Error while Confguring OEM

Hi All,
My DB Version: 10.2.0
OS: Windows Server 2003
Whlie i am trying to reconfigure OEM Manually by using command:
C:\Data> set ORACLE_SID=orcl
C:\Data> emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
I am getting error like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\vikas>emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
Incorrect usage:
oracle.sysman.emcp.EMConfigAssistant [options] [list of parameters]
Options:
-a :configure for an ASM database
-b :configure for automatic backup
-c :configure a cluster database
-d :run EMCA from within the development view

Can anyone suggest me the possible cause of the same.

I don't know which version of 'emca' you invoke, my output is very different (only the first lines):
emca [operation] [mode] [dbType] [flags] [parameters]
-h | h | -help | help: prints this help message
-version: prints the version
-config dbcontrol db [-repos (create | recreate)] [-cluster] [-silent] [-backup] [parameters]: configure Database Control for a database
Check whether you really invoke 'emca.bat' out of %ORACLE_HOME%\bin.
But - my version is 10.2.0.5, I'm not sure , but possibly Oracle changed the syntax. Starting with 10.2.0.4 some 11gRx elements were introduced.

Looking again on your output, now I would say, you invoke the 10gR1 version.
