I get the following error while introspecting the JAR into BPM
[Error] Introspection exception : Internal Error:
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: Bad version number in .class file.
Anybdy knows whats the error?

It means you're using different JDK versions to run OBPM Studio and to compile the classes in your JAR. If you recompile the classes with the same major version of the JDK you use in Studio the introspection should work.

I'm trying to load a jar file in to a database through the loadjava utility. First time when i loaded a jar file it created few public synonyms with /'s. like /5b3d7f97_BeanInfoIndexer.
Now i want to drop these synonyms before i reload the jar file with loadjava.
If i use DROP PUBLIC SYNONYM /5b3d7f97_BeanInfoIndexer; it gives the following error...
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended
I wonder how to drop these synonyms. I have to drop all these synonyms to freshly load the jar file.

You can include the synonym names in double quotes in the drop synonym command. But it is not a good idea to drop the synonyms(which have been created by loadjava) using drop synonym command. Instead, you can use dropjava command which will automatically drop all the synonyms created by the loadjava command.

Error while runing the jar file.

I am facing one problem.
I am trying to exeute application jar.
through command java -jar cleint.jar
In this jar I am ussing one class ProcessingFailureException this class is in process.jar file. I have set the process.jar in classpath. but when I am running the command
set classpath=%classpath%;c:\process.jar
java -jar client.jar
The foolowing exception is coming
C:\client>java -jar snmsnbi.jar
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: globaldefs/ProcessingFailureException

Error while loading the WSLD file

Hi all
I am trying to consume a Webservice. When i try to create the Model out of the WSDL file, it says "Error while loading the WSDL file".
Its an XI webservice, so i cannot view it from Webservice navigator.
How could i find out that, the problem is with the Webservice or i am missing any thing

Hi Somesh,
If i am not wrong, only a war file deployment is needed to make ipad work.
This happens with URL hitting directly on the Server.
If you want to configure VAS and VMS servers, let us know what configuration settings have been done.

Hello.
I'm having the same problem. It appeared after I made use of many cells (a table of 10x200 cells) with formulas inside them.
Before that, while I was making my tests and only used a few cells and the .XLF file was 4Mb, I had no problem. Now that the .XLF file is 8Mb I see this error appearing (in Spanish):
"Error
Desbordamiento de la función SWF. El archivo SWF generado no funcionará correctamente ya que las dependencias de datos superan los límites de SWF."
Any idea of how this could be resolved (appart from using less data)?

Exception is thrown only while executing the jar file

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/mail/Address Exception is thrown only while executing the jar file. But the program compiles and executes good when executed for command prompt through the class files.
I used javamail API in my program. Classpath and every others are set to the right one's. Executed fine when used java Random.class. But the problem is only with the jar file.
Please help me out in this regard. Why the exception is thrown only in jar but not at class level.

Assuming you're running your program using "java -jar", your jar file needs a Class-Path entry
in the manifest file that references mail.jar.

Error while updating a jar file

I am trying to update a jar file using teh following command
jar -uf project.jar fileMy.prop
however while doing that i get the following error
java.io.IOException: Error in writing existing jar file
at sun.tools.jar.Main.run(Main.java:179)

Perhaps some process (your java program perhaps) is still running that has the file open still? You'll need to shut down the process(es) that have it open. Or you don't have proper rights to the directory/file. Not a java issue.

Error while deploying the par file

while deploying an application in NWDS we are getting the error as"operation failed,please make sure that the server is running or check the log."
we have ensured that the server is running,but the deployment is getting failed.
Please suggest tips to deploy the PAR file successfully.

We are using NWDS to create a small application to develop ( for ex jspdynpage)
.while deploying the par file or exporting it to the server,we are getting the error as "please make sure that the server running.HTTPS protocol is not supported,please ensure that this server is not using HTTPS.
the server is running and is shown in green.
we have also disabled the proxy settings.
we have also tried by specifiing the IP of the server in the proxy settings.
the above steps didnt work.please suggest the things to do to make this working.

