Error uploading App to Adobe Connect

I am receiving the following errrors, please let me know what I need to do to fix them.
Thanks!
- ERROR ITMS-9000: "This bundle is invalid. The bundle indentifer is alread in use by a different software package." at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)
- ERROR ITMS-9000: "The bundle indentifier cannot be chaneged from the current value, 'org.catalyst'. If you want to change your bundle identifier, you will need to create a new application in iTunes Connect." at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)
- WARNING ITMS-9000: "Version Mismatch. Neither CFBundleVersion ['3.3.3.7.89459'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.6'] in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect ['1.0']." at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)]

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I made a few changes and uploaded it again and it seems like it went through. I just got the below email from Apple. Do I need to update the binary for this app in order for it to go through? If so, do I just need to reject the binary from the Binary Details page or do I need to do something else?
Thanks again!
"We have discovered one or more issues with your recent delivery for "APP NAME". Your delivery was successful, but you may wish to correct the following issues in your next delivery:
Version Mismatch - Neither CFBundleVersion ['3.3.3.9.89459'] nor CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.8'] in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes Connect ['1.0'].
If you would like to update your binary for this app, you can reject this binary from the Binary Details page in iTunes Connect. Note that rejecting your binary will remove your app from the review queue and the review process will start over from the beginning when you resubmit your binary."

  • Uploading App to iTune Connect

    Hi Everyone.
    I am in the process of uploading my app to iTunes Connect.
    I have taken all the steps on iTunes Connect website and am up to validating my app archive in xcode.
    When i press validate i get the error message:
    Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed to an iPhone Distribution Certificate.
    What does this mean?
    I have made an iPhone Distubrution Certificate and xcode says that it is using it but i get this message over and over.
    Please Help me this is my first app i have made.
    Thanks

  • Error when publishing to Adobe Connect Pro

    I am using Captivate 5 and when I publish to Adobe Connect Pro I get the following error message.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Connect 7 didn't support MP4 video content, as I recall. Another issue is that Connect rooms are using Action Script 2 (AS2) while Presenter 9 uses AS3, and the two code languages don't play well together. You don't mention if you are using the meeting application to display the presentation, but it is worth mentioning. If the presentations are stand alone, then the AS3 issue should be non-existent, but the MP4 support may be.
    Is there a reason you haven't updated the Connect software to Connect 9 (or at least Connect 8.1 where the Connect application became AS3 as a whole and supported MP4 content)?

  • Screen-sharing an iPad App into Adobe Connect Platform

    Hello,
    I am looking to screen-share an iPad application (not the Adobe Connect App) in an upcoming Webcast.
    What is the best method to do this, while still retaining the highest quality share?
    Thanks!
    -Matt

    I have used reflector to share a whiteboard app from my ipad, and it appears to work at first. However, when also using a webcam in a video pod, the Adobe connect plugin crashes when I switch layouts. Has anybody else tried this successfully in a live webinar?
    Thanks.

  • Creating app for Adobe Connect 8

    I am in the process of creating a Flashbuilder application that will log onto Adobe Connect 8 and draw a whole lot of info off of the server.
    I am able to log onto Adobe Connect from my application.
    Now I would like to have some text that says "Welcome Dimitri Merritt" (obviously whatever the users name is). If I have read the documentation correctly I should be able to us x-user-id. I have tried this but without luck. Can somebody please help me out?
    Dimtiri

    Ok I figured this one out with help form Kapil (thanks Kapil).
    Here are a few lines of code that is needed:
    <s:HTTPService id="myPersonalInfo" fault="faultHandler(event) resultFormat="e4x" result"personalInfo(event)"/>
    Then create a function e.g.
    private function requestPersonalInfo():void{
    domainUrl="your url.com";
    personalInfoRequest="";
    personalInfoRequest=domainUrl+api_xml_string;
    personalInfoRequest+="common-info";
    myPersonalInfo.url=personalInfoRequest;
    myPersonalInfo.send();
    private funtion personalInfo(event:ResultEvent):void{
    personalName=event.result.common.user.name;
    Username.text="Welcome" + personalName;
    Thats it.

    Any solutions out there please?
    Elements 9

    belgianbill
    Let us get the basics out of the way first....
    a. Are you running Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 and 10 on Windows? If so, what edition as well as 32 or 64 bit?
    b. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with these Premiere Elements programs?
    c. Are you running these programs as Run As Administrator or from a User Account with Administrative Priviledges?
    d. Any history of problems with your Internet connect and your YouTube account User ID and Password? How far do you get in the
    upload to YouTube process when it fails...authentication, uploading, processing at YouTube, other?
    e. What is the size of the upload as well as the duration?
    f. Can you export your Timeline to a file saved to the computer hard drive and then upload that file to YouTube at the YouTube web site?
    g. Any error messages associated with the failure to upload?
    Also, could you elaborate on "approved categories" when your wrote
    Still cannot upload video to Yoju Tube despite using one of the approved categories
    Let us start here and see where your answers lead us.
    Thanks.

  • What happened to my Adobe Connect room?

    Apologies if this is the wrong place to post, but I can't find anywhere else!  I keep getting an error message saying my Adobe Connect room is down for maintenance. I thought it was going away in December, but not now??  I sure hope you guys are not charging me for use for the last few weeks!   Please let me know what's going on. Thank you!

    Adobe ConnectNow is no longer available. It was originally slated for decomissioning in December, 2012, but we left it up several weeks longer to ease the transition to Adobe Connect.
    I'm not sure why you are getting a message that it's down for maintenance; I will investigate as that is not accurate.  When I try to go to my old ConnectNow room, I am seeing this:
    Connection reset by peer
    If you had a PAID subscription to Acrobat.com, then you should have been sent instructions for using your one-year free account for Adobe Connect.

  • Upstream bandwidth req to run Adobe Connect w live video

    Is 3mbps enough upstream bandwidth to run Adobe Connect meetings for 6 - 12 attendees w live video?

    Here is the Connect 9 Technical guide. Average bandwidth consumption numbers are listed on the 2nd to last page. http://www.realeyes.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Adobe-Connect-9-Technical-Guide.pdf
    Assuming highest quality settings each user would need around a 500 kpbs upstream bandwidth. Other things to consider is if they are broadcasting VoIP audio (44 kbps) and/or sharing their screen 200+ kbps. So, I would suspect that a 3 mbps upstream connection will be sufficient for attending a Connect Meeting.
    However, you may want to consider that their downstream may be saturated pretty quick with the live video. Again, assuming highest quality setting (meaning you can tune it down and make the numbers more reasonable) a meeting with 6 attendees all broadcasting their live video would require 500 kbps upstream and 2.5 mbps downstream. A meeting with 12 would require 500 kbps upstream and 5.5 mbps downstream.

  • Adobe Connect version

    I have Adobe Presenter 7 and it comes with Adobe Connect.  I am given the choice between Adobe Connect V8.1.2 or higher OR V8.1.1 or lower.  If we have a mix of Adobe Connect products, it would be hard to deploy over the network.  I know you can download a seperate version of Adobe Presenter 7 that does not come with Adobe Connect.  However, this is the version I have been given.
    How old is Adobe Connect v8.1.1 and lower?  Which of the other Adobe products also come loaded with Connect?  Thanks.

    Adobe Presenter is desktop software, meaning that it is installed locally on your computer. It is a plug in to PowerPoint and can be accessed as a new menu option there. This is the software that is tied to MS Office. If you have Office 2010, you need to install 7.0.7. Also, make sure you don't have the 64 bit version of PPT 10, if you have Office 10.
    Adobe Connect is server based software that is used to deliver synchronous (live meetings) content and asynchronous (on-demand) content. Adobe Presenter presentations can be uploaded to an Adobe Connect server and delivered via the web.
    The version of Presenter that you will want to install relates to two things:
    If you have an Adobe Connect account, version 8.1.2 and higher use meeting rooms that run in ActionScript 3 (AS3) and only Presenter 7.0.7 outputs to AS3. So if you are using an older version of presenter, the content may not display properly in the live meeting rooms. If you are using Connect 8.1.1 or older, then you will want to use Presenter 7.0.6 (a few updates from 7.0.0) as it is the latest version to publish to ActionScript 2 (AS2).
    If you are not using Connect for the delivery of your presentations, I would just go with 7.0.7 as it is the latest version and will receive future updates and bug fixes.
    You can learn more at the product pages for each tool:

  • Indesign subscription - download error unable to contact Adobe

    Hello everyone, someone, anyone,
    I hope you can help me. I just purchased a month-to-month subscription to Indesign.  I am running Windows 7, IE 9.   I've already spent a couple of hours and I am so frustrated and regretting the purchase now. I've tried to look for the answer myself, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the download manager on the desktop and even used the troubleshooter. It keeps saying something to the effect  DOWNLOAD ERROR Unable to contact Adobe connect to the internet and try again.  I am obviously on the internet so I don't understand. Could you kindly direct me to a solution? I have a deadline on something so simple that I'm now kicking myself for even thinking this would be a snap. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    Gwen

    You can do a trial download from Adobe.com or a direct download of the Adobe Forums as suggested in
    forums.adobe.com/message/4577185
    and then license it with your Adobe ID with which you have bought the subscription.

  • AIR iOS app fails uploading to Apple (iTunes Connect)

    I've been trying to upload my iOS app to iTunes Connect via Application Loader but it fails every single time. I'm getting the following error(s);
    'Unable to run the lipo command: ... Can't map input file ...' and 'Application failed codesign verification'
    I believe the second error is due to the first, but I'm not sure. I've been looking around the web for solutions and only found this thread on here, I've tried everything said there but nothing helps.
    Replacing my game with an empty FLA doesn't seem to work either.

    I'm on the latter side, usually it's a codesigning issue. How did you develop your certs and did you follow the order specifically in my list in that post? Often people use old certs but create a new app ID and expect the old certs to work.
    There's been other discussions about extra "files" that Flash Pro inserts into IPAs (.zips in disguise). Because Flash Pro publishes to a folder that's not built specifically for that build, people sometimes copy extra files into that path. Those files can "automatically" and accidentally be added to the IPA without the author desiring that. You should check what files are being packaged with your IPA to verify there's no extra junk.
    Are you using flash CS5.5 or CS6 and what version of AIR are you overlayed to?
