Firefox used to have an option on the navigation bar next to the back/forward buttons that showed navigation history - I could go back ten screens w/o hitting the back button ten times. Does the new version have this feature? If so, how do I enable it?
It was a triangle button that provided a drop-down menu of my most recent navigation history within a site. Very convenient, esp for slide shows if I wanted to return to a slide that was 10-12 slides back.
Firefox still has this feature, you just click and hold the back button or the forward button, depending on whether you want to go back or forward.

Old versions have a down arrow next to the front and back buttons to show all the pages you have visiteed and can return to but the new version does not have this feature
( Windows) right click the arrows and the listing will appear. The change may well be documented somewhere but if so I do not recall where. Presumably other OS such as Mac's will also have the feature using some other shortcut.

after downloading new version of Firefox 4 I am unable to use touch pad for scrolling. I have tried installing and uninstalling the new version but this problem has always been occuring. I do not know how to fix this problem so I always return to the old version.
If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop

Turn off repeat message alert here:
settings > notifications > messages > repeat alert > never

I'm trying to add my HP wireless printer as a "new client" to my wireless network using Airport Utility, but I can't find that option in the new version. I've downloaded all available updates of the OS and the utility.. Help!
Why would you need to ADD a new Client. Unless the APE sytem is completely different then any other Wireless router the printer should get an IP address from the router. That is IF the printer is setup to get an IP from the LAN DHCP server.
Now you may want to make that IP it does get a Staticly assign IP address so it never changes, which will screw up printing if it does change. But i don't know if you can do that with APE routers. -
How can I alter the track sequence of an album? It used to be possible through Get Info on old iTunes, but it doesn't seem to be an option in the new version.

You are correct, although I didn't realize it was an add-on since it came in the standard download. Either way, the status shows "SmartPrintButton 1.0 (disabled)" with a warning sign that says "SmartPrintButton is incompatible with Firefox 28.0"
Is this a recommended replacement for this Add-on? Or is the easiest fix for this issue to go back to an older version of Firefox? -
I bought the Page application. I download the new version in my Ipad. When i wish open a document in my Mac, if I have openned before in my Ipad, I can´t. I have download in my Mac the new version of the Lion´s mountain and the pages. In my Itunes appear the application of the pages " with pen".In my Mac some documents appear with the ink´s bottle and these I can´t open it. When I try, an annoucement appear saying me "You need the new version" of Pages, And like I say before in my I tunes of the Mac appear the new version of Pages( the pen) and an information saying me what I don´t have any new application to download.
¿ What I must do , please?If you want to use documents created by the iOS 7 version of Pages, with Pages on your Mac, then you must upgrade your Mac to OS X Mavericks and update Pages to the newest version that only runs on Mavericks.
The only alternative would be if Pages for iOS 7 allows you to export the document for Pages for Lion. -
Everytime I load chatroulette it says that Adobe Flash Player has crashed, when on omegle and I click the video tab it says that it crashes. However my Flash Player works for games on facebook. I know it's the most recent version as I needed to get the latest version to play a game on facebook.
There is a way to manually turn off the new protected mode of Flash 11.3, if you do not want to try an earlier version. I have a Mac OS X, version 10.6.8, and I am using safari 5.1.10. I think I need to get a newer version of Safari if this is possible.
How do I go about doing this? Do I have to purchase a different "safari" product?

Numbers: how do I turn on the feature that fills the cell with typing. In the previous versions, I could type a name or word and then a list of names/words with the same letters would appear. I could choose the name/word to enter into the cell. This saved many strokes. If I was typing a word with only one like it previously entered, that word would appear, grayed, and I could simply tab to the next cell, automatically entering that word in that cell. Is this feature in this version of Numbers? The autofill tab 1)I can't turn it on and 2) it doesn't seem to do the same thing.
Thanks.The developers failed to propagate that feature from version 2 to version 3. I believe it is on the short list of things to be restored in May 2014 or so.

You should deactivate them on the old machine if you no longer intend to use them there. Serial numbers are version specific so yours will only work with version 10.
