Firefox changes the url of my RSS feed. How do I fix this?

It changes the URL from http://www.vict-consultancy.co.uk/rss_feed.rss to feed://www.vict-consultancy.co.uk. The result is the xml code is shown as text on the web page http://www.vict-consultancy.co.uk/rss_feed.rss
The RSS feed seems to be working properly in other browsers (IE, Safari, Opera), it's only Firefox that is doing this.

This is only a problem if you open the feed link directly in the location bar.
If a feed is added via a link tag in the page code then it should work as you can via the above posted code.<br />
Firefox 13 doesn't have the "subscribe to this page" icon on the Navigation Toolbar by default, so you would have to add it yourself to easily discover live feeds.

You're ignoring context. On the old Apple Discussion Groups I never posted replies like that, instead giving people relatively detailed answers. The new Apple Support Communities made things worse by introducing certain inefficiencies. Then came Lion. The flood of messages that came with Lion required a painful choice for any of the people who had been helping here: (1) Give quality responses to a few questions and ignore the rest. People who needed help with Lion problems seemed to have trouble discovering existing message threads that described how to solve their problems. The people helping here are all volunteers. None of them is being paid for the time they spend here. They all have a life outside of Apple Support Communities. It's arrogant of you to demand that people helping here spend more time than they already do.

Why should Apple fix the problem? Maybe you should consider NOT upgrading if an expensive piece of (obsolete) software you're running won't work with it...

Try system preferences>desktop,click desktop tab. Click the Apple folders, iPhoto, or folders. Click the pic you want on the icon, it should put the pic as your wallpaper. You can change the picture if you change picture if you click it and the time. Unless I don't understand your question. ATB

Try uninstalling the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.

iMovie works best with uncompressed audio. If your track is MP3 or AAC, you may get better results by converting your track to the AIFF format and then using that in iMovie.
You can do this in iTunes. Go to iTunes/Preferences and click the General button. On the General page, click the Import Settings button. Choose IMPORT USING: AIFF ENCODER.
(note: remember what you changed it from so you can change it back later, before you import another CD)
Now, in iTunes, select your track. Then click FILE/CREATE NEW VERSION/AIFF VERSION.

That sounds like you've engaged one of the automatic syncing options for your nano.
Plug the nano in, and go into the Device screen for the nano in itunes. Is "manually manage ..." unchecked? If so, check the box for it, and click okay. Disconnect and reconnect the nano. Is the content on the nano able to be selected in your iTunes now?

Start by rebooting the computer. If that doesn't work, search for adobefnt*.lst and delete all instances where * becomes a 2-digit number.
