Finding sql stmt in which error occured

Question

Hi I was ruuning a application in which certain action was causing a unique constraint violated error.So i needed to find the statement causing the error and i enabled sql tracing for that session and converted it to readable format using TKPROF.
It shows the list of sql stmts but how do I find the stmt that caused the error.
Is there anyother way to find it?
