Expand All button in Flash?

I'm new to FlashHelp and would like to add a button for
"Expand All" - can anyone point me in the right direction?

What are you wanting to expand? The TOC or DHTML Drop Downs
in a topic?
If it's the TOC, there is no way I'm aware of to force it to
fully expand. If it's DHTML inside a topic, take a look at fellow

Is it possible to add an Expand all/Collapse all button in WebHelp Output?

Hi there,
We now have > 15 child projects in our merged online help, each containing hundreds of topics. Each child project is a chapter in our WebHelp online help output.
If a user opens a couple of topics in each project, the TOC can become difficult to navigate. Is it possible to add a button that enables users to collapse all of the open chapters / expand all of the closed chapters? We are using RoboHelp 10.

Hi there
Expanding all could be problematic. But collapsing all should be a snap. That is, as long as you don't mind one teensy side effect. That side effect would be that the default topic would load up in the Topic pane and replace whatever topic was open at the time your user clicked the Collapse All.
The way to Collapse All is to simply create a hyperlink that re-opens the WebHelp start page. Things reload fresh (with the TOC all nice and collapsed).

Hp 6500 wireless. all buttons flashing not working

i have a hp 6500 wireless, and it is not working .
all buttons are flashing and the screen reads, "to avoid damage turn off and then turn back on"
i tried that but idid not work

Turn the printer off. Hold # and 6 keys on the printer while and for a few seconds after turning it back on.

What exactly is the difference between :"Refresh" and "Expand All"?

They seem to do the same thing most of the time. What is the difference?

Well, for a report that uses no expansions the time it takes for Refresh and Expand All should be about the same. Maybe a little bit faster for Refresh. But if your report does have expansions, Refresh should be significantly faster.
Here is the list of what happens to each EVDRE in your workbook when you click the "Expand All" button: [http://help.sap.com/saphelp_bpc75_nw/helpdata/en/fb/b03d0099e8428d95eb7de2c964cf18/frameset.htm] It has 8 steps. I believe that when you click the "Refresh" button it only executes steps 3 and 4 (not completely sure about that, but you get the point - it doesn't do everything).
Expand All can get especially problematic when you have a workbook with a large number of EVDREs. In this case, a nice option is to right-click on the worksheet and take a look at the options under the top menu item. One of the options is to expand only the active sheet, which can save you a lot of time.

How to Expand-all, Collapse- all in a table ????

I am a beginner. I am using Jdevloper 11.1.2.3.0. I have a showdetailheader component as a parent and a Table as a child. There are 2 buttons "Expand-all" and "collapse-all" which references a managed bean.
In the showDetailHeader disclosed property a variable is set. When i click Expand-all button the variable becomes true and it discloses all the child nodes. When i click collapse all the reverse happens fine. Now the
problem is when i manually click any changes to the node on the page inside the showdetailheader, the collapse-all button doesnt collapse completely, It closes only till whichever node was not changed.The same problem comes with Expand-all also.
I tried to set the DisclosedRowKeys to null in the managed bean when the two buttons are invoked it did not work as expected.
Could some one pls give me some hint ????

Collapse All and Expand All functionality in Tree

I am using TreeByNestingTableColumn element to display the tree hierarchy .
Does anyone knows how to implement Collapse All and Expand All functionality for this tree (if someone have sample code for these functionality then it will be great for me) ?

DHTML Tree Expand-Collapse ALL buttons

I am using at DHTML Tree (in APEX 3.0.1) as a menu. I am wondering if it is possible to add buttons (or link) to the region which a user can click to expand all or collapse all nodes in the tree.
I don not want the tree to be expanded or collapsed all the time (as when using the Tree List template)

I am new to OAF.
I have a requirement lin Oracle Sparse Management -> Parts HTML Request Form needs to Personalize/Customize for a business requirement.
I have some qusetions like
1. Can we customize or personalize the Show All Details or HideAll Details options in OA Forms ?
2. If Yes, i have similar requirement like that,
The personalization aim is show all details should be expanded by default.
3. If No please provide why it can not be achevable.
Here is business reuirement in parts Html, there are two regions in page 1. Header 2. Lines (Under Lines there are two table 1 is for Item information search and 2nd is for order details based on the item. This order details are hided under the Item information table one of the field button Show(which is like Expand All with symbol +))
Page works like below.
1. Header level validations are there for some fields like Resource, Need By Date.
2. Once Valid from header can be entered the Item information search in Lines details Region, in the same table there is an option with + symbol (Show), which is like Expand All.
will validate the item details and displays Order details respective to item. These results are hide under + Show button.
If i want see the order details then i need to perform click action on the +Show button. (Requirement is this should be done automatically once i have entered the item in Line Details Region and needs to display the results).
Please provide your seggestions to acheive this.

