Reg Error: Component 0DAT (version A) does not exist in the database 
As per the solution in the Note 828033, we need to first change as (our system from CUSTOMER to SAP to access the objects starting with 0) transport/systemtype = SAP
How do we do this?? Plzzz help me providing the navigation steps, as I am not able to create the 0DAT variable using SAP Exit with out the above setting..

After Switching to SAP , calling RRMX> Option Change Query(Global Def)> Calender Day(Context menu) > New Variable> parameters filled as shown in th screen shot below:

Plzzz Help!! as I am not able to work with the queries properly.

now after you fetch data into v_tab,
move it to n_tab.
using a loop at v_tab and move corresponding fields to n_tab's work area
append to n_tab.
once you have populated n_tab and are ready to TRANSFER.
OPEN your file using
open dataset <file> for output in text mode encoding default.
now
loop at n_tab.
TRANSFER n_tab to p_file.
endloop.
CLOSE DATASET.

when we call this transaction it displays a report showing material numbers with some details for a corresponding sales order number
if any of material is missing or problem arises it creates an icon in front of tha material number
now i will have to create a report which will show all the material numbers which are missing orhave this error icon .
Please guide me how should i proceed
what should be the best approach of my report .

you can analyze that report and find logic used for that icon generation, take the same logic for writeing u r report program. you can see the code of the transaction code
1) type the transaction code, press enter
2) system ---> status
3) double click on program(screen) field.
This will take you to source code, their you do analyzation.

Can somebody help with these questions in FI extraction
1. What are the areas or sections in FI , like in LO we have purchasing, SD, PP...Inventory. Becoz i have seen as FI-GL,AA, AR..Plz explain what are they actually and what is the flow. How these areas are related to each other.
2. What are the different tables involved in FI extraction , for example in LO we have SETUP TABLES, EXTRACTION QUEUE, DELTA QUEUE, UPDATE TABLES.
3. What is the actual flow in full load and Delta load in FI applications ...for example in LO we have V1, V2, V3 used for saving records from Application tables to statistical tables, to extraction queue or update tables and then to Delta queue. or if full load through setup tables. So kindly guide me the flow of the FI plz
4. How is Delta management done and how to manage please kindly give me the indepth details step by step so that i can understand the deltamanagement.

After reading some data i could understand that Balance sheet and P &L ACCOUNTS are prepared from FI-GL.
Sales and distribution will have a link to FI-AR.
Materials Management will have a link to FI-AP.
Once again thanks for your help and i am sure your docuement on SAP tables and links will help me a lot to understand the mechanism.

Thanks for the info, so the tables you mentioned for Delta are common for all these application components am i right.
So do they store the delta data or else they will have a record for each change....What is the difference between these two tables..used for delta.

while running payroll simulation iam getting the error as JUMP from DAYPR to detailed log Incorrect generation of WTS...
it is negative time recording, the personnel number is assigned to '0' in IT07, but it is showing the same error
Plzzzzzzzzz.....
suggest me to slove this error...

Maitain the values in the following tables..
T555E-Message Descriptions
T551C-Period work schedule evaluation
V_551C_B-Valuation class for Periodic work schedule
V_t508A-Work schedule rule
V_001P_H-Personnel Subarea grouping for Time Recording
V_T555Z- Time type Determination
V_T510S-Time wage type selection rule
I guess your problem will be resolved.

small query
i have two fields
dateto and date from in my selection screen
i ill have to use parameter for both the feilds i cannot use select-options here
but wen i m using parameter its coming line by line
like
p_dateto "i/o feild"
but i want like we get in select option
p_dateto "i/o feild" p_datfrm "i/o feild"
plz help me doin this .

why dont u use select-options?
but if u want parameters only,
u can do like below.
selection-screen begin of screen <scrno>.
selecion-screen begin of line.
parameters: date_from type sy-datum,
date_to type sy-datum.
selection-screen end of line.
selection-screen end of screen <scrno>.

First get the a data into internal table first then fill the field catalog and give it to FM.
For futher reference Goto to se80 and givepackage slis and see the programs in
slis.type-pools: slis.
