ESS600 SP 11 upgrade error in travel request creation

Dear All,
We have recenlty up graded to ESS-SP11 package, The intial travel request is coming. But When I click on "dditional destination" or "Review" button , The following dump is coming.
The same is happening in travel expense as well.
The error is:

Probably, your backend is not compatible anymore with your Portal.
You may need to upgrade your SAP_HR and EA_HR support packages.

Error in Travel Request for Non Payroll Relevant Employees

While implementing Travel Management, we have employees who have their payroll areas as 01 (monthly) as well as 99 (non payroll relevant). We are implementing travel management for both types of employees so that they can create travel requests/expenses.
For employees who have 99, we are facing problem. If we create a request for an employee of 99 it does not allow to save and gives error
'No entry in table T549Q for argument 00 at time <current date>'
In table V_T549Q there is no such period parameter called 99.
However in table V_T549A the 'Period Parameters' for 99 is kept blank, while for 01, it is 01. I tried assigning 01 as the 'Period Parameters' for 99 in V_T549A.
Now, as this 'Period Parameters' 01 is there in V_T549Q, and I try to create a travel request, it gives another error,
'Error while writing to the database (PTRV_HEAD/PTRV_PERIO/Cluster TE)'
In feature TRVPA, the entry L+G is 0, i.e. no integration with payroll and PA3 is also 0.
Am I missing anything because of which I am not able to create travel requests for employees with payroll area 99.
How can I disable the integration with payroll completely?

First of all configure all the required configurations and update the required fields in the Employee masters IT 0017 - Travel privileges.
1. Travel manager (T-code: TRIP)
2. Travel Expense Manager (T-code: PR05)
3. Approve Trip (T-code: PRAP)
4. Settle Trip (T-code: PREC)
5. Create Posting Run (T-code: PRFI)
6. Manage Posting Run (T-code: PRRW)
*You can find all the Travel related T-codes in SAP Easy Access--> Human Resources --> Travel Management

Need to delete drop down values of activity in travel request portal

We need to hide/delete few of the drop down values from activity in travel request creation in portal, i know that if we delete in R/3 it will effect here, as per the client requirement we need values in R/3 system but that few of the values should not appear drop down list .

Error while creating a Travel Request

Hi All,
EP 7,ESS/MSS 1.0
We have a issue in Creating Travel Request in Portal.
Once we fill all the required entries to create a travel request and click the review button it pops a message saying " Errors have been discovered when checking the Expense Report. Please correct them in order to proceed." .
When i check the same in backend using the tcode- TRIP, we are able to create the travel request.
Can some one tell me where we are going wrong and is there any configuration at backend to be done still.

Ensure that all the variant are properly integrated between Travel & Expenses.
Also, for testing, removing the integration and test if the pop-up comes back.

Error when Display/Print my expense report,travel request and travel plan

Hello experts,
I had configurated the ADS and ESS successfully.We are using ESS and interactive form now.
And we had developed some interactive form and they work fine .
In page "My Trips and Expenses   " , there are 4 tabs " All My Trips"," My Travel Requests"," My Travel Plans " and " My Expense Reports " .
When I selected one row of table and click button " Display/Print" , I got the error :

Error in creating a travel request

Hi Experts,
In portal i am trying to create a travel request but it is showing some 'Error during call of fuction module TRIP_WRITE_PERIO'.
Checked this function module in ECC it is not an RFC function could it be the reason?

We have a requirement to "Populate Error Message(Supervisor not Maintained) while submitting Travel Request if Supervisor(A002) relationship is not maintained for employee in ESS.
We are using standard WDA application - FITV_REQUEST and standard travel request workfow - WS20000050.

We created enhancement for FM HRTRV_IF_GET_CUSTOMIZING and written code in that.
So by this if Logged in Employee is not assgned with Line Manager , it will throw error while accessing "Create Travel Request application".

Error in travel management while saving trip request

Hi All,
At the time of creating a travel request, I am getting the following error :
Error while writing to the database (PTRV_HEAD/PTRV_PERIO/Cluster TE). after ssiging the number range also its showing same error while saving.
Please advise how to resolve this issue.

such problem occor when u have not defined the number range
Set Up Trip Number Ranges
if the problems remaines after defining number range...keep check all transaction there may two three more numbers ranges has to define..
this prblem is only due to number ranges not defined by you.
When we create the number ranges we must be carefull to create the subintervals with two digit numbers. For example:
01 000000001 19999999999
02 200000000 2999999999
If you put:
1 000000001 19999999999
2 200000000 2999999999
Then the error appears.

Error when creating a travel request with Advance amount

Hi Gurus,
When I create a travel request with an Advance amount and try to save the same, the system throws up an error msg : "Trip country does not exist in the system (T005).
However, it allows me to create the travel request without this error if i dont enter any advance amount in the travel request.
I checked the tables V_T706L and V_T706O and found my trip county to be existing.

Hello Prakash,
The following are the prerequisites for transferring trip costs to accounting. In other words when you try to create and save a travel request with advance you are involving accounting entries and therefore the following needed to be checked:
1.Travel Management and Accounting are both at Release 4.5A. If at least one of the systems
has a release level lower than 4.5A, follow the instructions in Customizing for ALE.
2. For payment to be effected, vendor accounts must exist in Accounting for the respective
personnel numbers.
3. The following Accounting tables must be replicated in the Travel Management System using
Customizing transports:
Company Codes (T001)
Countries (T005)
Input Tax Codes (T007A, T007S)
Document Types (T003)
4. The transfer of settlement results
More relevant in your case would be the point 3. Countries(T005) not defined in TM.

I check and the User is not expired.
I found the following suggestion.
I asume that you are using a "Basic Authentication" method, if this is your case, you should configure the SICF service with the following parametters:
1) Go to SICF, /yourservice / double click
2) On the "Logon Data" tab, in the "Procedure" option choose "Alternative Logon Procedure".
3) On the same tab, at the "Logon procedure option", delete the SSO option, and change the Number of the another methods, raised the "Basic Authentication" to the first place.
4) Go to Error pages tab, flag "System logon", and after that click over Configuration, here check "Do no display warnings"
The question is:
This is necessary?
