Essbase Startup

Question

Hi Guys,
when trying to start the essbase application we executed the below script:

When we checked the Essbase Agent log file we can see the below error:

Check the connection to the Shared Services database.
EPMCSS-00001: Failed to initialize EPM Shared Services security instance. Component SYSTEM9/FOUNDATION_SERVICES_PRODUCT/SHARED_SERVICES_PRODUCT is null in EPM System Registry. Verify EPM System Registry configuration.
The error can mean there is a problem connecting to the Shared Services database.
