Error only when trying to override Aggregation Specfification of Cube

I am trying to override the aggregation specification of the cube and am getting the following error:

If I do not override the cube specification, everything works fine. I am using Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 on 64-bit windows.

Definitely seems to be some sort of weird bug.
I have two dimensions, time (hours, minutes, seconds) and date which is identical to this: http://oracleolap.blogspot.com/2011/01/script-for-time-dimension-table.html
If I set my cube to SUM and use Max or Min on a measure with any dimension things process just fine. If I use first non na value on my time dimension. Things work fine. If I use first non na value on my date dimension. I get this error. So there is an issue with date dimensions when using the first non na aggregator in an environment where one is override the cubes default aggregation method.
