Event is not defined only in Firefox

Hello guys,
I have a problem with SpryValidationTextField.js and only in Mozilla Firefox. When I click on submit´s button of form, at firebug´s console appears: "event is not defined", and the problem is in this line:
this.form.onsubmit = function(e) { e = e || event; return Spry.Widget.Form.onSubmit(e, e.srcElement || e.currentTarget) };
I am not an javascript expert, for this I use Spry Framework, and I can´t resolve this error. Anybody have this error? Can anybody help me?

Two finger scrolling does not work ONLY on Firefox

This just started today, suddenly my two finger scrolling doesn't work but only when I'm in Firefox, offline and on Safari and Chrome it's fine. Restarting Firefox only fixes it for a few minutes, then it stops working again. All of the suggestions I've found that I've tried haven't worked, please if anyone could help and also break it down fairly easily, I'd really appreciate it.

The same issue happens on Firefox 35.0 running in safe mode, Mavericks 10.9.5, both with Magic Mouse and normal standard mouse...
It's unbeliaveble this issue is going on since more than one year ago, I can find people complaining about it since December 2013!
Oh, one more thing: I don't have a two finger swipe configuration, I have single finger swipe, so the actual problem is about scrolling the page in itself (considering I've tested it with a normal standard mouse as well....).

HTML image mapping not working only on Firefox browser

On my website I have some images, which show fine, however the image mapping which is coded using html does not work (i.e. when you click on a certain area in the picture and it takes you to another page). This is working fine for IE, safari and chrome.
Any help / advice would be appreciated.

Why does localhost page not show only in Firefox

Every time I try to open the page 'http://localhost' in my FF, all I get is a blank, white page. I tried this with two different local server programs XAMPP and WAMPServer. Both give the same result, a blank, white page. Apache and MySQL, which those local servers provide, work perfectly fine. I can access that page only if I type in 'https://localhost' or the IP '127.0.0.1'. But IE, Opera and Chrome have no problem showing the page the normal way. Could you please tell me what my problem is? I tried to find something in other forums and asked as well in a forum for XAMPP? But they couldn't help me. I changed my hosts file and also tried to disable IPv6 but that didn't help. The servers are both working perfectly fine, there were no error messages when I installed them. I also tried to disable the firewall and see if that would be the mistake but that didn't help either.
Here maybe some information you would need to analyse the problem: I use WIN7 Home Premium 64 bit, XAMPP version 1.7.3 and Firefox version 3.6.10

Search content does not appear only in firefox on certain sites like autotrader, gumtree etc

This problem randomly happened and I cant find any fixes where if I use either gumtree or autotrader the website works until I search and then the search appears then dissapeares after 1 second. But other websites like ebay work fine so this is why I am confused. I googled this and cant seem to find anyone with the same issues and ive tried the standard things like clearing cookies and cache etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Live streaming event is not streaming, only buffering

is the link to the live streaming event from Adobe World Tour. I am in North Yorkshire. The streaming is not working. It is buffering all the time.
I missed the whole bit about lightroom, and I am appauled that Adobe does not stream with a working stream...
Who can do something about this? Of course it is now 20.10 in the evening, the event started at 19 PM... I have been able to watch maybe 5 minutes...
Nobody there at Adobe UK and the chatagent was useless as well...

WP does not support Adobe Flash and even Android has stopped supporting it so theres nothing you can do abnout this excpet perhaps stream it on a PC with flash player installed.

I have a popup banner and also popup links that I have for sign-in or request info on my site using JavaScript, It always worked fine until I updated to Firefox 19. On other browsers there are no issues.

Preferences window does not open, only makes firefox window inactive but preferences window never shows up.

Firefox 3.6 preferences work normally, tested also with ff 3.6 removed.

I am getting this error when the computer renders some websites. It happens with ebay & on youtube. It shows the text but no pictures or background. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and Firefox 4.0.1 it also happens in the newest version of FF & in safe mode , I have installed the latest Java runtime with no change ,but interstingly if I turn on "in private browsing" FF runs OK.
I have run Firefox in safe mode, I have uninstalled completely using the APPS own uninstaller & then cleaned up all the files left behind with a 3rd party uninstaller I have updated Firefox to the newest release & rolled back to v4.0.1,I have disabled all addons & AV & malware apps (just for a minute)I have even tried a system restore. Also the "VJO not defined" only happens with FireFox & not with IE.interestingly FireFox runs fine if I enable "in private browsing"

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

Firefox pops up an error message on certain pages, all other browsers work fine, how can I make firefox ignore the "error" [e2219] css init error: ReferenceError: g is not defined

Basically I want to replace the Ajax Control Toolkit Slider in favor of the Component One Studio for iPhone Slider for better mobile/desktop consistency (the ajax slider doesn't work well with iPhone). I created a simple page that works on every browser and platform (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows) except Firefox, which fails on every platform. I have already tried disabling all plugins (safe mode) and clearing cache, I have also tried this with different versions of Firefox on different platforms. I posted this error on the Component One forum but since this only occurs with Firefox I believe this is a Firefox issue.
I searched for this error on the forums and Google but didn’t get any results:

Visit the same URL with IE, Chrome or Safari and there is no error. If I click [OK] the page loads normally enough for me. Is there some JavaScript or CSS line I can put in the page to make Firefox ignore the error? If so that would be great because even if there is a fix put into Firefox itself there will be those millions of users out there that will not upgrade.

hello, this sounds like it's possibly caused by an addon. do you have any extension/theme installed, you can connect the "FFB" to? if not try disabling them all in firefox > addons > extensions & reenable them one by one to find out which of them might be causing the error message.
