File name created on run time

did anyone face this issue that file name is created with digit?
insert into "D:\Inbox/26"
     STUDENT_ID,
STUDENT_NAME
this is the code of step of inserting rows.I dont know why wrong file name is generating.I am using variable for file name.I checked the value of variable and it is correct.
ANY IDEA ?

Hi,
Some ideas :
1. Is your variable of alphanumeric datatype, with a keep all history property? If not, try with this config.
2. Did you try with single quotes in the resource name of your datastore ?
3. Do you run it inside a package ? (Refresh variable then execute your interface)

    I an using fusion 11.1.2.1 32 bit. I have Copied the Icons as well as GIF files in C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome1\forms\java folder.
    At button property i set Iconic to yes
    and file = addrow
    Icon not display at run time.
    but when i set file = abc.GIF
    image is displaying at run time.
    My doubt is that ICO file not displaying at run time while GIF file are displaying.
    Do i need to change configuration ?

    First Try this steps
    To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
    Double-click My Computer, and then click Options on the View menu.
    Verify that the Icon file type appears on the File Types tab. If the Icon file type does not appear in the Registered File Types box, skip to step 10.
    Click Icon in the Registered File Types box, and then click Edit.
    Verify that the following settings exist, and then click OK:
    The Description Of Type box contains Icon.
    If there is a Confirm Open After Download check box, it should be selected.
    If the settings do not appear exactly as listed in step 4, click Remove, click Yes, and then click OK. If the settings do appear as listed in step 4, skip to step 10.
    Click New Type.
    In the Description Of Type box, type Icon.
    In the Associated Extension box, type ICO.
    Click OK, and then click Close.
    Use Registry Editor to view theHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.icokey, and then verify that the default string contains the following value:icofileIf the .ico key does not exist, create it, and then insert the value listed above. If any other values exist in the .ico key, delete them.

    Oracle 9iAS Release 2
    I have imported java classes from a jar file into my form. I have it working in client server. Added the entries to the classpath in the default.env and system environment variable for development of the form and for execution.
    Moved the jar file, form and testing html to the application server. Modified the classpath in the default.env file. Tested the form. Got the ORA-105100 error. MetaLink note 261650.1 states that error frm-40735 When-Button-Pressed triger raised exception ORA-105100 if calling a java function from a jar file. Cause: Jar file not loaded at run time. Solution: add in your default.env CLASSPATH parameter your jar file including the whole directory of the jar file location. That has been done and the OC4J has been restarted. Still get error.
    Oracle support has not been able to give me much help as of yet. Does anyone have any further ideas, or documentation that I can read to help get this working?

  • Search for a file name corresponding to system time (nearest)

    Hi There
    I have a utility which i is dumping files into the local file system every say 4 hours .Its creating a folder corresponding to Year ie 2002 or 2004 and in that folder whenever that utility dumps data it creates a file (xml file based on the system time ex 131708.xml created at 1:17:09 PM.
    Now my application has to find dynamically the path coresponding to the latest xml file .The utility dumping xml file is running as a separte process.
    Can anyone suggest as to how to do this

    I have my code which looks something like this :===
    File f = new File("C:/Text/Text Only/Text news feeds/2002");
    System.out.println("Folder Names Inside "+f.toString());
    String s[]=new String[]{};
    s=f.list();
    for(int i=0;i<s.length;i++)
    System.out.println(s);
    This code returns me all the folders inside the year folder say 2002.
    Now i have to iterate only through the latest month/day folder in this list and then select the file which is latest which is named as per the system time.
    The question is how to serach for the closest match with the file name

    I'm try to create a query from a Cube .... the moment I drag 0CALMONTH and restrict it to Varaible Last Year This Month. I receive, the following error "Run Time Error 2147417848 (80010108) ....Automation Error. The Object Invoked has disconnected from its client.
    When I check with Event Viewer : The following message appear " ID: 1, Application Name: Microsoft Office Excel, Application Version: 12.0.6324.5001, Microsoft Office Version: 12.0.6215.1000. This session lasted 1784 seconds with 780 seconds of active time.  This session ended with a crash."
    I'm running Ms Vista Enterprise OS with Office 2007.

         Actually this is a frontend error.
    Check the SAP Note Number: 1039191
    Download the DLL.
    Problem Description: There is a BI bug when we use BW3.5 frontend tool with BI7 datawarehouse workbench.
    Symptoms: When you try to restrict an object in Query designer, it will greayed out by giving runtime error.
    Solution: Take a backup of wdbspres.dll file which is present under C:\Program Files\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui. Copy the original
    file with this new file available in project filder. Problem will be resolved.

  • How to Get OHD's file name of last run?

    Hi Experts,
    I am currently generating a file, through a Process chain, from OHD that contains the BW system timestamp as part of its logical filename. There is  a requirement to log the file name generated along with the number of rows..
    Is there anyway of getting this informaiton.. Are there any logs that are created for OHDs when they are run that contain this info?

  • Changing an export file name by using a time stamp

    Hello Everyone,
    I am trying to create a way, utilizing the Report Attributes/Report Export field, to have an export file created with a time stamp associated with the file name.
    The reason for this is that I have users who will do multiple exports to Excel from a single parameters driven report. As opposed to manually giving the file a unique name each time the export occurs, I would like to give the export a time stamp as part of the name therefore making it unique.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • A Table that was created at Run time. A Row Properly Deleted from Table Is Still Present on Form with BindingNavigator

    I have a dataset that was created at design time
    but - after I run the app, it randomly creates a table based on The Users name
    since I do not know the users name before had, the table is not part of my existing dataset
    (I actually used an insert into sql nonquery to just make this table a copy of the masterUserTable)
    Now - I have a binding navigator on my form, that is originally bound to masterUserTable, but my goal is to make it bound to the users table (let's say GabrielUserTable)
    I thought I did so with this code:

    I check in Visual Studio 2013 that the row was deleted from the "GabrielUserTable"  (Gabriel is the current value of MyUserNameIs) by using the Server Explorer and right clicking
    on the table and choosing show talbe data
    But the MyMainDBBindingNavigator is still showing the item I deleted.
    So after searching for answers - I created a new button for testing and added the following code to test if it would work

    In my option, if you want to rebind the users table to the navigator, you need to set the BindingNavigator.BindingSource. Based on your description, it seems that you did not reset the datasoure of the MyMainDBBindingNavigator. It was the original datasource

    I am sure that it is unable to locate the file. May be the variable value is not passed, not sure. But, if I mention a name like abc.txt, it works. It creates a new file with abc.txt. However, when I try to use a variable, it throws null pointer exception.

    I am really not sure what exactly you mean by declare a variable in a script. I create a new variable and used it as a name for the flat flie model. I defined a SQL that contactenates sysdate with a string. Thank you for your help!

  • How to get the values of drop downs, which are gonna create at run time.

    As per my design requirement, I have to create drop downs in an ADF display table.
    The no# of rows of the table are gonna decide the no# of the drop downs. User can select the values from drop downs. My issue is, how can I capture the selected values of those drop downs as those are gonna created run time.

    ohh ,ok ,then as u said that u r storing twenty values ,thats y i aksed earlier ,are these form values part of tbale ,or as u said 20 values are there ,for these u r creating 20 form values ???.
    My suggestion would be ,u do four calculation and put all your results in a hashmap ,and keep this hash map in to sesion ,using the following method
    pageContext.putTransactionTransientValue("HashMapName",myHashMap);
    and inside the PFR method when u want to display these values ,u can loop through your hashmap and can display these values.

    Hello experts,
    We are loading around 10 source files(xml) on regular basis to Target table. I have to capture source filename & received datetime of those files and status of file whether it loaded successfully or not(I can care take care of status of file).  I want to automate this process using BODS and load filename, datetime and status data into one database table.
    For you information: File name looks like QAS_Wareneingang_20140328-190006-438.     ( from file name  ..190006-438 number is random number they are generating) and Date and time is constant for that day eg: 28.03.2014  19:00

    I found a solution to find and move all related filenames with timestamp to  file_names.txt file using the batch script below.
    @echo on
    cd /D G:\BAUR
    dir /n Auslagerung* > G:\Dev_Users\BAUR\file_names.txt
    exit
    After that I used the above file as source and formatted using query transform in BODS.

  • How to get the trace file name for current running application?

    Hi, I want to know if it is possible to get the file name directly for current running application instance which is launched by javaws.
    There is a property "deployment.user.logdir" tells the log directory, it would be great if a file name property
    is available. something like "instance.trace.file".
    Our application wants it because we would like our client send use the application log by clicking a "send error"
    button, the codes finds the trace file and compress it and send it by using a smtp server.
    In 1.5, we can do it by using a shell program.

    The Muvos are USB Mass Storage devices and do not have the ability to display track information based upon ID3 tags.
    The Zens all read and display track info based upon ID3 tag information that is either gathered from an online source or entered by the end-user.
    If you want the track information displayed instead of the ID3 tag information, you could edit the ID3 tags and rename the title to whatever you have as the file name. Not sure why your file names would differ so much from the ID3 tag info though, almost all of my content has the same name for the filename as it does on the ID3 tag title.

    I am trying to create a customized run-time menu when I right click on a tree control. I can disable the existing run-time/pop-up menu but would like the ability to use a different customized menu.
    I can simulate a run-time menu by using creating a VI that functions in a manner similar to the menu but would prefer the ability to create and process and customized run-time/pop-up/floating menu.
    The menu is always of a fixed size with all items enabled. I do not need the ability to modify this menu within the application.

    There is an LTR article by David Ritter called "Contextual Pop-Up Menu Programming" that shows a method similar to yours. It is well worth a look.
