Error when invoking process
On my local BPEL PM server when I try to invoke an instance I receive the following exception:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ORABPEL.CS_PK) violated
ORA-06512: at line 1
This error is received and then the instance is not even generated.
In the log:

Hi,
Thanks for your replies. It is a process that we use to search through the all the BPEL instances to search for a certain string. It works fine on the PROD en TEST bpel instances but on my local BPEL server it gives that error. My local BPEL Server is connected to the archive database and I want to search through that data for a certain instance but as soon as I click on post XML 'n receive the error above. Could it be that the database is corrupt?

thanksVinat,
"EXEC" or "EXECUTE" is a SQL*Plus command. Your PL/SQL process should simply be:
PRE_AUD.TRANS.DBSTAT_ALL;

I have a simple 'Hello World' pl/sql web service. When i invoke it in asynchronous BPEL process, a local WSDL file is automatically generated for the parterlink used. Proxy Error When Invoking Web Service
Hi all,
i created a web service from a session bean,
when i invoke the web service from my web browser it works great,
but when i try to invoke it from a bpel process, i get the following error in the Invoke Activity:
when invoking endpointAddress 'http://10.0.1.159:8989/EJB-Application2-Model-context-root/updatePayloadServiceSoapHttpPort', (502)Proxy Error ( The ISA Server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). )
any idea what to do to resolve this issue?
thanksIt seems that your proxy server refuses serve requests for your private network (10.0.x.x).
Try to turn off proxy server in your BPEL. In devel server turn off proxy (or add this address to exceptions) in <ORAHOME>\integration\orabpel\bin\obsetenv.bat
and if you are using full AS, go to EM a change parameters for these server properties:
-Dhttp.proxySet=true
-Dhttp.proxyHost=yourproxy
-Dhttp.proxyPort=proxyport
-Dhttp.nonProxyHosts=10.0.1.159|and rest of your exceptions

Error when invoking Rule Engine using Java API
Hi,
I have implemented a Java class which calls the Rule Engine to execute the rules. If I test by setting the value of the input inside a main method and get the output, it is working fine. The ruleset is also invoked and there is no problem. However, when I expose this java class as a web service and invoke the web service, I get the below error. I dont get the error if the .rules file is not present in the loaction mentioned. I get the error when the .rules file is present in the location. Not sure if this is an issue with the java call outs or loading the dictionary.

Register failk error when invoking ActiveX control for a JavaBean from VB6
J2RE v1.4.2_09
Visual Basic 6.0 SP5/Visual C++ 6.0 SP5
Windows 2000 SP4
We have our existing production applications written using VB6 and VC++6. We are in the process of moving them incrementally to J2EE. Before everything is totally re-written in J2EE, we need to do something for interoperability between existing VB6/VC++6 and J2EE. ActiveX Bridge seems to be the solution we need, if only it works.
Problem that I am facing....
Register failk error when I try to insert a java bean activex control on a VB6.0 or VC++6.0 form or create an instance of the activex "Person.Bean.1" using CreateObject function, it throws the following error. I am able to create an instance of Person Bean ActiveX Control using ActiveX Control Test Container that comes with Visual Studio 6.0 and invoke the methods in the bean successfully though which means that the ActiveX control is registered properly and working.
Error Message Box Title: asdas
Error Message: register failk
And then another error message pops up.
Error Message Box Title: Java(TM) Plug-in Fatal Error
Error Message: Cannot load class sun/plugin/JavaRunTime
The Bridge was installed at <D:\PROGRA~1\Java\J2RE14~2.2_0> but the class is not there. Modify the registry key to reflect the new bridge location. The key is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\JavaSoft\Java Plug-in or Change your CLASSPATH to include the new directory.
I have this sample java bean class.
a) Person.java
import java.io.*;
public class Person implements Serializable{
private String fName,lName;
public Person(){
fName = new String();
lName = new String();
public void setFirstName(String firstName){
fName = firstName;
public void setLastName(String lastName){
lName = lastName;
public String getName(){
return fName+" "+lName;
b) person_manifest
Name: Person.class
Java-Bean: True
Steps followed:
call "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\Bin\vcvars32.bat"
set path=D:\j2sdk1.4.2_09\bin;%path%
javac Person.java
jar -cvfm Person.jar person_manifest Person.class
mkdir "d:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_09\axbridge\bin"
D:\j2sdk1.4.2_09\bin\packager -out "d:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_09\axbridge\bin" -reg Person.jar Person
Person.dll file created under d:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_09\axbridge\bin and Person.jar copied under d:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_09\axbridge\lib.
I am able to create an instance of this Person Bean ActiveX Control using ActiveX Control Test Container that comes with Visual Studio 6.0 and invoke the methods in the bean successfully. But, when I try to insert the activex control on a VB6 or VC++6 form or create an instance of "Person.Bean.1" using CreateObject function, it throws the above mentioned errors.
I checked the registry and it shows J2RE1.4.2_09 version properly under that key and the Person.dll file exists under d:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_09\axbridge\bin. I also explicitly added the plugin.jar, person.jar to the classpath. Still it gives the error.
Any ideas? Any fix or workaround for this problem? Thanks.Sometimes solutions are simpler than expose the problem.
Did you add the dll to the project references?
Sometimes also it is usefull to use the regsvr32 program to register the DLL.

