Firefox (3.6.17) has said it is downloading version 3.6.18 for hour and will not stop. I must use supported versions of Firefox for my online courses ( 3.6.17 currently). Can some one please help me back to 3.6.17 or get the update to stop???

Security question keep saying they are wrong and I know they are right. I can't change them cuz when I try it tells me to answer the questions. I have tried everything changing my account and all and still can't get it can some one please help me out.
Go here and select "Reset your password." You will receive an email message with a link that bypasses the questions. You will then be able to select and answer the questions again.

It could be browser incompatibility or something else. When you say you can't log in, what happens? Is the bank website generating an error saying you're not using a supported browser? Hello selinahillier, Many times when this happens the DVD laser has become faulty. I have removed the DVD drive, and the DVD drive case, and used a soft cloth and some cleaning solution to clean the DVD Laser and managed to get the DVD working again.
Since DVD drives are as inexpensive as they are now, it might be best to just purchase a new one.
These can be purchased for less than $20.00 USD now.

i download the sofware update on to my pc and the next thing i know all my contacts are gone, the only things that have come up on the icloud CONTACTS app is the service call numbers thats it, i have no idea what to do.. i have itunes on my desktop and i looked for them there but i still cant find them, i dont have outlook i have VISTA so its hard for me to look for my contacts.

Here is my problem. It has taken me severial weeks to figure out how to update my GUI with the progress of the application. I had done so by running a javax.swing.Timer in the main thread and running the west of the application in a second thread, using SwingWorker class. And all things work fine. Except, when ever the code in second thread stops, as in it is completed or interrupted. I can not get the application to run again from the start button. I have to completely close the application.

}If I click on the start button, as is above, and let everything run through to it's end completion. Or if I click on the start button and then cancel the task some time after it starts. And then click on the start button again, once it is re-activated, nothing happens. It just hangs there. The start button it locked, but nothing happens. It won't even print to the system.out the test point information I have setup, for debuging.
And yes, I am using the timer.stop() and worker.interrupt() to proper cancel/stop the timer and thread.
If I remove the timer and place the working code back in the main thread, everything works. (Of course I don't not have any updates to the progress window.) And I am able to press start button again and the code will execute again w/o any problems.
Nothing is changed in the working code, except to run it as a second thread using SwingWorker.
Can anyone tell me what is causing this problem?
The only thing I can think of is that I need to have the timer in the second thread and the working code in the main thread. But, I can not figure out how to do that.

Not exactly sure what you are doing, but the code below does what you want. At least it sounds like it. It starts a second thread that performs something in the background while the GUI remains active to user inputs (hence the Stop button!).

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode. -
I have firefox 3.0.15 and I am trying to move to 3.6.8. I have the download for 3.6.8 but when i try and run the install nothing seems to happen. I close firefox and reopen and check the rev and it is still 3.0.15. I must be doing something wrong with the install any suggestions?

Ringtones are currently a one-time only download from the store, so they won't appear in the Purchased link for re-downloading. Are they in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library - by default your library is stored under:
Mac OS X: /Users/username/Music
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\
Windows Vista: \Users\username\Music\iTunes
Windows 7 and Windows 8: \Users\username\My Music\iTunes
And if you have ringtones in your library then there should be a Tones Directory underneath that.
If they aren't there then do you have them on your backup of your downloads ?
If not, and they are still in the store, then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download of them -
There is a lot of different answers to this on the internet but all different. The Luxembourg Apple retailers are not able to give a real answer either.
Please don't answer too technical as I am no IT expert.
