Error while running GENPRINT - Unable to DSMergeNAFormset(DocSet,pRPS- fp)

Question

We are trying to generate a PDF from the archived data. We have the NAfile, POLfile and batch files created. But when we run the GENPRINT executable on Windows (that uses the above mentioned files), we seem to get the error -
DM17059: Error in ProcessData(): Unable to DSMergeNAFormset(DocSet,pRPS->fpNAFile,NAOffset,). Object Name:<Image Name>
DM17053: Error in ProcessRcpRecs(): Unable to ProcessData(pRPS,&LocalPrtInfo) for batch <BATCH1>.
This happens on the Solaris environment also and we are unable to retrieve the PDF via the Solaris server setup also.
Apparently, the archival data has the same form/image repeated through several times which is the only unusual thing we observe.

It also appears that the NAfile contents show LN=1 for all the Forms/Images which has never been the case with the other extracts. i.e.
