HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error
Your SAP Internet Communication Framework Team
Regards,
Ravi Alluri.
Hi,
I could able to create FF-owner,and FF-controller under GRC Role assignments > Access control owners..and could also able to see Active queries - central owners as All(2) on top of the screen ..
After that when i go to super user Assignment > owners where in which i tryed to assign FF owners to FFID's then it is giving me the error as mentioned earlier..
One thing i noticed in the screen -super user Assignment > owners where we assign owners i noticed on the top of the screen Active queries - central owners as All(0) which means the data (owners & controlers )created earlier are not reflecting here ..
I have already run the incremental job Repository object (role,user,profile)sync..
Does any one know the reason .?
Thanks in advance,
Ravi.

SQL Error while creating data Owner certification in SRM 5.0.3
Hi , In SRM 5.0.3, while creating data Owner certification by choosing data owner, I m getting the following error. database i upgraded and the migration script is also run.
java.sql.SQLException: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'pk_id_attr_val_users'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.id_attr_val_users'. Since Primary key is clustered(cert_id,user_id,attr_val_id) and we have updated currentvalue of CertificationID in sequences table, We are not sure if SRM is trying to enter duplicate attribute value for same user in D.O certification. Any pointers regarding this error will be of great help, thanks.Solved but not happy!

Error while changing the owner of an object in Discoverer
Hi All,
I have a problem in Discoverer folders.
I have a folder whcih is based on a view in schema in A, now i have created the same view in schema B and want to change the owner of the view in Discoverer to B.
But when i do that it gives me an error as -
'An error occured with the darabse transaction because the underlying object has been changed'
I am not able to understand this.
If anyone can help me this it would be really helpful.
Regards,
ShrutiWell, this is something not talked about in the Administration training class. My hunch is that you are trying to do something that Oracle never intended you to do. I think when you edit the folder and want to change the Owner property, the idea maybe is that you are trying to change the owner on the original table. Here you have said that you recreated the view in schema B (so technically a different table object). But in Discoverer you are still dealing with the view in schema A as the basis for the folder, not the view in schema B. Though I would think if you can see the new owner's name in the database/user list and thus can pick it, it should let you change the owner property, even if that may not be quite what you intended. Discoverer does store things under the cover (such as unique ids), so maybe something is going on that is not visible. My suggestion would be to open up a service request with Oracle support on this. The idea of dropping the folder and then readding it may be okay, but that would be something you would want to test in some kind of test environment and see what happens (not sure what impact that may have on workbooks using the original folder). Of course it may be possible that you have uncovered an Oracle bug.

SebastianThese type of Internal Errors are all too common in OWB and it's difficult to diagnose the exact problem.
I'd suggest closing the Design Centre, going back in and trying to delete it again, this will often resolve Internal errors.
There's also an article on Metalink Doc ID: 460411.1 about errors when deleting mappings but it's specific to an ACLContainer error, so may or may not be of use.
One of the suggestions is to connect as the Repository Owner rather than a User and try to delete the mapping.
Cheers
Si

Error while deploying a workflow in OWB
Hi,
I am getting the below error while deploying a workflow in Control Center.
ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.sql.SQLException: The file /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.2/dbhome_1/owb/bin/admin/rtrepos.properties cannot be accessed or has not been properly created on the server XXXXXX. If the file does not exist or if the database owner (normally user 'oracle') does not have the required file permissions or if the file has not been properly created then the file can be recreated by running the SQL*Plus script /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.2/dbhome_1/owb/rtp/sql/reset_repository.sql (in a RAC environment the file must be manually copied to each server which is used for OWB). Otherwise if using a 10.2 database instance, then please run the SQL*Plus script /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.2/dbhome_1/owb/UnifiedRepos/reset_owbcc_home.sql.
Did any one faced this issue before?
Kindly let me know the steps to resolve the issue.
Thanks.Hi Vidyanand,
Did you create the runtime access user using the runtime assistant? Did you select the correct runtime repository (if you have more) to associate your runtime access user with?
Note that there are 4 database roles being created when you create a runtime repository owner:
- OWB_A_<runtime repository owner>
- OWB_D_<runtime repository owner>
- OWB_R_<runtime repository owner>
- OWB_U_<runtime repository owner>
If you would grant those roles to a user, then that user becomes an access user for the user with username <runtime repository owner>.
Note that you can also use the runtime repository credentials to connect to the runtime repository for deployment purposes, but you may not want that because of security concerns.
Thanks,

