i'm new user of blackberry and im using 8320, its just that i need to open files in the sd card ( word,excel and pdf) so that i can use it for job as a sales person to retrieve price list etc. dont need to edit it , just view it would b great
any body pls help me ? :-)

DW CS5 "Get" bug in expanded site files view

Hi,
I just installed the CS5 Design Premium trial and have been playing with Dreamweaver. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the following issue...
When in expanded site files view (showing both local and remote), selecting a file on the REMOTE site and trying to "Get" the file does not download the remote file. It instead tries to retrieve the remote copy of the file(s) selected in the LOCAL file list pane.
If no file is selected on the local file list, pressing "Get" after selecting a REMOTE file from the list brings up the "Are you sure you wish to get the entire site" dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open expanded site files view (local and remote)
2. Click on a file in the remote file list. For testing purposes, click on a file in the LOCAL list first, then select a remote file
3. Click the Get button or right click on the remote file and choose Get.
DW should download the selected REMOTE file if that was the last selected file prior to executing the Get command. (this is the action that DW CS3/CS4 does)
I have submitted this bug in the official Adobe bug reporting system, but I'm curious as to whether others can reproduce this bug.

@quantumlight - do you happen to have your Site Files panel UNDOCKED and in its own floating panel??
I work with Dreamweaver on a dual/multi monitor setup. I have my split design/code view on one screen, and the site files and code inspector on a DETACHED Files panel on the 2nd monitor.
I did a full DW prefences reset and everything went back to the factory setting, with the Files panel docked to the right hand side of the DW program window. With it docked, I opened the expanded/split site files view and IT WORKED NORMALLY as is expected.
However, as soon as I UNDOCKED the Files panel into its own floating panel and expanded the file view, the bug appeared and selecting a REMOTE FILE and pressing Get, asked to either download a copy of the selected LOCAL file, or if no local file is selected it asks "Are you sure you want to get the entire site"
Redocking the Files panel back to its original position makes the bug disappear.
I have tested this on two Windows 7 machines and one Mac Snow Leopard machine, both with the CS5 11.0.2 updates installed.
It seems it's a Windows version only bug as both Win7 machines produced the bug, with the Mac machine NOT presenting the bug in either docked or floating panel state.
Hopefully the Adobe DW guys see this soon and can work on fixing this bug in the next update.
Do you think i should re-submit my previous bug report with this updated discovery?

How do I select more then one channel to view in tdms file viewer graph panel

I have a TDMS file that I can view with the labview 2013 TDMS file viewer and I can select one signal out of 15 signals to view on the graph panel. however I would like be able to look at 2 or 3 signals
on the same graph but can't seem to be able to select more then one signal at a time. Is there a way to select more then one to view?

I've modified the TDMS viewer in the past to allow selecting multple channels. It's a little bit of a pain because the tree control in the viewer only allows you to select one item. You have to edit the tree to allow multiple items. Now your selection is an array instead of a scalar. This means the rest of the code has to be updated, and the references to the tree in subVIs need to be updated. Not impossible but it takes some time. Alternativly open it in Excel with the free add-in then you can select the two columns you want and insert a graph. Not as simple for the user but using Excel, which users should be familiar with might mean users need less training on data files.

Gnome 3 log file viewer crashes on file open

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an annoying issue in which the system log file viewer crashes when I load certain log files. For example, if I go to file>open>crond.log, the viewer will crash. The same occurs with errors.log, kernel.log, pm-suspend.log, and others on a somewhat inconsistent basis. When I relaunch the program, crond.log (or any of the other files in question) is open and can be viewed without a problem.
After I initially set up the system, I ran into permissions problems when trying to open a number of log files. I added my user to the "log" group and then had to manually chmod the /var/log/ directory to resolve those issues. The crash seems to occur on the log files that were originally restricted. It does appear that some of the log files are still in the "root" group as opposed to the "log" group.
I'm running Arch 64-bit with Gnome 3.0 (native install, not upgrade). Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'm somewhat of a novice with permissions so perhaps that's to blame. Still, it doesn't seem like the viewer should crash but then be able to open the file.

FR 9.0.5.2: Add node context menu to "uncommitted files" view

Hi, the "uncommitted files" view is really cool.
Would be great if you could add the file type specific context menu.
This would allow me to run Jalopy, PMD, ALT-POS1 or another tool directly in the view without having to open the file in the editor.
Perhaps with multiple selection?
Additionally having "organize imports" would be helpful, too.

