Error while loading WSDL xml

Hi,
I am using "invoke webservice" activity to invoke an WSDL webserivce. When i load the url it gives me error. Please find the screenshot below. Please tell me what is the problem. When i hit the same wsdl url in internet explorer it is generating wsdl url.

It seems that your WSDL is not well defined, you need to test your wsdl via WS-I compliance in order to check if the wsdl is well created, you can do this via soapui, just create a new project, import the wsdl file or set the URL, left click in the project and select check WS-I compliance, this tool will test your wsdl and gives you a detailed report of what might be the problem.

XML Parse error while loading an XML file

HI Folks,
I was trying to load and XML file into BODS.. The XML file is well-formed and the same when tested in other tools is getting loaded without any issues..
I have created a XML-File format with the corresponding XSD..
But here in BODS it is giving - Parse error
1) when i try to view the data of the source XML in my dataflow ..it is giving "XML Parser Failed".. and not able to show data..
2) When I run my job i get the same pares error - with details as under..
---> Error here is "Unable to recognize element 'TAB' " or some time is say " Element TAB should be qualified"
Please guide with this if you have any info..thanks

Depending on the object "myLastFile", the method openDlg might not even exist (if the myLastFile object is not a File object, for instance). And I do not see any need for the myLastFile anyhow, as you are presenting a dialog to select a file to open. I recommend using the global ChooseFile( ) method instead. This will give you a filename as string in full path notation, or null when no file was selected in the dialog. I am not sure what your ExtendScript documentation states about the return value for ChooseFile, but if that differs from what I am telling you here, the documentation is wrong. So, if you replace the first lines of your code with the following it should work:

While writing this, I see that Russ has already given you the same advice. The ESTK autocompletion also gives you a fifth parameter "helplink" which is undocumented and can safely be ignored.

Error while loading an XML document using a structured application

Hi,
I try to load an XML document using a structured application defined in the default structapps.fm
My code is shown down, extracted from the FDK API code sample.
Problem, I always have the same message :
"Cannot find the file named e:\xml\AdobeFrameMaker10\file. Make sure that the file exists. "
Where "e:\xml\AdobeFrameMaker10\" is my install directory.
So I assume that frame try to find the structapps.fm file but does not find it.
What else can it be ?
Does anyone knowns how to achieve this simple task using extendScript ?

That's no problem with the wsdl, it's the browser that's not able to show the xml, try on firefox or try using "show page source"...

Sidecar.xml not uploading 'an error has occurred while loading sidecar.xml. Sidecar.xml is invald'

If anyone could throw some light as to why im receiving this error it would be hugely appreciated
'an error has occurred while loading sidecar.xml.
Sidecar.xml is invalid. Error #1090'
i've used this method for filling in all the fidly bits and ordering the folios for about a year now and never had any issues with it.. until i was about to publish our issue yesterday.... and of course a problem had to crop up..
I did update to the latest mandatory folio builder version, i wonder if this is the problem?
i have tried all the seeminly obvious solutions, logging in an out of the folio builder, resaving teh .xml file , restarting the computer. swearing.. none of them worked.. :S

For the benefit of others searching for on this issue in the future, the problem was with the sidecar.xml document. One of the tags elements had an extra "<" in it, which resulted in the XML being malformed.

Hi Jay,
While in theory it should work offline, you have run into
the main issue.
IE7 has a security limitation that prevents the ActiveX
control that does the XMLHttpRequest from working from the local
file system.
Without being about to control the viewing environment, you
can't guarantee it will work in all instances.
It will work if running off a web server (
http://localhost or otherwise).
I wouldn't recommend it for offline use unless you can
control the usage.

I’m following lesson 9 from Adobe Dreamweaver CS3
Classroom in a Book which starts with viewing in a browser the
final web page provided on the CD that comes with the book.
The problem is that when I browse that file, IE 7 gives this
error:

I deleted unsupported properties and changed the unsupported
value of hand to default and saved the main.css.
Unfortunately IE still couldn't render the page showing the
same error.
I searched the CSS Advisor web site and even entire Google
but except a few people reporting the same error no solution was
posted.
I also tied to contact the publisher of the book but I didn't
get any replies with solutions yet.
Since this is a learning project I'm trying to prepare myself
for real live scenarios and wonder what experienced users would do
when facing a similar problem if the project was for a client. What
would you do. What is an acceptable practice? If you can't find a
solution what would you say to your clients "well IE 7 can't render
certain things from your page and there is nothing I can do about
it"?

FDF error while loading xml file onto PDF

Need some help here folks. Im getting a FDF error while loading some value into pdf form. It not happening all the time, 1 out of 60 times with the same xml file onto a new pdf form. Anyone know why this happening. Is there some technical support i can purchase to get this resolved.

Hi,
Hopefully, this is the right list for this problem. I am working on a computer that has Linux 2.6.20-1.2952.fc6. I am trying to deploy a program to a Sun SPOT using over-the-air functionality; however, I get the following message:

make sure to include one of those two directories in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable. Probably the client directory one. And only the directoy (i.e. that path minus the libjvm.so part).

R12 installation giving me error [while loading shared libraries: librt.so]

Hello ..
I am installing Fresh R12 installation on Fedora. I was doing Single node installation. Installation was going fine but at the point when it said run "autoconfig.sh" for APPS_TIER. I went to $INST_TOP/admin/scripts and ran "autoconfig.sh". After that installer showed me all the errors and when i try to see the log file.
I am getting following errors.

[oracle@aurie / ]$ su - root

Now, I cant do anything on this machine, I try rebooting it but no matter what command i try to run i am getting above error.
Cant find any solution online.

Now, I am again hitting the same issue .. whatever I try to do after this fail installation i am getting following

"Error while parsing SOAP XML payload: no element found" received when invoking Web Service

Running PB 12.1 Build 7000. Using Easysoap. Error ""Error while parsing SOAP XML payload: no element found" received when invoking Web Service". This error does not appear to be coming from the application code. Noticed that there were some erroneous characters showing up within the header portion of the XML ("&Quot;"). Not sure where these are coming from. When I do a find within the PB code for """" it gets located within two objects, whereas they both reference a "temp_xml_letter". Not sure where or what temp_xml_letter resides???   The developer of this is no longer with us and my exposure to WSDL and Web Services is rather limited. Need to get this resolved...please.

Maybe "extraneous" is an incorrect term. Apparantly, based upon the writeup within Wiki, the parser I am using does not interpret the """? How do I find which parser is being utilized and how to control it?

Error while loading the runtime repository via HTTP

Hi Experts,
I am trying to delete an enhancement and when I enter the component name and the enhancement set in BSP_WD_CMPWB. I get the following error when right click the enhanced view and select delete : Error while loading the runtime repository via HTTP. How do I delete this enhancement?

if for some reason the runtime repository is not coherent, you get an error each time you try to read it (and this is the case when you open a component using the transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB)
this is because the XML file is interpreted by a CALL TRANSFORMATION statement, and any incorrect node will raise an uncaught exception
solution:
enhanced view is contained into BSP application you have created the first time you enhanced the component
go to SE80 and enter the BSP application where your objects are stored (the name you provided the first time)
there you can modify directly the objects, including the runtime repository which is stored under node "Pages with flow Logic"
once the correction is done, you can access again your component through transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB (and delete it properly if this is what you want to do)