Error while creating MV replication group object
Hi,
I am getting error while creating replication group object. I tried to create using OEM and SQLPlus
OEM error
This error while creating M.V. rep. group object
There is a table or view named SCOTT.EMP.
It must be dropped before a materialized view can be created.
In SQLPLUS

ORA-06512: at line 2
Please not already I have created KARTHIK schema.Arthik,
I think I know what may have happened.
As I can see you are trying to create support for an updateable materialized view.
You have to make sure the name of the schema that owns the materialized view is the same as the schema owner of the master table (at master site).
From the code you have shown, I bet the owner of table EMP is SCOTT.
From the other hand, you want to create materialized view EMP_MV under schema KARTHIK that refers to table SCOTT.EMP at master site.
According to the documentation, the schema name used in DBMS_REPCAT.CREATE_MVIEW_REPOBJECT must be same as the schema that owns the master table.
Please check the documentation at the link below
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14227/rarrcatpac.htm#i109228
I tried to reproduce your example in my environment, and I got exactly the same error which actually confirms my assumption that the reason for the error is the fact that you tried to create the materialized view in a schema with different name than the one where master table exists.
I'll skip some of the steps that I used to create the replication environment.
I have two databases, DB1.world and DB2.world
On DB2.world I will generate replication support for table EMP which belongs to user SCOTT
SQL> conn scott/*****@DB2.world

SQL>create materialized view log on EMP with primary key;

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.And now lets run CREATE_MVIEW_REPOBJECT.
SQL> BEGIN
2 DBMS_REPCAT.CREATE_MVIEW_REPOBJECT(
3 gname => 'GROUPA',
4 sname => 'MYUSER',
5 oname => 'EMP_MV',

ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_REPCAT_SNA_UTL", line 5570
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_REPCAT_SNA", line 82
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_REPCAT", line 1332
ORA-06512: at line 3 I reproduced exactly the same error message.
So the problem is clearly in the schema name that owns the materialized view.
Now lets see if what would happen if I create the MV under schema SCOTT which has the same name as the schema on DB2.world where the master table exists.
SQL>conn scott/****@DB1.world
Connected.
SQL>CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW SCOTT.EMP_MV
2 REFRESH FAST
3 FOR UPDATE
4 AS SELECT EMPNO, ENAME, JOB, MGR, SAL, COMM, DEPTNO, HIREDATE
5* FROM [email protected];
Materialized view created.
SQL>conn mviewadmin/******@DB1.world
Connected.
SQL> BEGIN
2 DBMS_REFRESH.ADD(
3 name => 'MVIEWADMIN.MV_REFRESH_GROUPA',
4 list => 'SCOTT.EMP_MV',
5 lax => TRUE);
6 END;
7 /
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.And now lets run CREATE_MVIEW_REPOBJECT.
SQL> BEGIN
2 DBMS_REPCAT.CREATE_MVIEW_REPOBJECT(
3 gname => 'GROUPA',
4 sname => 'SCOTT',
5 oname => 'EMP_MV',
6 type => 'SNAPSHOT',
7 min_communication => TRUE);
8 END;
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.As you can see everything works fine when the name of the schema owner of the MV at DB1.world is the same as the schema owner of the master table at DB2.world .

nullHi,
I had set up CSS Properties file and as follows:

<el>Native Directory</el>
</searchOrder>
- <token>
<timeout>480</timeout>
</token>
- <logger>
<priority>WARN</priority>
</logger>
</css>
I got the problem. it is with DCOM account. I am adding a user in my LAN network, after clicking apply it taking the user in System account not in the domain account. e.g: I logged into my Sys(no: hst-pcs5424) with ABC domain, added a user ns36225 in this domain. During application setup it is looking for DCOM account in hst-pcs5424 account not in my ABC domain. So i need to add a user to the system account that should work without the LAN netwrok. But now my user account won't work with LAN. -

Quick help is highly appreciated.Dera Dallan
its only a target user for the workspace where you are deploying the mapping from.
I have two repositories for two different projects. each repositary has its own workspace.
ex:-
Project 1
Work space bpms_rep_owner
Repositary owner bpms_rep_owner
Repositary user bpms_rep_user
Project 2
Work space dem_rep_owner
Repositary owner dem_rep_owner
Repositary user dem_rep_user

Error while running DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN
Hi,
I am completely new to APEX and trying out myself.
While Apex 4.2.1 installation, and configuring Embedded PL/SQL Gateway.
Topic: To grant connect privileges to any host for the APEX_040100 database user
getting error while running DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN (as per example given in installation doc)
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-44416: Invalid ACL: Unresolved principal 'APEX_040100'
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN", line 252
ORA-06512: at line 29
ORA-01403: no data found
Completely stuck and not able to proceed further....
OS: WinXP professional,
DB: Oracle Database 11g Express Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0
Thanks,
-AnandHaving multiple APEX_0% users suggests your database has originally started with APEX 4.0 and has been upgraded as subsequent versions are released (4.1.x, 4.2.x).
These accounts should be removed, as per the installation guide.
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E37097_01/doc/install.42/e35123/otn_install.htm#CBHBABCC
Your current APEX owner would be APEX_040200, and you should be reading documentation pertinent to your APEX version.

Shailendra Dev -
Dear Experts,
I have facing a problem since 3 days while i am taking a full offline backup.
This was noticed thru db12.
We take our backup using Tivoli backup manager.
We are facing this problem on our XI production server.
When i observed the logs i found and understood that it had problems with backing up the datafiles 7, 8, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33 and 35.
But i have no clue why it is happening suddenly..
I have copied the detailed log here in below for your reference.
I request everyone to suggest me on this...
Points for sure...
The log is as follows

Access Denied Error while accessing "Site Settings Access requests and invitations"
Hi,
I am getting Access Denied Error while accessing "Site Settings > Access requests and invitations" in SharePoint 2013 online. Currently I am the owner of the site and have "FULL CONTROL" access. I am able to access using
site collection account. So, what permission I have to give my regular account to access this page?
Thanks, PalHello,
Have you recently changed the Owners group of the site collection or removed the user from the original owners group?
The reason I am asking is when the Access requests and invitations list are created, the permissions are given only to the default owners group at the time that the Access Request list was created. If this "regular account" is not part of that owners
group, the user will receive access denied. Site Collection Admins always have permissions for the Access Request List.
A workaround for the Access Denied issue is listed in the KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2911390/en-us. By giving the correct group or user the permissions to this list, the users will not receive
the Access Denied issue anymore.
Preferably, in order to grant the user the full permissions ( you will see features like resending invitations may still fail after implementing the above workaround) there is one other workaround that may be required depending on what the original issue
was. Below are additional steps to restore full functionality.
1)Access the /_layouts/15/permsetup.aspx of the site collection, make sure the default Owners Group
is set correctly. (There is a group selected)
2) Add user to that Owners Group. (Issue may be resolved at this step if the site collection Owners
Group was never changed, if not continue to next step.)
3) Implement workaround on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2911390/en-us, by adding that owners
group as Full control on Access Request list Permissions.
Let me know how this works out for you.
