Exception ... MyClass is not a subclass of javafx.application.Application
Hi,
I am creating a Java based Framework, with it proper components that i create based on Java FX, so I know that every Class that uses JavaFx should extends "Application", the problem is that this class already extends from another one to verify the Class Diagram consistency "public class ZCPageDesktop extends ZCAbstractPage", now ZCPageDesktop should also extends "Application" to meet with Java FX specification but Multiple extends are not permitted in Java, So what i did is that i Created a Class Member called "private ZCFXApplication fxapp" which is an instance of the class ZCFXApplication that i created and extends "Application", so i redefined the method public void start(Stage primaryStage){/} then i created also another method to simulate the method public static void draw(String []args){ launch(args) // calling launch } all of this is done in my framework implementation, but when i go to the test , called "UserView" in the main i got this message " Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: Error: class org.zerocouplage.component.test.view.UserView is not a subclass of javafx.application.Application
at javafx.application.Application.launch(Application.java:211)
at org.zerocouplage.component.test.view.UserView.main(UserView.java:57)"
How do i can fix this problem in a way that ZCPageDesktop extends Application, all in respecting the Java FX specification and the non permitted multiple extends ?

Not able to access javaFx charts from a remote system after using ext. jars
We are facing following issue. Any recommendations to resolve these issues are highly appreciated.
1. Not able to access javaFx charts from a remote system (More details at the end of mail). This is high priority requirement as we have a web based reporting application and users access it over our static IP address.
We are using Java Fx charts in our web application where we built jnlp and jar files in a separate fx project and kept jar and jnlps inside our web project.
It is working fine when we did not used any external jar files and remotely it is accessible. But when we used external jars our project is running on local
system but remotely it is not working due to some path settings. We modified jnlp files where entry of jar files exists and modified the jar path as per our
project. But still it did not work.
Before using external jars inside our java fx project my jnlp looks like:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

While creating shopping cart at the very first step I am getting following error message.

Note
The following error text was processed in the system: An exception that could not be caught occurred.
The error occurred on the application server and in the work process 1.
The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

What can I do?
If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system DSR in transaction ST22.
If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server in transaction SM21.
If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 1 in transaction ST11 on the application server. In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Your SAP Internet Communication Framework Team
I have checked In ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) it says,
Runtime Errors UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
Exceptn CX_BBP_PD_ABORT
ShrtText
An exception that could not be caught occurred.
The exception 'CX_BBP_PD_ABORT' was raised but was not caught at any stage in the call hierarchy.
Since exceptions represent error situations, and since the system could not react adequately to this error, the current program, 'SAPLBBP_PDH', had to be terminated.
I also checked the note no. 673372
SAP Note 673372 Version 9
Implementation Status Cannot be implemented
Processing Status New Processor
As per the note I checked BBP_CND_CUSTOMIZING_CHECK, it through an error of IPC not running, As if this is a classic scenario I guess IPC is not used.
Please guide me to solve this issue.
Regards,
Vivek B.Hi Vivek,
Having a look a would say that the problem is in the determination of purchasing organization. I would advice to review the attributes in PPOMA, mainly the responsability of the organizational unit that you has defined as purchasing group and purchasing unit.
I hope this help

Caught workflow exception:
Process exited with exit code 0.Although the versions 10.1.3.4 and 10.1.3.3 are close and should be able to use 10.1.3.4 JDev for most 10.1.3.3 development, the human tasks is the one exception. 10.1.3.3 had a few bugs fixed therefore the jar file used in JDev 10.1.3.4 may not be compatible with 10.1.3.3.
I would either use JDev 10.1.3.3 or upgrade SOA Suite to 10.1.3.4
cheers

Our custom got an error when startup our .NET windows form application.
XXXXX.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Process id=0x654(1620), Thread id = 0x5b0 (1456)
Click OK to terminate the application
Click CANCEL to debug the application
If they click on "CANCEL" then following error message appears:
Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT
debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2(2)
Please check the computer settings
cordbg.exe !a0x654
Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger
manually.
Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request
We can not duplicate this problem in our development environment and test environment. So, we ask them to uninstall application, .NET Framework 1.1 and resinstall .NET Framework 1.1 and application. They still got same error. We further ask them to install .NET Framework SDK 1.1. They got some detail error message.

Looks like the problem is casued by missing component. But we don't know which component missing and how to find it. Is there anybody can give us some clue what we need to check next and what tool we can use to detect missing component.
Thanks!!!!I tried Dependency Walker in our development environment, looks like it's useless for .NE T Window Form application, the result I got is like bellow,
XXXXX.EXE
MSCOREE.DLL
KERNEL32.DLL
USER32.DLL
ADVAPI32.DLL
SHLWAPI.DLL
URLMON.DLL
VERSION.DLL
I know we used some other DLL like Mirosoft Office Object Library, but MSCOREE.DLL (.NET Runtime Engine) covered them. Any other idea? Thanks!!!! -
Exception not caught while executing web dynpro application
Hello all,
I'm getting run time error exception CX_WDR_RR_EXCEPTION not caught when running web dynpro application
The error analysis shows the custom component is locked by the user and cannot be regenerated. But I checked in SM12 for locked entries and component was not listed there.
The program terminated in the include LWDR_RUNTIME_REPOSITORYF12
Please suggest how to resolve the isse?

