Executable permissions removed from resource files

when DVD pro burns DVDs it removes the executable permissions from programs/installers that are stored on the DVD? (via DVD-ROM >> Content)
how can i keep the executable permissions? i currently zip the files but this is not an acceptable solution.
any ideas appreciated.

Sorry I have just noticed that after clicking OK and re-opening the Setup properties the DLL is not removed but the data subfolder where it is located gets relocated in Source Files -> Destination View to one folder level up
Is this a bug Labivew Projects->Build Specifications->Installer???

Ram,
JavaScript is the main scripting language for MII pages, not VBscript. Even if you are using MII 12.0, you can view the MII Best Practices guide for more information on using JavaScript with MII. VI Analyzer "Some VIs and/or tests have been added to or removed from your file system since you last saved this configuration file."

When I run VI analyzer and open our standard config file, the message "Some VIs and/or tests have been added to or removed from your file system since you last saved this configuration file." appears. Upon clicking OK, selecting something to analyze, and moving on to the VI Analyzer - Select Tests dialog, the Tests selection control is completely empty and the Analyze button is greyed out.
I'm runing LabVIEW 2013 on Windows 7, VI analyzer did work before, and I have tried both repairing and uninstalling LabVIEW (then reinstalling) already. If I do not select a config file or try to reset all test configurations, the Tests control remains empty.
Is there any way to reinstate the tests, or fix just the VI Analyzer toolkit?
The only thing that I remember changing since I last ran the analyzer is that I installed DIAdem.

That is unfortunate.
Perhaps the Tools network needs a tweak
But, I had assumed you had your SSP up to date and LabVIEW 2014 installed. The download would have worked then

Single photo removal from iPad2 files

How do I remove pictures from files/albumns without removing them from other files or albumns. After copying pictures from "Photos", Last in or dated Events file into a newly developed titled albumn, I've tried to delete the original picture from the above three files. I get a delete message "these photo are used in other locations, do you want the remove from all". I don't but it doesn't give me the option to remove only from these files??? Do I need an APP? I don't see any instructions in manual. Rabbit

Photos that have been removed from sync files are stuck on my iPod.

I have a 30g iPod. After loading some photos by syncing files I deleted some photos from the files. This should have removed them from my iPod. Right? However, the pictures still show up in my photo library. Also, they are pixilated. I have tried removing all photos, deleting the cache, and the 5 R's all with no luck removing these bad photos.
Also where is the phone number for the one time phone support. My iPod is about 3 weeks old.

How did you try removing all the photos? Did you access the iPod HD through My Computer and delete everything in the photos folder, or did you uncheck the option in iTunes?
Try both of these (and if you need help with one of them, just let us know).

Executing commands read from text file

I'm trying to execute full command lines that I am reading in from a text file. For example, each line in the file contains a full call to a method that I have already written, including arguments. I have opened the text file, can read in line by line and store in an array, but how do I go about executing the commands?
For example, if the first slot in my array contains the string "myMethod(50, 100);" how can I effectively get that to execute, followed by the next comand, etc.?
I think I'm overshooting this, because it really shouldn't be difficult.
Help would be reciprocated with undying gratitude and perhaps the sacrifice of a pot nellied pig in your name.

Reading from resource file in JSP

I'm trying to create a help system in an application I'm working on. I've created a javascript method that onloading of the page goes and attaches onclick events to all the fields with a particular class. That function needs to use the id of that node to look up a message from the resource.properties.
My issue is I'm trying to make the resource.properties available to my javascript. I realize that the messageBundle is server side and javascript is not, but I was hoping I could iterate through the messages and create a javascript array of the messages by embedding javascript variable declaration inside the forEach loop.
The reason I'm doing it this way is I want to just be able to go through and aed an ID to the field on all my pages that I want to add help for. I don't want to have to have to build an onclick event for each and every field.
Any ideas or suggestions?
I went so far as trying to load a map of messages in through java, but the MessageResources class doesn't have an iterator.

I was doing ResourceBundle
test = ResourceBundle.getBundle("....resources.properties");
instead of
test = ResourceBundle.getBundle("....resources");

How can I get firefox to execute perl scripts from local files

I have created perl scripts on my local host (file type ".pl").
In MS Windows I have associated that type to a perl interpreter installed on my local host.
IE allows me to create links to them and to execute them (after asking for permission).
How can I get firefox to do the same? It doesn't seem to allow me to add application types, only to change those that are already defined. As a result, in firefox, they just show up as text, instead of being executed.

You can perform the below step..
1) Create .sql file and write the line as shown below there....
exec your_procedure_name
2) create .bat file containing authentication
sqlplus username/password@databasename @.sqlfilename
suppose i have a procedure called test then and my database name is oracle and user name is scott then i will create a file like
.sql file.. and sql file name is proc.sql
exec test {(parameter if any)};
.bat file

If you have all your music on the cmputer then i would connect up my phone uncheck the Sync Music option and apply.
This should take all the music off your phone .Then you can resync the music back on to it.
If this doesn't work maybe a restore to factory settings and start from scratch is the way to go

Wheel permissions / removing from OS X 10.8.5

This is a two part question concerning permissions.
looking at the systems permissions for duplicates, what do they serve as apart of permissions listed? "Administrator Read & Write"
Other being; "i-Tunes". I also find the results of Disc Utility coming up with permission only for i-Tunes, and continue to fix them over, and over again.with out seeing anything wrong but a list?

If your system meets the minimum configuration listed for OS X 10.9, here is no reason why it should not "work."
The upgrade is straightforward and OS X 10.9 has been released for quite awhile and is stable.
Obviously, no one here (or anywhere else) can guarantee anything. Have a complete backup before you do an update (or any other software change).
