[Fla] Mostrar imagen cuando no tienen plugin de Flash

Hola!
¿Cómo puedo hacer para mostrar una imagen en lugar
del swf cuando la persona
no tiene el plgugin de Flash instalado????
Teniendo en cuenta que uso el script flashobject.js para
activar el flash en
IE.

Standalone Captivate import plugin for Flash

Hi,
I posted this one year ago but this is still a problem as we
are about
to buy Captivate 2 :
I'd like to be able to import Captivate files that have been
done on
another machine. Is there any "standalone" captivate plugin
for Flash ?
We're currently just testing the demo, but there's no way we
would buy
another Flash license or two Captivate licenses just to
import Captivate
projects ! I will never be the one that will use Captivate
but I will
always do the final editing in Flash on my machine.
Did Adobe really ignore the fact that Flash could be
installed on
another computer, like you would share pictures between
different
applications and computers ?

I see what you mean and I suspected a resources problem but :
- many applications convert their files to many other formats
on their
own and with some effort, I suppose you can have the needed
DLL's copied
on the Flash machine by the "plugin" installer. I think the
need for
both applications is the easy way for developpers !
- we still haven't upgraded to Flash 8 for cost reasons and I
think
paying full price just to import Captivate files is quite
disproportionate... but that's a personal point of view, of
course !
- Adobe could just give (or even sell, low price) a code that
locks
Captivate on the Flash machine but just allows exports to
FLA.
Anyway, I think I will never be able to import Captivate
files because
there is NO way Captivate will be on my machine...
Too bad...

Firefox is disabling all plugins (including flash) by default and will not let me enable them

I am using Firefox 23 (updated) and the latest flash plugin from Adobe's website. I am trying to access any pages with flash on them, and it says the flash plugin is disabled. When I pull up the plugins page, it says all of my plugins are disabled. If I click on them, I do not get a "Enable" button. I only have a "Remove" button. If I click on "More" and select "Always Activate" at the bottom and then restart the browser, the plugins are still disabled.
I deleted my addons.sqlite & pluginreg.dat as well (per another suggestion on the forum) and restarted -- there is no change.
I am so frustrated. I have used firefox for years, and I have never had the problems I have had with plugins and flash before this year. I am on the verge of going full-time to Chrome (which is NOT having these problems.). Please help me!

hello jesabele, if you have a "remove" button next to plugins something fundamentally is wrong (since plugins cannot be removed in firefox, because they are installed on a system level). please try to [[Reset Firefox – easily fix most problems|reset firefox]] and see if this can address the issue...

3rd Party Plugins for Flash CS4

Are there any resources to find 3rd party plugins for Flash CS4? I've used plugins in older versions of Flash, but I'm new to CS4. I'm wanting to a lot of cool things with a site including photo carousels, image transitions, visual effects, etc., but I'm not sure where to get started. Perhaps I shouldn't even be looking at plugins? Maybe I am really looking for tutorials on how to make cool effects in Flash?

Can I install Coldfusion Builder as a plugin for Flash Builder?

I already have a licensed copy of Flash Builder 4.x installed, trying to install ColdFusion Builder as a plugin for Flash Builder. When I installed CFB, I selected install as a eclipse plugin and entered the path to the FB directory. Now I can't figure out how to invoke/add the CFB plugin in FB..

You should have uninstalled rather than simply deleting CFB 2 plugins manually .
Please do the following to fix it now. (If you have used Uninstaller to uninstall that would have cleaned all these things ):
Take a backup and delete the file: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Uninstall/{b8c666c3-1efd-11b2-bf3c-e04be4b2b610}.db
And you will be able to install CFB as plugin to Eclipse now.

Problem while installing LiveCycle Mosaic ES2 Plugin for Flash Builder 4

I am trying to work on Live Cycle Mosaic 9.5 and I have downloaded FlashBuilder 4 and trying to configure the mosaic plugin "LiveCycle Mosaic ES2 Plugin for Flash Builder 4" in Flash Builder as per following directions given on adobe site:
     "Add the following two update sites via Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Available Software Sites (names below are suggested/optional):
Name: Galileo Location: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/
Name: RIA Tooling Location: select the LiveCycle Mosaic ES2 Plugin for Flash Builder 4 ZIP file.

But I am getting the following error:

I think that in addition to adding the dependency on the galileo HTTP location the instructions should also advise you to 'check for updates'.

How do i delete an old plugin for flash player in firefox?
Currently i have two plugins in my add-ons, an old version (9.0.45.0) and the latest version(11.9.900.117), and the old one seems to be vulnerable and keeps intervering with the new version and freezes my youtube videos.

