FCPublish: Netstream.Record.NoAccess Error while write on stream (connect success). Do i need some more parameters for configuration?

Question

while republishing stream these error appears: Netstream.Record.NoAccess. With FMLE i can write direct to this target?
(onBWDone undefined appears)

Once it's determined that ATA bus errors have possibly occurred, lowering ATA bus transmission speed is one of actions which may alleviate the problem.
I'd also add; make sure you have good backups when ATA errors are frequent
