Export PDF UTL_HTTP error

Question

Dears,
i use apex4.2 and i want to use Denes Example

to export IR pdf , i create the example in my local server and try to run the package
but i have the error witj utl_http
i share tje example in apex.oracle.com

ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL) for Execute PL/SQL Code.
means, you need to create an ACL since you are using 11g database. How to create an ACL? I am not an expert but you could go arround the problem temporarily running this as SYS:
BEGIN
   dbms_network_acl_admin.create_acl (acl              => 'all.xml',
                                      description      => 'WWW ACL',
                                      principal        => 'APEX_040200',
                                      is_grant         => TRUE,
                                      PRIVILEGE        => 'connect'
   dbms_network_acl_admin.add_privilege (acl            => 'all.xml',
                                         principal      => 'APEX_040200',
                                         is_grant       => TRUE,
                                         PRIVILEGE      => 'resolve'
   dbms_network_acl_admin.assign_acl (acl => 'all.xml', HOST => '*');
END;
COMMIT ;This is of course allowing full access to all ressources but you can easily drop the ACL by issuing:
BEGIN
   dbms_network_acl_admin.drop_acl (acl => 'all.xml');
END;
COMMIT ;after you verified that the rest of the code works. After doing that, you can find out how to setupa a proper ACL using the host address you would like to access.
