24.2012 9:22] upgraded util-linux (2.21.2-5 -> 2.22-6)
    [09.24.2012 9:22] upgraded sysvinit-tools (2.88-7 -> 2.88-8)
    [09.24.2012 9:22] upgraded transmission-gtk (2.61-3 -> 2.61-4)
    [09.24.2012 9:22] upgraded whois (5.0.18-1 -> 5.0.19-1)
    In making this latest update pacman eject told me that was going to be replaced by util-linux ... before answering affirmatively check the official website of ArchLinux to see if there were any announcement about this change ... I assumed there was none like it was nothing critical and permitted the installation of this patch ....
    At the end of the error message you see in the pictures I show that I can run a command or shortcut systemctl keyboard to enter the "default mode" but I have no way to give commands and keyboard shortcut does not work.
    No I could do to recover the system (other than reinstalling ArchLinux with new. Iso) ...
    Someone has spent the same??? found a solution???
    Greetings and thanks in advance!
    Sorry my bad English!

    in another forum recommended me to downgrade the updated packages to restore the system and use it.
    but installing the updated packages I get this error
    If I try the downgrade util-linux gives me:
