F.5D - BS Readjust -Original GL is getting Dr / Cr instead of Clg A/c

Question

Hi all,
In case of Tcode - F.5D / F.5E system is Debiting / Crediting the FICO Reconciliation account (GL - 60200 - Defined for F.5D only) to adjust the Business Area entries but  in some cases directly Debiting /Crediting " AP - CG Dedutc (VAT) - Current Liability A/c " -  (GL - 32682 )
Scenario is described below :
lets consider the following "MIRO" entry which is already posted.

40   Non BA    32684   AP-CG Ded (VAT)     22,252/34    1R
Now to update " Business Area" in the " Non Business Area " shown above we have first executed the TCode - F.5D for Company Code - ABC.
Then done the Test run for F.5E by not selecting " Posting Parameters"
system is executing the entries like this :
1st entry :
Dr/Cr   GL        Bness Area  Amount
Dr.       60200   SAK             475/-
Cr.       60200   Non BA        475/-
2nd Entry
Dr/Cr    GL        Bness Area  Amount
Dr.       32684   SAK            22,252/34
Cr.       32684   Non BA        22,252/34
The difference in the above entries is, where ever there is a Tax code, in the line item of the subject GL( GL - 32684), entry is getting considered in that GL only and not going into the Reconciliation account created (GL - 60200) for that purpose.
In OBXM, we have assigned the GL - 32684 to Clearing Account - 60200 in GA2 (Adjustment Account for Tax Accounts).
We have deleted the log and re-executed the Tcode - F.5E but still system is showing the above entries only.
Anyone has a clue regarding that.
Points will be assigned to appropriate answer.

Please ensure the properties of G/L Account 60200 should not have tax related checks like tax category, post automatically...... then try once again by following total process.
