Expdp fails

Hi,
I am trying to do an expdp on Oracle 10.1.0.4.0 (SUN Solaris) with the following command:
expdp testuser dumpfile=test.dmp dmp directory=tempdir transport_full_check=y transport_tablespaces=temptbs
I've created a directory via sqlplus and granted the user 'testuser' read and write access. I've also granted the following privileges as well:
create session, create procedure, create table, exp_full_database
When I run this I get the following error:
ORA-31626: job does not exist
ORA-31637: cannot create job SYS_EXPORT_TRANSPORTABLE_01 for user TESTUSER
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 95
ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPV$FT_INT", line 601
ORA-39080: failed to create queues "" and "" for Data Pump job
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 95
ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPC$QUE_INT", line 1550
ORA-01403: no data found
I am not sure what I need to get this working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I've looked at the metalink that you've suggested but at the bottom of that error message, it gives ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in undo tablespace 'UNDOTBS'. However, the error message I am getting is different.
Just to make sure that I haven't run out of undo space, I did check this and it's got approx 300mb free.

  • Expdp fail and create table SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_20

    Hi Gurus
I am using Oracle 10.2.0.3 in AIX env
My database size is around 1600 GB. Sometime my expdp fail and create table like SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_20, SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_05. As I run expdp from system user , I notice that it create this type of table into system tablespace. It time it consume around 5gb space. Now my system tablespace size is 68 GB.
Can I drop those table? If I drop these table then it create any problem? This is my production database.

RabiThose tables you were mentioning, SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_nn , are the data pump master tables used for data pump jobs;their purpose is to
hold the info about the job details.
Once the job has finished table should be droped, but in case of a job failure table remains so every new dp job must create new SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_nn table
with the +1 nn iteration depending on the name of the last master table that was left due to the dp job failure.
Cleaning those tables can be done with the dbms_datapump STOP_JOB Procedure, check the docs about the details :

    Hi,
It seems that you have got a problematic disk there. There might be a problem with the disk that the datafile resides on since you are receiving I/O errors. Moreoever, there might be a problem with the CSS. check that all the process of cluster are running.

    Hi!
I need to get the following configuration working:
Linux Server (CentOS 5 32 bits) with Oracle 11.2.0.1.0
    Windows Server 2003 SP2 32 bits.
On the windows server I have created a user called oracle, who is member of oinstall and dba groups. (On Linux username, and group membership is the same).
After that, I share a directory on D:\data_pump (I gave the full control of directory to oracle user). I mount the windows share on my linux as follows:
    mount -t cifs //winserver/data_pump /u04/oradata/data_pump -o user=oracle,password="pass",uid=oracle,gid=oinstall
As the linux oracle user I'm capable of create and edit files, but:
I connect to my database, create the directory called DATA_PUMP pointing to my cifs mount point, and, after that, I issue the following expdp sentence:
    expdp system DIRECTORY=DATA_PUMP DUMPFILE=test4.dmp LOGFILE=test4.log FULL=yes
And I get the following error:
    ORA-39006: internal error
Looking at expdp log I found the following information:

The undo_retention parameter is set to its default of 900 currently.
Datafile in UNDO tablespace is 5GB used and this datafile is autoextend up to 32GB.
Any idea of what may causes this error ?
    Thanks!

This happens only with the two largest tables which are around 11GB.
Today I do several times export, but always with one error.
First time error with one table, second time with another table... Everything else is exported without errors.

Seems like some Linux permission issue but I can't figure it out.

Job "SYSTEM"."SYS_IMPORT_FULL_01" stopped due to fatal error at 13:39:48So its basically these 2 issues I want to know how to fix.
    1-expdp error cause and fix
2-impdp error cause and fix -Also how to avoid object alreay exists error?
Also for example the package etc. is the same name..but i want new package from LIVE so it means if the same name package, view, etc is there, it wouldnt get updated?
    Any way to overcome this?
I need it exactly same as LIVE...(with a few exceptions which is small enough i can do after impdp finishes fine)
    Pleaseeeeeeee help!!
    Thanks&Regards.......

    Hi..
Thanks for the links..I applied the tips on each of them but it didnt work.
Also my database is 11g so it is not true that this happens on 10g only.
    Things tried:
1)I tried with different values on parallel parameter but same error
    2)I applied the following:
    alter system set open_cursors=1024 scope=spfile;
    alter system set "_optimizer_cost_based_transformation"=off;
    commit;
The 3rd link was bit better
I tried to find out where exactly the error was causesusing
    expdp attach =SYS_EXPORT_FULL_03
But I cant figure out what the object : PUBLIC
    oracle/context/isearch/GetPage
    is..?
Does this needs to be excluded from the export?if so, how?
Can someone help how to fix the error now?

  • Expdp or exp fails since sysaux datafile is corrupted.

    Hi,
I need to migrate data from 10g solaris to 11g Linux. Expdp would work for my case, however sysaux tablespace is corrupted, expdp fails with all options. This is test database and we don't have archivelog files, I cannot recover sysaux datafile. Any idea is appreciated.
    oracle@xnq1db01:~$ expdp system dumpfile=xnq1db01_full_%U.dmp directory=dumpdir full=y logfile=xnq1db01_full.log version=10.2 parallel=8 compression=NONE

    ORA-01110: data file 3: '+XN_DATA/xnq1db01/datafile/sysaux.266.672960607'

I had the same type of occurence. The following worked for me:
    1. Shutdown immediate
    2. Startup mount
    3. RECOVER DATAFILE 'sysaux tablespace file location/name'
    after recovery,
    4. Alter database open
    5. Alter tablespace sysaux online
(I'd noted when I tried the old exp that one of the first messages displayed was that sysaux was offline)
Disconnected and ran the expdp successfully.
If you're not able to recover the datafile, exp/imp is probably your only other option.
