Error Registering server cluster on HFM web server

Question

Hi,
When i am trying to register server cluster , configuration fails and i get following error in EPMWindowsconfig.log
(Wed Apr 06 17:57:48 2011) Starting RegisterServer
(Wed Apr 06 17:57:53 2011) Failed to register server: Access is denied. Line:3809 File: .\CEPMWindowsConfig.cpp Error code:0x80070005 Error: Access is denied.
(Wed Apr 06 17:57:53 2011) Failed to register server SERVERNAME: IDispatch error #1553
Please let me know if any one has solution for the above issue.

here is a detailed way to do the same:

Error
Failed to register server: Access is denied.
Line:3809 File: .\CEPMWindowsConfig.cpp Error code:0x80070005
Error: Access is denied.
Cause
Windows Server Group Policy settings for DCOM block the HFM registration to Shared Services.
Solution
HFM requires full access for ANONYMOUS LOGON in DCOM Limits Configuration.
This can be set up as follows:
Open DCOM configuration console: run 'dcomcnfg' from Run or Command Prompt
Open up Component Services / Computers
Right Click on My Computer and choose Properties
In the Launch and Activation Permissions, click the Edit Limits button
This button may be disabled using Windows Security Policy. To enable this button the following Windows registry keys must be removed:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\DCOM\MachineAccessRestriction
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\DCOM\MachineLaunchRestriction
Once these keys are removed and the system restarted you can use the above steps to add ANONYMOUS LOGON in the Edit Limits section. Once this is done, open Configuration Utility and register HFM to Shared Services.
