Error while trying to install itunes 10.7

I receintly updated my iPhone 4s to iOS6, but it wouldn't let me sync to itunes, so I downloaded the new itunes(10.7) but when I try to install it, I keep getting the error;
"The Feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package iTunes64.msi in the box below."
has anyone ells have a similer problem and succesfully fixed the issue?

(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

So I have been trying multiple times and doing a variety of things to try and install itunes 9 on vista. While it is copying new files I always get the same error at the same place. The error reads, "The cabinet file 'AppleMobileDeviceSupport.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-Rom, or problem with this package." I tried downloading the installer from firefox, IE, and Google chrome all with no avail. I also removed every Apple related product from my computer in hopes of a clean install. If there are any tips on what to do, it would be greatly appreciated. I also get the same errors when I try to install Quicktime except it has a different cabinet file that doesn't work. It's really aggravating.

    After a recent itunes update I started getting an error about other software interferring with itunes (I had not installed any other software) I was told to try reinstall itunes.
    When I try to reinstall itunes I get an error that says "The feature you are trying to use is a network resource that is unavailable" I also get this eroor message if I try to uninstall itunes.
    I am not on a network! I never have been! This is just my Home use PC laptop.
    Everything else on this computer seems to be working fine.
    So now I have no itunes on my PC laptop at all.
    Does anyone have any idea whats going on or how to fix this problem?

Go to "control panel" then "add or remove programs". Highlight "Apple software update" Choose "change" click "Repair" This should do the trick. Then download and install iTunes 10.5 again.

Hey guys. I keep on getting this error while trying to install any new kind of itunes version:
*Could not open key HKEYLOCALMACHINE/SOFTWARE/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run. Verify that you have sufficent access to that key, or contact your support personnel*
Any idea what to do? I'm helpless here. Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried a few solutions and for the first error when installing one was an attempt at editing a registry file which I do not think succeeded because I am running windows 8 and was being directed for windows 7.

Encountered errors when trying to install itunes

I bought a new computer , installed itunes without a problem, then one day it said it could not locate my device (iphone ) and that I had to uninstall itunes and install a new version, so I did, however now everytime I try to install the program both the 64 bit version or regular it goes through all the steps , and then says
it encountered errors while trying to install program, nothing has been changed please close and try again. I try and try and try and it's always the same. I tried to download the program first and again the same thing. I'm about ready to give up I can't access my music or do anything with my phone without it.

We are getting an error while trying to install EBS R12.1.1 on Linux x86_64 os(RHEL 5.2).We are getting the error at step 2 of 5 during database configuration stage 33% (65%) stage.The error is as given below,

I am trying to install SAP CE 7.1 EHP 1 on Windows 7. I am getting below error while trying to install. can you please help to fix this problem?

I donu2019t think so it is windows 7 or 64/32 bit hardware/software issue. I have faced u201Cmsiexec failed with return code 1603u201D error many times during SAP installation and solved this issue with below mentioned procedure.
Solution:
Just change the location of temp directory to empty folder in user environment variable without cancel installation in current user session. After that, click on yes button to continue the installation. If installation will ended after click on yes button, restart the installation with continue old installation option.

If you deleted iCloud and reinstalling iTunes doesn't automatically reinstall it visit iCloud Control Panel.