Digging through the classes gives me a pretty good guess that the missing resource is in "orabpel.jar" which is on the classpath and in the class exception_cube_bpeltest.java.
"exception.20001.severity", "10"
"exception.20001.type", "error"
"exception.20001.name", "Assertion execution error."
"exception.20001.description", "A problem occurred while converting the assertion value \"{0}\" to a number at activity \"{1}\"."
"exception.20001.fix", "Please change the value to be a number or do a string comparison."
What I'm looking for is the nicely formatted exception to come back from Oracle so that I can wrap it up in our own exception handling and deal with the situation nicely. Instead of a java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError - I think I'm supposed to be getting a proper "ORABPEL-20001" exception.
I suspect it's got something to do with classpath. But I've checked that orabpel.jar is on the classpath.
Please help :-)
- Richard Perfect.I think it is a classloader related problem. I had the same situation when updating BPEL Tasks from a custom web application using REMOTE_CLIENT (RMI) method. I have no clue which classloader loads which class so I choosed a simple workaround: extracted the com.collaxa.cube.i18n folder and its contents from orabpel.jar into the oc4j container's applib directory. This way every classloader can find the resource files. (Do not copy the orabpel.jar into applib. It causes other classloader related dependency problems. Copy only the resource files.)

Error initializing ejb-module; Exception javac.exe not found under
Dear all,
I got followings error after i had tried to doing some lab.I had checked the folder "C:\Program Files\Oracle\jre\1.3.1" exists but missed but missing javac.exe. Could anyone can advice me what is going wrong?

C:\Program Files\Oracle\jre\1.3.1, please use a valid jdk or specify the locati
on of your java compiler in server.xml using the <java-compiler .../> tag
Thanks in advance!
Best Regards,
Chris CHIUDear Chris,
The answer lies in the error message you got, namely:
please use a valid jdkAccording to your post, you don't have a JDK, you only have a JRE. The javac compiler is part of the JDK, it is not part of the JRE.
You can download the JDK from the J2SE Download Web page. Look for the Download J2SE SDK link -- do not choose the Download J2SE JRE link!
Good Luck,

Oracle 10g Release 3 (10.1.3) Application Server
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
JDBC Driver: 10.2.0.3
Problem -
I am trying a simple upgrade of my JDBC driver from 10.1.0.5 to 10.2.0.3. I have tried via creation of a shared library according to the OC4J Configuration and Administration Gude, and I even tried a direct replacement of jar files located under <OC4J_HOME>/jdbc/lib. After many deploy/undeploys and server restarts I continually receive the same error when TopLink attemps a datasource login:

I guess the point is, should I use IMPDP using Network link?
the doc seems to suggest this will work better -
Org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not execute query
while executing sql statements with hibernate oracle this type of errors
org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not execute query
ava.sql.SQLException: ORA-01001: cursore non valido can any one suggest
a solution for this.
ThanksThis is likely due to a commit/rollback being executed after the statement has been executed but befofre the result set has been processed by the application. In TimesTen, unlike Oracle, commit/rollback closes all open cursors on the connection. This could be a case of using the wrong Hibernate dialect. Are you using a TimesTen dialect in Hibernate?

"Incorrect Connection string for Add on" messages
After browsing net I found solution to my problem therefore I have decided to post it here, so those who will hit it could find the answer.
If you get this error, you will need to adjust the .NET security with 'Microsoft .NET Framework Wizards' . As simple as that.
enjoy
P.S. I wasted 5 days re-installing softwareHey Dleksiy,
Could you tell me how did you(i am expecting steps followed) adjust the .NET security using .net framework wizard my customer is facing the same error message "incorrect connection string for add-on"..
Thanks in advance

Hi,
We have two SharePoint 2010 SP2 servers with one SQL 2012 Backend.
Recently we cannot open the central administration, getting 500 internal server error and multiple SQL errors in event viewer:
event id 5586 sharepoint foundation unknown sql exception 2812 could not find stored procedure dbo.proc_gettimerlock
event id 5586 sharepoint foundation unknown sql exception 2812 occured could not find stored procedure 'proc_fetchdocforhttpget'
Also I cannot run SharePoint configuration wizard, getting this error: sharepoint 2010 failed to resgister sharepoint services
In the log file, I found this error "an exception of type microsoft.sharepoint.spexception was thrown 0x80131904"
Any ideas?
Thanks, ShehatovichAs You can see below stored procedure has its specific Permission's, check user who is performing action as well as CentralAdministation Pool has right permission and their permissions are not modified from SQL Server.

When Background task raises exception that is not handeled
Hi,
I am using a background task that uses a method which does not handle exceptions raised by the function module it calls in turn. When such situation arises, i want to build some sort of exception handling mechanism in my workflow.
e.g, BG task uses method 1 that calls method 2. method 2 raises some exception which is not handled in method1 or method2 results into short dump. As a result of this situation Workflow bg task changes the status to ERROR and I want to handle such unplanned exceptions in Workflow.
Is there anyway for workflow to know (maybe some event) when one of it's BG task status changes to ERROR?
Thanks,
SaurabhHi,
Just use the exit_return macro in your method. See the following example.
BEGIN_METHOD 'Method_Name' CHANGING CONTAINER
**Data Declaration
**fetching data from container
CALL FUNCTION 'Function_module_name'
EXPORTING
IMPORTING
TABLES
EXCEPTIONS
exception1 = 01
OTHERS = 02.
IF sy-subrc ne 0.
EXIT_RETURN 9001 SPACE SPACE SPACE SPACE.
"Define this event in the exceptions of the method.
ENDIF.
Passing data to container
END_METHOD.
After doing these changes in your method, you will be able to see your exception in the outcomes tab of the activity. Just activate your exception there. You will get a new branch for this exception in your workflow. In this branch, you can determine how do u want to handle the exception.
Hope this will help you. Let me know if you have any doubt.
Thanks

The BPM log viewer records this information and the url it is using is correct
