Error while logging into applications in R12(21.1.3)

Hi,
We are getting below error while logging into applications in R12 (12.1.3).
**"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance"**
Everytime we face this issue, we will bounce OACORE services then the issue will not occur again.
Can you please help me in finding permanent fix for this issue?
FYI,
I have performed the following debugging steps to check the issue further
1.     Enabled FND diagnostics at the site level .
2.     Added following lines in ocj4.properties file
AFLOG_ENABLED=true
AFLOG_LEVEL=statement
AFLOG_MODULE=% (% captures all - preferable to use products such as fnd, ies, por)
AFLOG_FILENAME=/tmp/test.log
3.     Examined the output from aoltest.jsp. Please find the attached AOL-J diagnostics test file.
Then I have reproduced the issue, and examined all the log files but couldn’t find any error information.

The htmlb jar file is available in the location where it has to be.
We have been getting this error 2 or 3 times; each time we had to install the server again!!Couldn't find any other alternative.

I'm also encountering same error while running a page in Jdev with OAF version 10.1.3.3.0. I've recently upgraded my workstation from 3.00 GHz Intel Pentium 4 (Hyper-Threaded) 4 to Dual 2.80 GHz Intel Core2 Duo. I did not encounter this error before in my old workstation.
Btw, I'm connecting to EBS R12.
Though I tried running a page in Jdev with OAF version 9.0.3 connecting to EBS 11.5.10 and it was successful.

I ran fndcpass and change my username's password which got changed successfully
But still when i login to application using my username i am getting invalid password error
I am getting the same error if i login as sysadmin

I added sap.theme.default= http://host:port/webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tcwddispwda/global/SSR/themes/Theme in NWA WebDynpro properties.Post that there is an exception coming up in NWA screen itslf.

Error while logging into CR server using SDK API

I have crystal reports server 2008 running on Redhat linux machine. The CMS server (running on port 6400)and other servers are all up and running.
When I try to communicate to the server using the SDK API I am getting error message. Can someone help me. I tried many things like shutting down firewall at the server etc bit nothing work . The netstat -na command shows server is running on port 6400. I am going mad.

Error while logging into Enterpise Manager

I have successfully installed the SOA suite. When I try to open the enterprise manager in the browser, it gives me the following error. Any help on what needs to be done would be appreciated.
Weblogic server is running fine so is oracle BPM. Enterprise manager was also running till this problem occured.

Error while logging in the BPC

Hi All
We are using BPC MS version.
We have encountered the following error, while Logging into the server :
' Cannot insert duplicate key row in object ' dbo.TBLDEFAULTS' with unique index ' IX_tbldefaults'. The statement has been terminated.
I have also seen note no. 1326648 but we are alredy on SP005
If anybody, has solution for this, please let us know.

Usually this happen when you have a bad restore of an appset.
Or it can happen when you are doing a reimage of one computer into another computer.
Into tbldefault from appset where you try to connect it seems you have some duplicate records and this is causing the issue.
You have to find these duplicate records and to leave just a single record.

Logging into Oracle Apps R12 throws error - "unable to authenticate session".
Earlier Guest user was end-dated which has now been removed and autoconfig was run.but still the same issue..(services were bounced too)
Guest user password is:ORACLE(uppercase) in xml file,dbc file,GUEST profile options..
could anyone please share such an experience encountered before and suggest resolution...

The application is working great and is having no errors
When i am trying to copy/import this application by auto assigning application iD ,its throwing an earlier mentioned error.

Our problem is a bit later in the process, but very similar to the OP. The records do exist in AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES, but reflect the incorrect codelevel because they were not updated due to the ORA- error

Getting "Error Establishing Socket " error while running the application

Hi,
Can Any one help me as I getting the following error while inserting data into database for after some rows and will insert for some rows then again some error . I googled but but didnt get any proper solution.
Soultion what I got it is
1) turn off windows firewall.
2) change server TCP/IP settings.
3) It will give probelm with windows XP SP 2
I tried all but didnt able to solve that.
I am using Java 1.5, MSSQL server 2000,and eclipse 3.2,windows XP SP2

Error while loggin into EPMA after schema migration - 9.3.1.3 to11.1.1.3.02

Hello Everyone,
We are migrating 9.3.1.3 EPMA DB schema (having planning/hfm applications) to 11.1.1.3 EPMA. Applied the required patch - "p9535372" to target server "11.1.1.3" so now target server is 11.1.1.3.02. After patch apply, we migrate the EPMA DB Schema and execute the upgrade through Configurater. Everything goes fine and able to login into shared services and workspace but system throws an error while loging into EPMA.
Error Message -
1) loading the module 'awb.appcontainer" failed
2) Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Raised the SR - 3-4112905501 and BUG16- Bug 12808646 with oracle support/product team, meanwhile any suggestion/advice will be of Gr8 help
We have followed the other meta-link docs in reference to this issue, but not able to resolve the issue

Thanks for you reply. Do you mean the process should be as follows (i add step 4 and remove step 7)? What about migrating business rules and calcmanager, how can i migrate this?

1. Backup the relational tables of the application in 9.3.1
2. Backup essbase objects (rul, otl ,csc, rep)
3. Install EPMA 11.1.2.2 in a new server, including a new sql server instance.
4. Shared Services provisioning use CSSImportExport utility to export from the 9.3.1 env and then transform to LCM format to import, or you can look at the HSSMigrate utility which is available with 11.1.2.2 (JohnGoodwin)
5. Create a new application same name of database and connection and apply a “create” --->“Create a fresh planning application on version 11 make sure the admin is the same name as your old 9.3 planning app: “If the admin of your 9.3 planning application a native user and not the default hyperion system admin (account=admin) then; Go into the database tables for the planning app and look at table HSP_USERS, store the SID value against user 50001" JohnGoodwin:

6. Stop application, shutdown services.
7. Restore all relational tables of the 9.3.1 application (step 1) in to the ne application (step 5.)
8. Start services, apply a create in the application.
9. Copy objects (step 2) except otl.
10. Export data from 9.3.1 and import data to 11.1.2.2 application.