Files in "file view" but not in Explorer

Hello all,
I reorganized my Project repository on my harddisc. I created subfolders and moved some of my files into them. I used "Move on disc..." option in files view in the project explorer. In windowws explorer all looks fine now.
But in files view I have a total of 5 files and 1 directory which are now duplicate in the project but in diffrent folders. This leeds to confilcts in the project because LV doesn't know which file version to use, although there is only one version on harddisc.
I hope the picture brings some light in my issue. (BTW: I use LV 8.5.1 on WinXP SP2)
Does anyone have an explanation?
I will try to resolve the conflicts manually, I think this will work. But still this behavior is strange to me.

Somewhere in the VI/controls that are located in the right spot, their is a reference to the old path location.
You could locate these by selecting the missing file, switch to project view (ctrl-e) and find use right-click, find callers.

RAISEERROR not shown in Agent Job Log File Viewer

I use a RAISEERROR for a critical error in a CATCH. When the Job is run, it does fail but it gives the following message. How do i get my @Note to show in the Log File Viewer? Also, where is the log referenced 'WITH LOG'. I looked at the SQL Server Agent
Log and did not see anything.

It says Target Local Server. I scripted out the job and proc and ran them on another SQL Server 2008 R2 and I got the expected results. Maybe the test SQL Server 2008 R2 environment I am using has some quirks (for lack of a more technical term)

TDMS File Viewer not working in LabVIEW2009

Anyone know how to get this to work in 2009. I believe this came from the forums and quit working when I upgrade to 2009.

The TDMS file Viewer ia a VI that comes with LV. I just tested it in LV2009 and it worked fine. Have you tried removing it and replacing it from the palette?

Add new menu item like File, View... to photoshop

Hi,
I want to add new custom menu in photoshop menu bar, like FIle view etc....
And also need a popup menu which will open on clicking of this menu.
Please tell me how to acheive this........

Illustrator files view as black and white

I am running OSX 10.6.8 and CS6, and in the past couple weeks I noticed that my files now view in folders as black and white instead of in full color. I save AI files as PDF and select "Convert to Destination" and the file views as it should. Has anyone else had this issue????

Problem with installing Canon File Viewer Utility Updater 1.3.2

I'm trying to install the Canon File Viewer Utility Updater 1.3.2, which is downloaded from Canon's site, the file named FVXUPD_01030209U02E.sit
The installer automatically quited right after I hit the "OK" button on the license information window. The background window show a message "int err". I called Canon support, they said they can install the updater fine. So, they have no idea.
Anyone can help me on how I can install the updater without it force quit by itself? Thank you in advanced!

Do you have version 1.2 or 1.2.1 installed as the older version? If you scroll down on the Canon download page there's a section called "When unable to install the Updater by the procedures above". If you haven't tried that yet, try updating to 1.2.1 first, then 1.3.2.
For what it's worth, I was able to install the update on my PowerBook running Tiger. But other than the Adobe Illustrator 11.0 -> 11.0.1 "no-installer update" from a year or so ago, this Canon updater has to be the worst I've ever seen.

CS4 - How to list files in order in 'Files view'

Hi,
I have numerous websites but some of them do not list the folders/pages order in the file view.
Normally I have the folders at the top followed by the pages as per screen shot 1.
I have tried refreshing the folder but no joy and I have gone to the master folder with the website and listed the files as 'details' as per my ok websites but still does not work.
Any suggestions please.

That second one is likely correct, listing files alphabetically by size.
Clicking the heading "Local Files" should fix it.
EDIT: If you click the Expand button in the files tab, it will give you more headings you can sort your files by...
Local Files (alphabetical), Size, Type, Modified (date) and Checked Out By are the default possibilities.

Windows File viewer in JavaFX?

Is there any built in JAVAFX which is similar to the file viewer in windows?

The Swing FileChooser is rendered by Swing, so for a given app it will be look the same no matter the platform.
The JavaFX FileChooser is rendered by the native platform, so every app on a given platform will have the same looking filechooser, but for a given app the look of the file chooser will differ from platform to platform.
As a user, I much prefer applications to use the native platform file chooser rather than creating their own.
is there something similar to this in javafxIt's possible to create a FileChooser control in JavaFX which is implemented as a JavaFX Stage with nodes, but I am not aware of the existence of one at the moment - it's not part of the base platform yet => feature requests may be created at http://javafx-jira.kenai.com.
Swings has a FilePreviewer which can be used to display the preview of the files selected.. can i integrate this in a JAVAFX applicationYou can launch a Swing FileChooser from a JavaFX application.
