Fb03 datum problem

hi experts !
there is a program for displaying domestic sales figures as per
customer/document type/Invoice wise.
input data for report is
Company code
DOCUMENT TYPE
START DATE & END DATE
FINANCIAL YEAR.
problem is in date when i entered date 01.05.07 to 04.05.07 or 02.05.07 to 05.05.07 or 02.05.07 to 06.05.07 its taking data for all 3 line items in invoice and showing correct data. but if date is 01.05.07 to 05.05.07 or 01.05.07 to 06.05.07 its taking data for two line items leaving 1st line item in invoice . Date for these invoice creation is 02.05.07, its showing correct data for it . but not showing correct data in some date intervals(i.e its taking data for two line items leaving 1st line item in invoice ) . for other invoices its giving correct data except in this specific doc.no. otherwise it is correct . can anybody help me why its showing incorrect data for only one specific doc.no.

If you do this - you will get all the line items.
Make sure - You have added this BUZEI to ur internal table IT_BSEG also.
Normally - FOR ALL ENTRIES fetches unique entries based on the Fields you are trying to SELECT. As you missed the BUZEI , it was fetching the unique sets based on the fields you have selected

    if I understand right this is one document with three line items. In this case the problem is not with the BKPF selection, but with the line item selections. Pls. check your code or copy it here and people can have a look.

    hello friends,
    i have a scenario, where , when the entered period as parameter is
    YYYYMM the last date for that particular month MM
    should be calculated ( i dont know how), and should be attached to this period
    like
    YYYYMMDD
    how do i calculate this DD (ie. last day of the moth) for the
    given month and year.
    like yyyymm is 200404   then i should output 20040431
    if 200510 then output sould be 20051031
    if 200302 then output should be 20030228.
    can some one help.

  • Invoice cancellation does not create accounting document.

    Hi. here's the scenario.
    A billing document has been creating in transaction VF01.When created, an accounting document and a controlling document have been generated(you can get the document numbers when you click on the 'Accounting' button in VF03 or through FB03).
    Problem:
    A cancellation has been carried out for the billing document (transaction VF11). However no accounting documents have been created for the cancellation.
    Any idea on the customising which was missing?thx.

    Hello,
    If you accounting period is block, you need to open the accounting period and transfer these documents manually from SD back to FI by using VFX3 transaction code. You need to release them manually to transfer the documents to FI. See the log if there are errors.
    It will give the reason when you run VFX3 the documents are not moved back to FI.

  • Problem in SAP standard code modification for FB03

    Hi Experts,
    I am adding 4custom fields in FB03 tcode by doing a SAP standard code modification in SE51.
    The program name is SAPMF05L and screen no. is 302(In some SAP verion, it is 304). This is the screen for document line item of an invoice.
    My problem is:
    When I add the fields in the screen, in which module will I put logic in the PBO and PAI as I am unable to figure out the German comments and the program structuring.
    Also, if anybody can tell me what to write as I am little bit confused about the logic of populating my fields with the values.
    FB03 is a display transaction so I have to keep my custom screen fields disabled.

    For enhancing the screen of this Tcode, first of all search is there any Screen enhancement is provided by SAP or not and in case if it is provided then use that only.

  • Problem with statistic ALV in FB03

    Hello
    We don't know why, the parameter for ALV statistic changed
    from "No" to "Yes" for all users and just for the transaction FB03;
    For all the other transactions, the parameter for ALV statistic stayed to "No".
    It lasted one day and it changed once again from "Yes" to "No".
    Have anyone meet this problem ?

  • FB03 problem, looks simple but tricky

    Hi all,
    Go to FB03, click document list, give company code, fiscal year, execute.
    It shows a list of docs.
    Go to change layout and select “reference” from column set and add to displayed columns. Go to “display” tab and select “print out with date, title and page number”.
    Select “user specific” and “default setting” check boxes and save the layout.
    Come out the screen and execute FB03 again and select the lay out which you saved and go to change layout and then to the display tab. There you will find the “print out with date, title and page number” <b>unchecked</b>. (But it was actually checked and saved).
    Please explain why this is happening and suggest me solution.