I have developed Java based embedded browser which could be port on Set-Top Box under embedded linux. presently my embedded browser supports all most all internet standard protocols such as Html/Java Script, CSS, XML/XSLT/DOM, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, CACHE/COOKIE ..Etc. But not multimedia protocols such as Flash Plug-In, Real Player.. etc
Now I am trying to implement Macromedia Flash Plug-in with my java based embedded browser, But not having much idea on Flash plug-in implementation .
Can any body suggest or help How can I embed Macromedia Flash plug-in?
What should I required to do ?

salió Flash 8, con
loadMovie() podemos cargar cualquier formato de imagen
arbitrario compatible
con el dispositivo, como pueden ser también los PNG, GIF
no animados y JPG
no progresivos. En este ejemplo, Toni López explica como
cargar imágenes
externas, creo que te puede ayudar a realizar lo que
pretendes.

What are you considering non responsive with the plugins? Flash player is working just fine then I get your crash page in the middle of doing something. You say it only crashes when it's been unresponsive for 45 seconds. Mine is crashing in less then 1

I have had problems with firefox crashing for the last three month. I have updated to the latest version with the crash protection. Now the flash player crashes about every 20 minutes or so. On your blog page you state that I will get the crash page when the plugin has been non-responsive for 45 seconds well with mine the games are going along just fine then wham crash page. Flash player was responding and you gave me crash report anyway. What's up???? Flash player is crashing within seconds not 45 seconds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I push to installl plugins Adobe Flash Player 10.3 comes on and runs for up to 3 hours without stopping. I cannot acces my classroom witout the plugin window popping up.

Hi, Sometimes users with understanding of what Adobe programs you are using will post. It doesn't happen very often.
If you had a personal computer and had problems with Flash Player then of course this Forum would be where it would be addressed.
Flash Player is used with all of the Adobe programs and when those programs are involved, then those Forums relate to Flash Player from those perspectives. Flash Player is not a standalone, that would be the Projector. Neither is Flash Player unrelated to the Adobe programs you use.
These terms: fast switching the slides, the player crashes in cases, when a progressive videostream is canceled, Tweener, the gui for the volume control before the gui is initialized, so the player try to access a null reference. It is for me impossible to develope content

Use native plugins with Flash Builder 4.5?

Hello,
Is it possible to extend Flash Builder 4.5 to have native plugins?
My use case is: we have developed SDKs for both iOS and Android where we have extensive signal processing implemented in C. On Android we use JNI to access and run the native code. That's done for performance reasons since real time is a requirement.
Some other tools like Appcelerator Titanium support native modules (e.g. http://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/guides/Module+Developer+Guide+for+iOS)
Is it possible to do the same with FlashBuilder? Or the only way is to develop in ActionScript? What are the benchmarks for typical video, audio signal processing (e.g. through classical domain example (filtering))?

Flash Builder 4.5 serial number will not work directy in Flash Builder 4.7. You can use FB 4.5 key in upgrade scenario (upgradation from FB 4.5 to FB 4.7).
Please use the Flash Builder 4.7 serial number provided at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=labs_flashbuilder4-7 for serialing Flash Builder 4.7.

After installation of adobe flashplayer ver.15 in add-ons manager apperars plugin shockwave flash 15.0.0.189 - and non flash games works

After update of Nightly to ver 36. appears problem with flash animation/games
Downloaded (from adobe.com) and installed adobe flash player ver.15.0.0.189 appears in list of plug-ins as "Shockwave player 15.0.0.189" - and non flash animation(games) works.
Already uninstall all AD-blocking software, repeatedly restart comp after installation adobeflash - nothing helps

You got the terms and version wrong in first reply.
The first link is to Shockwave player (not flash) and version is 12.1.3.153
and second is indeed Flash player but at version 15.0.0.189.
The Shockwave player is not used much (and there is not even a plugin for Linux) so don't bother with it.

Plugins for Flash CS3 Mac

I am a novice on Flash but have to use it some times in my
work. So I am looking for a plugin pack that will make text
effects,banner, menus and so on. To make my life easier and faster.
But I don't find a good and SIMPLE plugin pack for Mac. So i

Plugin-container / Flash Player CPU Usage Problem

Watching Twitch.tv stream and I am constantly having problems where my CPU locks up at 100%.
Was using chrome with this problem also. Was hoping the switch to Firefox would resolve it.
Windows 7
8GB RAM
Phenom II X4 3Ghz processor

Of course I recommend two (2) options.
1.-update plugin Flash player to the latest version.
2.-In when you leave the vercion but suffers of firefox installed.