Error when run Process Chain via BPC NW
Hi Gurus,
I am implementing SAP BPC 7.5 NW in a customer and I´m facing the following error when try to run a process chain via Data Manager: "Failed to analyze instruction ,TAB,%TAB% ".
Here is the scenario: we created a process chain that will be able to capture values recorded in a BPC application, load them into an DSO (make some transformations there) and finally send those transformed values to an specific table at ECC. This process will be started after some simulations at BPC and, when the user ends its simulation, start this process chain via BPC; this process chain is named as PC_ECC.
We made a copy of /CPMB/DEFAULT_FORMULAS and named it PC_FORMULA and, before step /CPMB/CLEAR, I assigned my process chain PC_ECC.
So, at Data Manager, I add this process chain (PC_FORMULA) and in Advanced button, I put this statement:
INFO(%EQU%,=)
INFO(%TAB%,;)
TASK(PC_FORMULA,TAB,%TAB%)
TASK(PC_FORMULA,EQU,%EQU%)
TASK(PC_FORMULA,SUSER,%USER%)
TASK(PC_FORMULA,SAPPSET,%APPSET%)
TASK(PC_FORMULA,SAPP,%APP%)
//TASK(PC_FORMULA,LOGICFILENAME,DEFAULT.LGF)
//TASK(PC_FORMULA,REPLACEPARAM,TESTE3%EQU%%TESTE3%%TAB%ASARENT%EQU%%ASARENT%%TAB%SOURCE%EQU%%SOURCE%%TAB%TARGET%EQU%%TARGET%)
As we do not have any script logic to be executed, we commented the two last statements.
When we run this package via DM, it gives us the message error: "Failed to analyze instruction ,TAB,%TAB% "
Looking through SDN forum we found two posts similar to this issues:
But the suggestion to supress the statement TASK(PC_FORMULA,TAB,%TAB%) do not work; when we comment this statement, the message error gives us the message:"Failed to analyze instruction ,EQU,%EQU% "; when we comment the statement TASK(PC_FORMULA,EQU,%EQU%) and the previous (with TAB). the DM gives us the message: TASK(PC_FORMULA,SUSER,%SUSER%) and so on, until nothing has left to comment.
Anyone of you view or has some similar case of error?
Thanks in advance to you all
Best Regards
AdrianoHi Rich,
Thanks for your answer.
I checked the parameter at my process chain and it has a variant (/CPMB/DEFAULT_FORMULAS_LOGIC) with the parameters:
TAB
SUSER
SELECTION
SAPPSET
REPLACEPARAM
MEMBERSELECTION
LOGICFILENAME
EQU
So, when I put in the task PC_FORMULA, TAB, %TAB%, it will be able to be recognized by the task...and the other parameters too. And when I take one of them off the task instructions, the system complains.
Any other suggestion?
Once again, thanks..a.nd best regards

Getting Date error when I process
Hi All,
I have DEV & QA Analysis services on 2 different server. This is 2005 SSAS
I am using same solution so DEV process OK but QA gives me date error
when I check with SSMS , date fields look fine .
But I am getting this error in QA
Errors in the OLAP storage engine: The attribute key cannot be found: Table: dbo_view_ftblCharge, Column: SrvDateKey, Value: 12/13/2005. Errors in the OLAP storage engine: The record
was skipped because the attribute key was not found. Attribute: Date of Dimension: Service Date from Database: Charges, Cube: Charges, Measure Group: Charges, Partition: Charges, Record: 1. Errors in the OLAP storage engine: The process operation ended because
the number of errors encountered during processing reached the defined limit of allowable errors for the operation. Errors in the OLAP storage engine: An error occurred while processing the 'Charges' partition of the 'Charges' measure group for the 'Charges'
cube from the Charges database
Thanks,
Gok12/13/2005 is an American date format (mm/dd/yyyy) whereas you need a british date format 13/12/2005 (dd/mm/yyyy).
Have a look at this topic on how you can force the correct collation (date format)