    This issue first came up after the upgrade when the date printed stopped appearing on his FB03 reports.  We found the check box on the display tab of the change layout screen and it properly caused the data to appear at the top of the report.  However, when we tried to save that setting with the layout, we were not successful.
    he says when he could do it befor, why not now?

    I got a requirement to change the field description of field DMB33 in FB03 transaction. Since the transaction is a standard one, I have changed the description through Enhancement. After that if I checked for the field DMB33 in FB03 transation, it is displaying only the short text. But I need to display the long text.

  • Bapi problem contains FBS1, FB03, f.81

    when i try to post jurnarls through bapi 'BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST' for the Transaction FBS1 data was posted, and it is working fine,
    when i gon to the transaction FB03 with the document number given by the bapi it is displaying all the data posted.
    when i try to reverse the junarlas using the document number given by the bapi through the transaction f.81 it is giving the error like no list found( no document number)
    when i post data manually ( without using bapi) it is working fine.
    can any one give the replay asap

  • GR/IR Clearing problem

    We are trying to match some old open items for GR/IR from the year 2003. We have tried using the T-code f.13 to clear them off but the program just doesnt pick up the documents. There are no error messages. We have also tried using f-03 & f-30, but it is of no use either. The documents just dont get picked up in these programs. I am using FS10N and in that it is showing up as open. I am able to view these documents in FB03 as open.
    The documents are showing up as open in the GL account, but they are not getting cleared anyway.
    Few more details :
    1st Document Type is 'WE' and the Transaction details are :
    Dr. Cost - $177
    Cr. GR/IR Account $177
    We are trying to clear this with 2nd Document Type 'WE' and the transaction details are :
    Dr. GR/IR Account - $177
    Cr. Cost - $177
    Both the transactions have been passed using T-code MIGO in the year 2003. We are trying to clear them off with eachother and netting them off to zero.
    Need help in resolving this problem urgently.

    In MR11 - I tried removing the Qty. var option. It was askign me to atleast select the type of surplus option. I tried both Delivery and Invoice surplus. Both the times I get the error as "No Data selected.....". However, the fact is that there is no delivery or invoice surplus for these items. They are just offsettings entries that need to be striked off as cleared in SAP.
    I also tried usinf F-03 with amount option and Document date option. It just says "No data selected...".
    Few facts about these entries :
    1. 1st document and 2nd document both have been passed using T-code MIGO in SAP.
    2. Transaction in the 1st Doc :
    Dr. Cost - $177
    Cr. GR/IR Account $177
    3. Transaction in 2nd Doc :
    Dr. GR/IR Account - $177
    Cr. Cost - $177
    4. These entries were passed in July 2003. And are still showing as open items in FBL3N for the fiscal year 2008.
    Please help.

  • Problems creating background job for program (job open, submit and close)

    Hi gurus,
    im trying to start a background job using the FM BP_START_DATE_EDITOR to show the start date to the job or if it's imediate. this FM it's working fine, after call it im opening a job, submiting it and call the job close FM and the job close FM creates me the job.
    The problem it's when i go to the sm37 to see the job status the job has been canceled, and the job log says that i have to give a start date to the job.
    What i dont understand it's either the job is imediate or i choose a date to start the job always gives me this error...

  • Serious Performance Problems in ABAP Reports

    Hi All,
    We are developing ABAP reports for SAP IS-U/CCS Modules and facing Performance issues.Whole scenario is given below.Please suggest some solution.
    1. Total No. Of Business Partners = 1500000
    2. Reports Selection Criteria are of two types:
         a) GSBER(Business Area) - Selection for atleast 200000 Business Partners
         b) Cokey(Division)     - Selection for around 1000 to 50000 Business Partners
    3. For implementing our reports logic we have to access several tables all of which are very large.They are :

         a) OpenSQL Statement is taking too much time for data selection
         b) Since large no. of records are selected Corresponding loops and data processing also takes much time
    5. We have tried almost all ABAP Performance optimization techniques such as using Index, SQL optimization techniques,Read Table Optimization, Loop Statement Optimization etc. but there is not much improvement.
    6. For example one of our Reports "R15" takes around 1500 seconds for 1000 Business Partners.

    I have the follow error when I try to save a query (after to modified a Variable)
    - The system tried to insert a data record, even though a data record with the same primary key already exists
    - An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause
    - Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
