Execute Authority Check With an different User then the logged on one

Hello,
is there any possibilty to make the command "AUTHORITY-CHECK" with another user then the user which is actually logged in into the system.
For Example: my Username "USER1".
Login with user "USER1".
Run ABAP Pogramm to check if user "USER2" has the autority for an auth. object per command "AUTHORITY-CHECK".

I'm trying to find out a solution about this scenario: our users need to release a Purchase Order (ME28) and/or a Service Entry Sheet (ML85) in SAP from a WEB based application through TIBCO, but the requirement is to execute this operation with the same SAP User name of the user (with his authorization) and not with the TIBCO user that is logged to SAP.

Thank you for your help, but I can't apply this solution, because we need to execute the transaction with a specific user name and not a generic user, besides our user have different authorization, for example the user Mr. Rossi can release only his Purchase Order but not the PO of another user Mr. Bianchi. Moreover we need to see the PO released/modified from a specif user name. So this is our constraint.

I am using Uploading a file to KM using Webdynpro,
But i don't have permissions for all the users to create file in KM
Now,
in the program irrespective of the logged in user, i want to get
IResourceContext object for different user who have the permissions.
so that i can create a file in KM.
I am using the code.
IWDClientUser wdClientUser = WDClientUser.getClientUser("J2EE_ADMIN");
com.sap.security.api.IUser sapUser = wdClientUser.getSAPUser();
com.sapportals.portal.security.usermanagement.IUser ep5User = WPUMFactory.getUserFactory().getEP5User(sapUser);
IResourceContext resourceContext = new ResourceContext(ep5User);
the first statement is fetching IWDClientUser Object as the logged in user but not the J2EE_ADMIN.

There are service Users in portal i have used cmadmin_service user instead j2ee_admin and it works.

Refreshing MV with a different user then Owner

Hi All,
already did a search but didn't found the good reply.
I have a MV created by A user, and would allow B user to refresh it (complete on demand) from within a package owned by B: I've attribute all privilegies on MV to B, but still got message of inappropriate privilegies.
What am I missing?

is it possible to use the ProcessBuilder oder .exec()-method to execute a shell script under a JVM-different user? I need to start shell scripts for different system users and I don't want to use SUDO or a wrapper script to switch to the required user. I would like to define the user at java level. Is this possible?

looking for something like this too.
currently i am relying on a script in which i have to set the user as:
"su username -c java_program"
the problem with this approach is that if youre not running as root, then su asks for a password, thereby halting execution. (tried input redirects and here-docs, (some popular linux tricks), they did not work)
so you have to be root for the script option to work.
if anyone can suggest a more "java based" way of executing a process as a different user , thatll be awesome.

Using file receiver adapter with a different user

I have a simple question (at least I think it is)
Can I use a file receiver adapter (where the transport protocol is NFS - not FTP)
so that a different user will access the directory (not the usual SAPServiceSID)?
I don't see any place for using username and password, and using the FTP protocol is not possible
because of security reasons.
Any help Appreciated.

I'm sorry for not being clear enough before.
I have a microsoft network share on a different server then the PI.
When I use the path:
server\share
I manage to successfully put a file via the file receiver adapter, with NFS as the transport protocol.
However in order to do this, the owner of the share had to give credentials to the user: SAPServiceSID of my PI system
which is an active directory user.
The owner wants me to use a local user instead.
Can this be done with a local user?

I am trying to upgrade my apps. When I go into the store, it prompts me for my username and password. It's defaulting to a different user - why?? When I enter my Apple ID / password, I receive the following error message:
This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.
Looking for help on how to fix it.

Formatted Search error with a different user

I created an add-on form and assigned formatted search to some of the fields.
When I logged in with a different user(test) and tried to use the FS via Shift+F2, I received an error saying "You're not permitted to define recurring postings".
I gave that user the authentication for recurring postings, but now I receive an unclear error when I try to use the FS on the same editbox:
"You are not permitted to perform this action."
Any ideas ? What may be the reason for that unclear error message ?
Note:
After logging on with the same test user, when I try Shift+F2 on another editbox (which is normally not assigned a FS) it works normally and I can do all FS operations like assigning a new FS, etc.

sometimes there are strange things with user permissions.
i had some troubles with 2 users which have the same permissions. i solved it by 'drag'n'dropping' permission of the 1st user (which works ok) to the 2nd.
try to do the same - drop 'good'-user permissions to 'test'-user.
if it'll not solved problem then try to create new user and test your addon under that user.
probubly your problem has another motive, but i have such strange behaviour and i've described you my solution.

You need to move each project to the external drive from within iMovie. Be sure to use command-drag so you move, not copy.