Actually vcvars32.bat file is under C:\MicrosoftVisualStudio\VC98\bin\vcvars32.bat directory structure
but
in appsora.cmd it is showing the C:\MicrosoftVisualStudio\bin\vcvars32.bat (VC98 Directory is not present in this path)
In contextfile.xml i have not seen any path related to vcvars32.bat.
In which file i have to change this directory structure of C:\MicrosoftVisualStudio\bin\vcvars32.bat to E:\>C:\MicrosoftVisualStudio\VC98\bin\vcvars32.bat

I have gone through the doc id's given but my Visual Studio directory is more than 8 characters.So Could you please advice, instead of re-installing the visual studio? whether there is any file to change the path from If you already opened SR you have to confirm it wiht Oracle Support
Also,If we have to re-install the Visual Studio .will be there any effect on the existing 11.5.10.2 application?I belive yes it could effect your system until your install process end.
Please confirm all those wiht oracle support via your SR

WebInterface Server - Error while opening the PDF file

Hello,
We are using webinterface to display the MSDS genearated.
Our customers use the link provided to them for displaying the msds.
We imported a few MSDS ( CG36 ), which are in PDF format & displayed successfully on the webinterface server.
However the newly generated MSDS ( Create Report ) from SAP EH&S system are not getting displayed on the webinterface server. We are getting following error message:
Error reading resulitng document from filesystem. Class:
COM.td.ehswww.results.EhsDocument.
Method:getResolvedDocument().This error could have been caused by a misconfigured filter.ini.
We checked and found that the filter.ini file is same on both quality & production system.
We are able to generate & display the report successfully on quality webinterface server.
Problem only appears on the production webinterface server.
We also tried to search for the SAP notes on this issue.
But we could not find out any relevant note for our issue.
Any help in this regarding is highly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help.
We checked on both quality & production webinterface server.
The Tomcat service is not executed with any specific user.
The system is working fine on quality , we are getting errors only on the production.
We also identified a strange behavior on the production web interface server.
We are able to see files under following menu path:
There are error files getting generated.
I guess these error files are getting generated while converting the rtf file to pdf file.
The resultant PDF file is not getting generated and hence system is giving the error on the webpage.
Can you guide us as to why these error files are getting generated .? What can be the root cause of this issue.? and How to prevent this.?

Java error while trying download jar file into SYS Schema

I am trying to use UTL_DBWS package for Consuming Web Services in Oracle 10.2.0.4
I donwloaded latest copy of the dbwsclient.jar file from the below link.

I chose the below option for downloading the jar file since i use 10.2.0.4 oracle version.
10.1.3.1 Callout Utility for 10g and 11g RDBMS (ZIP, ~13MB)
I tried to download the jar file into SYS schema using the below command.
loadjava -u sys/password -r -v -f -genmissing -s -grant public D:\oracle\Product\10.2.0\DB_1\sqlj\lib\dbwsclientws.jar D:\oracle\Product\10.2.0\DB_1\sqlj\lib\dbwsclientdb102.jar
But i keep getting the below error.

Well, let´s supose your manifest is defined as I did in my previous post. So, your directory base should be something like:
C:\dir
docbaseconnection.jar
dctm.jar
dfc.jar
anotherlibraries.jar
But, let´s supose you want something like
C:\dir
docbaseconnection.jar
lib (folder, which contains dctm.jar, dfc.jar, etc)
Then you should change the class-path of your manifest to
Class-Path: ./lib/dctm.jar ./lib/dfc.jar
That´s what I meant

Getting error while installing the .p12 file in keychain access

Hi i am trying to install the certificate.p12 file in Keychain Access's Login section on my mac mini. For each .p12 file it showing "This certificate was signed by an unknown authority". But when i tried to install the same .p12 file on other machine, its got install and showing "This is a valid certificate" Before installing this .p12 file, i was able to install the .p12 file. But to install the new .p12 file, i had deleted all the .p12 files and provisioning profiles. After that i was not able to install any .p12 file on my machine. Can anybody help me on this?

Are you trying to add the hosts to your OEM 12c, and then choosing "Deploy Agent"?
Please check this error message about the image file..
The image file C:\oracle\core\12.1.0.2.0\jdk\bin\java.exe is valid, but is for a
machine type other than the current machine.
"Validating OMS_HOST & EM_UPLOAD_PORT failed."
If the agents are deployed earlier from another OEM12c server, please undeploy them and then try.