Getting error when running process flows in oem
Hi all,
I'm trying to run a process flow in oem (using oem_exec_template.sql script), but it keeps failing with error "nms-1013: sqlplus does not exist". I tried running a map too and it failed with same message.
Any idea anyone?
Thanks!
YanetHi,
Looks like you have an obvious code error, invalid cast operation in your code. Do you get this error when running in local emulator.
You can try the following article on how to debug published cloud service, assuming you have VS ultimate.

Error when invoking WebService from WTK 2.5 client
hi all,
i have developend an EJB3 webservice using JBoss4.0.5.GA...
i wrote a java client using wstools and it worked fine
Then i used StubGenerator from WTK , it generated stubs....
i then tried tocall the jbossws.. the jbossws received the call, but in i got a disaster error when i received back the response from the webservice.
this was the response from the webservice (as i checked in the WTK network monitor)
<env:Envelope xmlns:env='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/'>
<env:Header/>
<env:Body><ns1:loginResponse xmlns:ns1='http://org.jboss.ws/ejb3ws' xmlns:xsi='http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema
-instance'/>
</env:Body>
</env:Envelope>and this was the exception that i was able to see in the WTK
javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: java.rmi.MarshalException: (1)Missing end tag for Body or Envelope

thanks in advance and regards
marcoHi all,
as many developers I have encountered the famous "java.rmi.MarshallException:(1)Missing end tag for Body or Envelope" during the development of my WS app for J2ME (JSR 172).
It is correct that is the empty tag <soapenv:Header /> causing this error.
To fix this error, it is necessary to stop the server to generate this empty header in the response stream.
I have fixed this error for Axis2: unfortunaly it is necessary to modify a class in Axiom library. This library is used in Axis2 to produce the SOAP response, you can download the source code at http://ws.apache.org/commons/axiom/source-repository.html.
Here the class to modify:
axiom\modules\axiom-impl\src\main\java\org\apache\axiom\soap\impl\llom\soap11\SOAP11Factory.java
by commenting the line 273 in the method called getDefaultEnvelope() to prevent the empty header insertion in SOAP response:
public SOAPEnvelope getDefaultEnvelope() throws SOAPProcessingException {
OMNamespace ns =
new OMNamespaceImpl(
SOAP11Constants.SOAP_ENVELOPE_NAMESPACE_URI,
SOAP11Constants.SOAP_DEFAULT_NAMESPACE_PREFIX);
SOAPEnvelopeImpl env = new SOAPEnvelopeImpl(ns, this);
//createSOAPHeader(env); the line to be commented
createSOAPBody(env);
return env;
}Finally you have to recompile Axiom using Maven to obtain the fixed package axiom-impl.jar and to replace this package on the lib repository of your Axis2 server.
A little tricky to fix this bug but now my app runs perfectly ;)
Enjoy!

Map payload = res.getPayload();
System.out.println(payload.get("payload") );
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Error when invoking sample mortgage process
Hello everyone,
I am trying to test my installation of LiveCycle ES 8.2. I want to be able to test the sample mortgage process that comes with LiveCycle ES 8.2.
I have successfully installed LiveCycle ES 8.2 without any errors or warnings on a Virtual Machine Windows XP Pro SP3 with 2.4GB memory.
The installed Java JDK is 1.5_012.
Now here is what I am doing:
1) I created my first LiveCycle application following this: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/livecycle/8.2/createfirstapp.pdf
After creating the application I am able to validate it without any error, but when I go to test it in the workspace there is no action taken after filling in the mortgage application, the loan officer or bank manager do not get notified. The process does not seem to be working.
2) Since the above does not work, I then tried to use the prebuilt mortgage application process from the sample processes and still nothing.
3) I go to Workbench and try to manually invoke the sample mortgage process or my first application (mortgage process) and get the below error:

I was wondering if somebody can help with this error?
Thank you.Hi,
Thanks for your replies.
