Error while invoking the DB adapter

Trying to create simple BPEL process which will read the csv file and invoke the db adapter to insert the data in database. While invoking the db adapter I am getting following error

I'm having the same issue with my toplink mappings used by the database adapter-insert operation.
The mapping for the ID, primary key field, exists in the mapping-file op toplink and the attribute exists as well in the java generated wrapper classes.
I'm still getting the following exception:

  • InvocationTargetException:There was an error while invoking the operation.

    Hi,
    I am having issues getting my remote server configured right after everything working properly on the local host. I am getting the following error:
    InvocationTargetException:There was an error while invoking the operation. Check your operation inputs or server code and try invoking the operation again.
    The key parts of the large message I am getting after that are:
    Class "test" does not exist: Plugin by name 'Test' was not found in the registry; used paths:: ..../smii/test/  ID5D8FE3F-A1D1-4174-98B3-4BED10FD8FFE I79685B66-D792-E4E9-13B3-00004DA5951B  I0F94D267-0704-3C89-0B5B-0000090BA097  134950398900
    I don't know how this last part of the address with random number and letters is getting there.
    Also, when searching for my server settings today it seems to add a "-1" on the end of the initial directory on the server...not sure why but I seem to be having major issues implementing the service remotely.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Cheers, Andrew

    I also cannot get my flex server to validate. It always comes up with the error of the server is either off or wrong root url even when everything is set up right and I can access everything via either finder or the web browser.
    Any suggestions? The server does not have any fire walls up to prevent access.

    Hi Phani,
    Are you able to reproduce issue as below:
    1. Login to Application as sysadmin.
    2. Navigate to Intergrated SOA Gateway > Integration Repository.
    3. Click on search on right hand side of the page.
    4. In the Internal Name type "FND_USER_PKG" and click Go.
    5. Click on the User link.
    6. Under the "Web Service - SOA Provider", click in the "View WSDL". Copy the complete URL "http://test:8003/webservices/SOAProvider/plsql/fnd_user_pkg/?wsdl"
    7. Open the soapUI.
    8. Click File > new soapUI Project.
    9. Test the web service.
    If yes,
    I think you might be need to execute a patch:
    solution:
    To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
    1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for iAS Patch 18855074.
    Note: Above Merge Label Request (MLR) is build for EBS 12.1.3 having OC4J 10.1.3.5.
    2. Enable the profile option "EBS Adapter for BPEL, Function Security Enabled".
    a. Login as SYSADMIN user and Navigate to System >Profile  and Search for "EBS Adapter for BPEL, Function Security Enabled" (Internal name :EBS_ADAPTER_FUNCTION_SEC_ENABLED)
    b. Set the Value to 'Y' at SITE level . This means  function security feature is enabled and all API calls for PL/SQL APIs, Oracle e-Commerce Gateway, and concurrent programs will be checked for user security before they are invoked.
    3. Retest the issue by Generating and Deploying the required package.
    4. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
    Thanks

  • Error while invoking the ABAP Proxy via SOAP Adapter

    Hi,
    My scenario involves SOAP Client invoking a webservice hosted in PI which in turn invokes the ABAP Proxy asyncronously.
    SOAP Client -> PI -> ECC (ABAP Proxy) . This works fine.
    Next , I have exposed the ECC Service Interface as webservice using SOA Manager transaction. Now, once the service is created using SOAManager, i replaced the XI Adapter with SOAP Adapter and provided the target URL as the URL provided by the SOAManager.
    SOAP Client -> PI -> ECC (ABAP Proxy via SOAP Adapter)
    With this approach, i am encountering the below error message
    2009-05-29 12:17:55 Error Adapter Framework caught exception: null
    2009-05-29 12:17:55 Error Delivering the message to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException.
    Any ideas on the above errror message? Any pointers or inputs will be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Vinayak Kamath

    This is a generic error message which does not have any information about the error which has occurred.
    Do you see any error messages in the SOAP client?

    Please help me on this..
    Thanks
    PM

    Hi all,
    Thanks for your help I found my DBAdapter was not running on the server. I redeployed and the issue was resolved.
    I tried testing the insert operation from the sbconsole I got the following error. Even from the OSB eclipse console I am facing same issue. I have pasted the error below. If any one can help me on this, will be a great help to me.
    The invocation resulted in an error: <jca-transport-application-error xmlns="http://www.bea.com/wli/sb/transports/jca" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">

    Issue solved...
    Turns out that it is not picking up data from the AR_LOOKUPS, which is actually a view.
    Used FND_LOOKUP_VALUES instead and it works fine...
    Thanks

    Please do help me i am facing since 2 days, i searched a lot but i am not getting any feasible solution.
    Please assist me.

    I'm having the same issue with my toplink mappings used by the database adapter-insert operation.
    The mapping for the ID, primary key field, exists in the mapping-file op toplink and the attribute exists as well in the java generated wrapper classes.
    I'm still getting the following exception:
    file:/C:/oracle/product/10.1.3.1/OracleAS/bpel/domains/default/tmp/.bpel_CreateDossierAdoption_1.0_4ffe4561c54c844933a9c0246cd89c90.tmp/InsertNewDossier.wsdl [ InsertNewDossier_ptt::insert(DossiersCollection,DossiersCollection) ] - WSIF JCA Execute of operation 'insert' failed due to: Mapping Not Found Exception. The input xml record had an element [Dossiers/ID]. Make sure that the input xml is valid relative to the xsd and that the mapping exists in the Mappings.xml. If an old version of the descriptor without this mapping has been loaded by the database adapter, you may need to bounce the app server. If the same descriptor is described in two separate Mappings.xml files, make sure both versions include this attribute/mapping.

    Thanks,

    My problem is special, we change the AM configuration to EJB (2.1 stateful, let's put performance issue aside) and deploy remotely, however, there's a NullPointerException occurred at the same line number as your case when we change the task flow id of the dynamic region, because the ADF framework always calls Rollback during region refresh, this Rollback cause the NullPointerException. Even if I caught and ignore this error, there will be always a NullPointerException thrown the next time we do any VO attribute update (kind of same as the blog entry described below).
    http://adfbugs.blogspot.com/2011/08/rollback-is-executed-when-region-is.html
    I am not sure if we could benefit from fixing of your SR by Oracle. Please share if you have any hints, thank you!

    Hi,
    This is definitely a Bug. I would have filed it but it would be better if we have the exact steps to reproduce the issue. I am aware that you might not be able to share all your source. But a scaled down example would really be helpful. Please  do log this bug at

    <form name="form1" method="get" action="/httpbinding/default/AddMacroSync/process">
    EmployeeId :
    <input type="text" name="EmployeeId" ><br>
    <br>

    class="dialog"
    label="OK"
    accesskey="t"/>
    <br>
    </form>
    </body>
    </html>
