Everytime I try to download an app or sign into my iTunes account it says "cannot connect to iTunes Store" anyone know about this?
I've tried resetting and setting my time zone correct idk what to do except get anew phone any help?
Did you go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and sign out and sign back in?

Is your iPod jailbroken? If so, that could be causing the problem. It shouldn't, but it could.
Also, you can download free applications for your iPod Touch from the iTunes Store on your computer, or from the App Store on your iPod Touch. -
everytime i try to download an app from itunes, or to 'view all' the apps listed, the error says; 'We could not complete your iTunes Store reuest. The network connection was reset' I used both my desktop and laptop both on Windows 7 Pro, & net is fine. please help. is there soemthing wrong with apple store temporarily?
The latest message is: 'We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection was reset.'
In between, I got a messge about verifying my payment method. When I tried to submit the details, I kept getting a mmessage stating that my payment method was declined (my card is not near it's expiration date, and works fine).

I am getting a security code invalid error everytime I try to download a app or update my current apps? I looked online and a few people are having the same issues anyone been able to get this resolved? It's not just on Iphones either it's on all apple devices. I've called Apple customer service. I've wrote a complaint online as well so far no good.

This may be hard to believe, but I think my problem was that the built-in WiFi adapter on my HP desktop had
gotten flaky. I switched to a Buffalo USB WiFi and the problem immediately disappeared. I never saw any errors, etc. from the Ralink adapter. Strange. Might try another type of connection to the Internet. -

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select

from the menu bar.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

While in Japan on a trip, I updated my iPhone to iOS6. Now, when I try to update my apps, I'm told that my account is not good in the Japan store I must switch to the USA store. How do I do that so I can download and update apps at home in the USA?
Your Apple ID is tied to the US store. Log out of the store, then trying logging back in.

When I enter the Apple store up and I Try to download an app up comes a window telling me that I am in the USA store and must change to the Australia Store. I actually live in Australia. How do I change to the Australian Store?
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region...change here.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Power cycle the router.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved. -

My iPad works perfectly except when trying to update apps. Then I get a message that says "Cannot connect to the iTunes store."
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.
If that doesn't solve it then what has worked for some people is going into Settings > General > Date & Time and change the date to a few months in the future and then re-trying -
in app purchase is not working in testing environment in sandbox for the past 5 days. Please anyone know about this issue.

You are not specific with your problem or errors but one thing that always throws people off is as follows:
When entering you're login name you must use the entire login with carrier name such as [email protected] The field defults to just your name but not the carrier name.