For this i have tried below steps to extend related VO of SHow button field.
Below steps i have perforemed.
1) Identified the right VO from about this page.
ReqLineVO
2) Exported the related standard VO to JDEV from Server.
ReqLineVOImpl.java, ReqLineVORowImpl.java, ReqHeaderVO, RequirementAM, RequirementAMImpl.java
3) Created a new VO which extends the standard VO and modified Showhide flag to ‘Y’
HolxReqLineVO, HolxReqLineVOImpl.java, HolxReqLineVORowImpl.java
4) Performed substitutions in Jdeveloper
Project Properties -> Business Components -> substitutions
5) Have created custom folder structure in server and moved custom VO files to server.

Expand all/ Collapse all topics button and Visited Topics color

First of all, I am not sure if it is a good idea to create one post for two queries. But I have these two requirements for my project.
1. I need a Expand all/ Collapse all button(s) on the toolbar, which will open and close all books in the ToC. Is it possible to have one? How?
2. Is it possible to have a different color for the visited topics on the ToC? How?

How to make a fullscreen button for Flash Catalyst?

Hey everyone. I really hope someone can help me with this. How can I make a fullscreen button in Flash Professional that would make my Flash Catalyst project go fullscreen?

I'm sorry I really don't know Flash Catalyst as much as I'd like to. Designing interfaces is left up to me, no designers at my agency use Catalyst. Though this is the Flash forum so that's as much as I can tell you. I didn't know Catalyst didn't support basic scripts (I thought I read that it did).
Ultimately, for a very cheap price you can do something like go to http://www.lynda.com/ and buy a membership. Dirt cheap compared to what you get. They offer many courses on all this stuff and I'm sure your answer would lie in one of the (nicely broken up by subject) video training videos.

For instance I watched the essential CS5.5 training and I saw in 2 minutes flat that when you click on a button you should have an "Interactions" panel that lets you do things. If they didn't put fullscreen as an interaction that's another thing but I'm just pointing out it's very easy to learn how to do all sorts of things in video training. If you do not want to purchase a membership there just find a video you think would have the info in it and I'll watch it and let you know if it told me how to do it, and how to do it.

How can I fix the Mac App Store "Update All" button?

When I have multiple updates, the "Update All" button appears, but doesn't work. It's not greyed-out; if I click on it, it gets dark while I hold the mouse button down. But nothing happens. No error message; it just doesn't work.
I can manually update my apps one at a time; the "Update" buttons next to individual apps work.
I'm running 10.8.5 on a MacBook Pro.
I've tried restarting, and repairing permissions, neither of which helped.

Expand/collapse button functionality on module pool screen

Hi ,
I want to design a module pool screen with a expand/collapse button on it.
The desired functionality associated with this button would be something similiar to that available in ME21N screen. When the expand button is clicked it should open up a section of screen that allows the user to enter some parameter. Based on this parameter some selections from DB can be perfomed and then displayed below it.
Any pointers on how to achieve this? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Expand All for Hierarchy in Layout

Hi all
Has anyone developed an 'Expand All Nodes' function for a BPS Web application? I have a layout which contains a hierarchy and I would like to be able to provide two buttons which perform an 'Expand All' and 'Collapse All'.

If you want expand all levels in hierarchy then you could choose the appropriate level in the 'Expand to Level' option in layout cutomization in Web Interface Builder.
In our case i have set it to 5 so that when the layout opens all the cost elements appear.But it takes time if the layout is going to read lot of data.
There is also another option for layout customization called 'Collapse Lead Columns'.If you want both these options in the form of button then you may have to write BSP codes for this task.

Expand All and Collapse All with Data table

     I have a data table as shown in code pasted . where the first and second column have row category which gives a categorization with a twisty.
     When i click on the twisty or item name the level beneath it expands. Eerything works fine.. but i need to have to links     Expand All and Collapse All which when clicked open the entire hierarchy or collapse it. Can anyone suggest a way of doing. Can it be done using javascript, I am not comfortable with java script .If someone has done this before please share the piece of code.Also please suggest the different ways of doing it. Per my understanding that you have added the Expand All and Collapse All button in an drill down report by adding the "Go to report" action, now you got the report always refresh and return to the first page, right?
I have tested on my local environment and can reproduce the issue, no matter whether to add two buttons or using the parameter to do the Expand All and Collapse All, it is always return to the first page.
Gernerally, SQL Server Reporting Services does a postback while clicking a expand/collapse icon. SSRS re-renders reports because it need to regenerate the pages to fit the defined width & Height. That is why SQL Server Reporting Services reloads
the whole report.
This is by design. And, currently, we are not able to turned it off.
