Error while integrating Windows System - Share into KM
Hi Experts,
I am new to KM and there is a requirement of Integrating Windows System into KM.
Portal System : a.xyz.com
Remote System: b.xyz.com
Share -
b.xyz.com\d_share$
Both systems reside in the same domain and share is created on the remote system which needs to be accessed from Portal. User xyz\Rob has given R/W access to the share.
The steps I followed are:
1. Created a Network Path.
- Specified Network Path as given above.
- Added credentials for xyz\Rob
2. Created Windows System in KM Systems Landscape.
3. Created File System Repository.
- Specified Share as Root Direcory.
- Specified Windows Landscape System as the system defined in the above step.
- Security Manger as W2kSecurityManager
Now when I saved it, default trace logs are giving following dump :
#1.5 #000E0CB1BAAE005E0000000E000017F000046821B68B46BA#1240393912559#com.sapportals.wcm.service.fsmount.FSMountService#sap.com/irj#com.sapportals.wcm.service.fsmount.FSMountService#Guest#0##n/a##4bd037e02e7211dec03e000e0cb1baae#Thread[ConfigurationEventDispatcher,5,SAPEngine_Application_Thread[impl:3]_Group]##0#0#Error##Plain###Error mounting drive ,path \\\\b.xyz.com\\d_share$#

Hi,
Check whether you are able to access the same file share form the Portal server where your J2EE is installed.
And also if you have used
b.xyz.com
d_share in the network path try using //b.xyz.com/d_share in the network path as mentioned here.

In the log i am getting the following

ERROR! The Trusted-to-Authenticate-for-Delegation flag is not set for SPN 'HOST/idbsrv8.idbhq.org'.
Please check the SPN by calling 'setspn -l IDBSRV8'.
If the SPN is well known, configure the Trusted-to-Authenticate-for-Delegation flag:
Open 'Active directory Users and Computers'. Choose <domain> -> 'Computers'.
Right-click 'IDBSRV8' and choose 'Properties'.
Select 'Delegation' and 'Trust this computer for delegation to specified services only'.
Select 'Use any authentication protocol' and choose 'Add'.

Ganesh NatarajanHi Ganesh,
this error message tells you that there is no user in your active directory that has the userPrincipalName xxxx.
The SSO22KerbMapModule works as follows.
1. It receives a SAP Logon Ticket from the WebDAV request.
2. If valid the SAP username is extracted. In your case the SAP username is xxxx.
3. It then searches for a user in AD. It does so using the attribute in the ini-file that has been specified to contain the SAP username. In your case the SAP username should be identical with the userPrincipalName.
So you have to make sure that the portal user id (j_user) is mapped to the same AD user attribute that is specified in the ini-file .

Query on integrating windows file server into SAP KM using WEBDAV
hi
I have sucessfully integrated windows file server into SAP KM using WEBDAV. I have query in it regarding the possible validation against the portal Database user. Can we configure such that the user comparison happens for LDAP as well as database user. Have anyone configured such a scenario?
Regards,
Ganesh NHi Ganesh,
this should work in principle.
However you would need a user in Active Directory for each user in the portal database that should connect to the file server if you are using the SSO22KerbMap Module as I assume.
In my whitepaper I have mentioned this for the internal user index_service that does only exist in the portal database.

Error While Importing from EIF file into AW
Hi All,
I am facing the following error while importing from EIF file into AW using AWM as well as from sql prompt.
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-36786: (IOSEC04) File POCAW/abc.eif does not exist or cannot be accessed.
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AW", line 42

at oracle.olap.awm.ui.dialog.ThreadedDialogActionThread.run(ThreadedDialogActionThread.java:49)
i have already created the directory pocaw.
i have done the following steps :
CREATE OR REPLACE DIRECTORY POCAW as 'D:\Olap_POC\export';
GRANT all ON DIRECTORY POCAW to PUBLIC;
execute dbms_aw.execute ('aw create ''POC_AW''');
execute dbms_aw.execute('cda pocaw');
execute dbms_aw.execute('dtb attach POC_AW rw');
execute dbms_aw.execute('import all from eif file ''/abc.eif'' dfns update ');
any idea or thought would be appreciable.
thanks n advance
anwarexecute dbms_aw.execute('import all from eif file''/abc.eif'' dfns update ');
Maybe one of the following file names could help
(have never tried it):
''abc.eif''
''POC_AW\abc.eif''Yes,
you don't need the slash. CDA is like setting a default directory. -

CIM_ERR_ALREADY_EXISTS: Error while creating Business System
Hi,
I am getting following error while creating Business System in SLD, the Technical System is already created from RZ70 transaction in the IDES system
Error Creating business system: CIM_ERR_ALREADY_EXISTS: Instance already exists://inbbssun01/sld/active:SAP_LogicalALESystem.CreattionClassName="SAP_LogicalALESystem", Name = "LSIDES800.SystemName.800.SystemName.IDS.SystemNumber.0020224902.SystemHome.idesecc"
Thanks,
RPHi,
This error means that a business system with this name(or associated with this technical system) is already there in SLD.
You need to check that before you try creating it (might be someone else have created it before)
Updated
If you have created and deleted a business system and then trying to recreate one then you need to delete all the instance of it from Content Management (in SLD)

Hello,
I'm running windows xp professional and just recently I've been getting this error message when I log on: Error in C:\Windows System 32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\DLCJtime.dll\Missing entry:RunDLLEntry. It doesn't seem to affect anything but what should I do to get rid of this?
