I used it as ....

dom[Domcnt]= initiatexml.createDocument(dom);
DivideRows = DivideRows - 5;
Domcnt++;
......On this i dont get any error
But for this snippet i get an error

I think you are asking this question not only on the wrong section but also on the wrong website.
The error you are refering to is a Axis2 specific exception, you might get the best answer by posting your question to the Axis2 mailing list:

BTW your exception "java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: TODO"
=> looks like you have some comment left over in your Web-Service invokation. Actually your WSDL has no Method "TODO" so where should this call route to? I guess you should debug your code that invokes the call. Is there really a method TODO.
I am also a bit confused with "Client Side WSDL" actually only the server does create a WSDL file, client only reads it (maybe you have some code generator that uses the WSDL to generate some code .. but the client has no WSDL).
Further you should post a complete working example that can be run by somebody else, espacially with such a specific problem. Otherwise I am afraid hardly anybody will push you to the right direction.

This code is reading data from the database and converts it to a XML document by using DOM and then saves it to a .xml file.
It compiles without any error but when I try to run it, then I get the error given in my earlier post. I hope this explains what the code is suppose to do.

The error is in your XML input, not in your Java code. Probably the XML doesn't declare its encoding, so the parser assumes that it is encoded in UTF-8. And probably it contains some character (like an accented letter, for example) that is not part of the UTF-8 encoding. So contact the person who created the XML -- which is not well-formed XML, by the way -- and get them to fix it. It's possible that declaring the encoding as ISO8859-1 might work, but it might not. All depends on what the invalid character is.

In the [DOM specification|http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/REC-DOM-Level-3-Core-20040407] a Document can only have one Element child. This is the 'document element'. You should be appending to that, not the Document.

Please use the 'code' button when posting code. There are a number of things you can do. Call DocumentBuilder#setErrorHandler() and use org.xml.sax.helpers.DefaultHandler. That should give you a line number where things are broken. Or, easier, save the file you generate and try to open it in IE or Firefox. It will point out where the XML is not well formed.

First,download xalan-j_2_7_0-bin.zip, unpack it.
Then, place the xalan.jar, serializer.jar, xercesImpl.jar and xml-apis.jar in the
<catalina-home>\common\endorsed directory.
At last, reboot your TOMCAT.

XML Parsing exception: org.w3c.dom.ls.LSException

Hi All,
We have a WSM(Webservice Management Application) product which will generate a 'Proxy WSDL URL' for a 'Real WSDL URL' and it does security/auditing/logging/routing and other stuffs at runtime while getting a webservice request (on Proxy WSDL) and route it to the Functional(Real WSDL URL - Application server where the actual webservice is deployed) endpoint.
On receiving response from the functional endpoint, it again comes back to WSM which has to just give the response back to the user unless and until some special policies are attached (like schema validation policy - it will validate the response body based on the schema XSD) 

Here, while reading the response (from functional/application endpoint) over the wire and at the time of creating the actual SoapResponse (XmlResponse) for the end user
xercesImpl.jar is used to parse the data -lsParser.parse(lsInput); which is throwing the exception "org.w3c.dom.ls.LSException: An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x16) was found in the element content of the document" when it sees not properly formatted XML at any cause (having incompatible data/special character).

As the exception does not even give enough information like where the XML is corrupt/having incompatible data/special character, we cant have a control to do anything from our application/product side ,as it is third party jar xercesImpl.jar. It would be really very helpful if we
> either get a option/boolean to turn off the validation logic which is done internally in xercesImpl.jar at the time of parsing 'lsParser.parse(lsInput);'
> or get additional information in the exception (original cause - like the incompatible/special character (or) a full corrupted response in the exception itself) with which we can get a clue to resolve the issue.

It is on http://xml.apache.org/xerces2-j though.
You might need to go there and download it. or make sure your
classpath includes the right jar file.

After few steps When I've to start data base.It doesn't.

Put the hsqldb JAR file into your classpath. I suspect Mr Singh was using ".." when he should have been using "." in the classpath string, but even if he wasn't his classpath issue's not that likely to be identical to yours.

I have a simple server program and a simple client program to test axis - soap-rpc style method using Topcat Apache 4.1.
I am getting errors while running my client program (for both methods - .jws as well as .wsdd)

Based on the others recommendation I read I have changed some other version of "COMMANS-LOGGING.JAR", but still I am getting same errors.
Can anyone help me what may be wrong?

commons-discovery-0.2.jar was fine in my classpath.
Here is the solution:
My classpath did not include . (dot) for the default classpath.
After adding .; (dot) in the beginning of the classpath, the issue was solved.
