Error SQL Statment

Question

I need help please.
I got error when generate this code.
objective : to convert '+' sign to be an AND operator for SQL
query statement.
eg: if user key-in game+car its will convert to = : where
tajuk='game' and tajuk='car' . where TAJUK is field in DB.
I wonder Y, when I convert using array it generate where
tajuk=''game'' and tajuk=''car'' which is an error accurred because
of
tajuk=''game'' its suppose to be tajuk='game' .can anyone
help me

Thanks for help me, I still need your help on this
I already add WHERE operator but still the same error pop up.
I think because of quote(") suppose SQl statement only accept
single quote(').
I wonder why its tranlate as quote(").
U can see at line:
<cfset tajukLoop="tajuk='#GetPlus#'">
I already put single quote, why CFM convert it to quote(")
