Everything thing was fine until everything went wrong
Everything on my computer was working fine. I was able to
watch all videos and look at my digital magazines on zinio. But now
when I try to video my magazines on zinio, it says that I have to
have atleast flash player 9. The thing is that I have been having
flash player 10 since it came up and was viewing the magazines
using flash player 10.
Now I go look at a video on youtube and instead of the video
playing, it says, "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or
an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash
player. "
My Javascript its enables and I have the newest version of
flash player.
I also have reinstalled adobe flash player and fixed the
permission problem on flash player but nothing has worked yet.
Any help would be appreciated.
Am having the same problem with the same message on youtube.
If you figure out how to fix the problem, please share...

If other devices can connect to the network without problems, it means that the router can provide wireless internet. For this situation, an isolation process is needed to be able to find a fix.
Was the computer tested to connect through Wi-Fi before you bought it?
Did you do Mac address filter on your router?
Make sure that the router is using WPA/WPA2 or WPA2 encryption type just like what Chester has recommended. If your router is already set to that security type, you may test by disabling the wireless security of the WI-Fi router. Check if it will connect or not.
Another thing to check is the properties of your wireless connection. To do that, Go to Network and Sharing center > Click change adapter settings > right click “Wireless” > go to Properties> click Internet protocol IPV4> check the Properties button below > make sure that it’s set to both Obtain IP automatically and Obtain DNS server automatically.

I have a mid-2009 MBP and I've been using my BOSE Companion 20 with it for about half a year now. It was fine until recently, when i want to adjust the volume using the pod on the BOSE Companion 20, it will cause like a surge in volume, spiking it up and down. It will not stablise itself! It's very fustrating. Anybody with the same issue?
I have the BOSE Companion 5 speakers and have had the same problem. I've searched everywhere and gotten nowhere. My speakers are way past their warranty, so calling Bose would probably get me no where either. Only thing I can think of is that the speakers overheat which causes the spikes in the volume. I've tried unplugging them for a few minutes and then plug them back on. The problem does go away, but after about 5 minutes, same problem.

I cannot get my iTunes library/music from my old computer to my new one. The old computer is so messed up that I cannot even open a browser.I tried to copy to an external hard drive and the music was there until I went to upload to the new computer. I disconnected my old computer so I will have to reconnect it I am sure. thank you for any help. Last time I transferred I used a product I purchased. That was a long time ago.
First of all make sure that you've definitely backed up the movies to your external hard disc.
In iMovie click on any event you don't want, go to the file menu and select 'move event to trash'. Then do the same for any unwanted projects - 'move project to trash'. Quit out of iMovie and empty the trash.

Your ebay purchased phone was hacked/jailbroken. You cannot get help here for jailbroken phones. Sorry.

How to I increase the space between the top of tabs and the frame of the entire window? It was fine until Firefox updated and since it updated it reduced the space. Now the space is too thin which makes it more difficult to move the open window frame around when I need to grab something from Desktop. Image attached.In the image, see how thin the space is right above the tab? It was much wider before Firefox update so if any know how to make it wider again, please let me know. Thank you

Maybe someone can help me, it would be greatly appriciated. The first Apple ID I created was fine,until I entered a credit card with a low balance. Now I can't upgrade apps, or even d/l free apps.

my new ipad works perfectly. the iphone 5, however, cannot connect to the same wifi, can barely get a 3G signal, and the power level is at 53% after being barely used for 1\2 a day. Is this a hardware problem?? My old 3Gs was fine until it died.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

I have elements 12 Mac and I can not print 4X6, it comes out 8X10 using HP7520. It was fine until now. I can print 4X6 with iPhoto and off the printer scanner. Help?
I should add that it's an HP photosmart 4280.I found it online and it shows the Mac 0SX operating system.

My iphone is showing the wrong time and date. All was well until sometime this afternoon when it changed... to Nov 5 (2 days prior to today), and about 9 hours and some minutes before the actual time. The world clock for my time zone shows the same wrong date and time. My calender shows the same wrong date and time. The phone can not find my time zone any more. The only fix I found was to turn off the automatic setting for time. What is happening? Ideas?

If it won't download directly, right click and "Save as"
Go to: Mac HD/Library/Internet Plugins
Trash the Flash Player.plugin file from there
Go to: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Trash the Flash Player folder (the whole folder)
Empty the trash
Reboot
Mount the DMG and run the installer.
BEFORE opening any Flash content in Safari, open Safari>Preferences, and check the Security tab to make sure "Allow all other plugins" is checked. -
i ahve a iphone 4S and was working fine until the last software upgrade. i connect to my home wi-fi and it works fine for awhile then it disconnects me. never had this problem until that last software upgrade

I understand that you are having Wi-Fi connectivity issues. We have a great resource for troubleshooting these type of issues:

Try moving closer to the Wi-Fi router or base station to see if the Wi-Fi signal improves.
Check for sources of potential interference.
Remove your iOS device from any case, stand, or other attachment to see if the Wi-Fi signal improves.
Open Safari and try to load a webpage to see if the Wi-Fi signal improves.
Alternatively, you may want to make sure your network does not have a common name:
Avoid giving your wireless network a common name (SSID)

Yahoo email was fine until yesterday!
I bought my Droid X the first day it was out. I upgraded to 2.2 last week. My Yahoo email was fine. I had it set to fetch every 15 minutes and all was good.
Yesterday I noticed I didn't get any Yahoo email after 6 AM. My settings didn't change. I got home and noted lots of email. I changed my settings to "ush" but still do not get any email until I refresh. I tred setting back to fetching every 15 minutes but still have the same problem.
Nothing else has changed on the phone. Any ideas what could be causing this?Check to see which battery mode your device is set to. To set this setting follow these steps: menu> settings> battery manager> battery mode. There should be three options:

They keyboard of my Ipod 5th was exellent until I update to ios7, now i cannot use the keyboard because it took like 15 seconds to the letters to appear
