Flickr favorites  500 limit

Anyone know how Flickr and TV interact with a Flickr accounts favorites. I have more than 500 favorites linked to my accont. Does the 500 that show up on the TV menu choice change each time I sign in to the account. Do I need to leave Flickr to get a new grouping of 500?

Trying to move it back to the top for another shot at getting a helpful answer

  • Reader Extensions 500 limit

We would like to provide users with a form to complete and return using pdf reader. I understand the pdf has to have reader extensions applied.
If the form is populated specifically for each user and named uniquely for each user does the 500 copies limit apply?
    Thanks

I didn't think LiveCycle Reader Extensions had this limit. I thought
it was an Acrobat EULA restriction.

  • Limit of 500 forms

    Hi everyone.
I have to create a form for my client, to be distribute on his website and then to collect answer in his email.
I know there's a limit of 500 time repsonse for a form. Does anybody know what are the exact terms of this using, and if I want to use more than 500 copy of my forms, what can I do?
    Thank you!

The basics are, you can send a "unique" form to 500 people or less and collect an unlimited amount of responses or you can send the form to an unlimited amount of people and collect 500 responses. Even if they print the form, fill it in by hand and mail it to you that counts as a responses.
If you need more than that, Adobe has a product called LiveCycle Extensions for Reader that you can purchase. Beware that it comes with a hefty price tag.
If you think you are going to go over the 500 limit, then you either need to purchase that server side product (PC only) or rethink your workflow. Adobe is actively pursuing violators of the licensing agreement.

  • I have reached 500 responses. Is there a limit, and if so, how do I increase capacity to accept more forms?

As a part of the end of life plan we have removed the 500 limit on basic accounts. If you had a basic account you should now be able to collect up to 5000 response per form. You will have this level of permission throughout the end of life process. Please let me know if this helps.

  • Problem with Credit Limit

    Hi all
There seems to be a problem with the credit limit.  It was brought to my attention before and I believe someone has a query to rectify the problem.  Could someone please send me this query as one of my clients are going to heavliy rely on the credit limit function.
The problem is if I make the credit limit for a customer £500.  Then I post a Sales Order for £300 then another sale order for £300 it will allow this even though the total is over the £500 limit.
    Thank you in advance.
    Gail

    Gail,
The following Query looks at the Order Total of the Order you are entering, the total balance of all previous orders and the Account Balance and compares with the Credit limit.
    SELECT DISTINCT 'TRUE' FROM [DBO\].[ORDR\] T0 INNER JOIN [DBO\].[OCRD\] T1 ON T0.CARDCODE = T1.CARDCODE WHERE T0.CARDCODE = $\[$4.1] AND T1.CreditLine < (T1.BalanceT1.OrdersBal$\[ORDR.DocTotal])
You will need to save this query and creare an Approval Procedure
The process of creating Approval Procedure is explained in this thread

  • Web gallery max out at 500 images

Hi, I'm using LR 3.5 and when I creat a web gallery it maxes out at 500 images, even though there are 776 photos in the gallery and all 776 are selected. In fact, the image number below the preview shows 1/500 instead of 1/776. When i look at the uploaded website it also only shows 500 images. In Library mode I see all 776 images, and also in Web mode I see all 776. When I switch from Library to Web I see the "Update Web Gallery" in the top left corner of the window. It shows the progress window: "Export image fliename-001" and continues up to image 500, then stops. So it appears it is only exporting 500 images.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hopefully you appreciated I was being semi serious! Many pros would see part of their job being to whittle a big shoot down to a reasonable number to present to the client, and secondly I'd question if going through a slideshow in sequential order is the best way to review a large number of pictures - better than a grid of decent-sized thumbnails? Those are obviously judgement calls and I don't like a 500 limit being imposed.
Now, to make your updated version survive Lightroom updates:
    Copy the Flash gallery's folder
Paste it into Win C:\Users\john\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Web Galleries or Mac Users\john\Library\Adobe\Lightroom\Web Galleries
In galleryinfo.lrweb, change the ID - just add your initials
In galleryinfo.lrweb, change the title to something like "Flash Gallery (edited)"
When you restart LR, you'll see "Flash Gallery (edited)" in the Layout Style panel

  • Product Upgrade & Credit Limit Increase with Capital One

Upgraded my Platinum Master Cards, I have two, to a QuickSiver Rewards an requested a credit limit increase online only received 500.00 so I sent an email to the Executive Office.  I waited two days received no responce so I called today this is what happened.  Spoke to a gentleman who said he would be my personal credit specialist today I told him that I had upgraded the cards for the rewards and the Visa signiture benefits and requested to increase the limits to 5,000.00 on each.  He told me that I had just been given a credit limit increase and he could do nothing for me.  After getting no were he offered to let me speak to his suppervisor.  Spoke to the suppervisor and ended the call with the same results, she will have someone else call me within 10 days.  My question is this the norm has this happened to others.  The number I called was one I found here in the forum.  I have had both cards for over 6 years and have always paid them on time just never used them much because of the low limits.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You need to wait 1-2 weeks, not days. They have to assist a large number of customers and they are not as big a team as the customer service people. My Cap One card started as a Plat with $500 limit a little more than 2 years ago and now it is at $8k and upgraded to a QuickSilver. Also as others mentioned, you can use the new "Combine cards" tool to combine your multiple small limit cards to a larger, more useful limit.

  • 500 Limits on Reader Extended Documents

I would like to post a fillable PDF form to website to collect information from more than 1000 clients.  Is the restriction of 500 unique instances applied if the fillable PDF form I created is not enabled with "reader extension features" (i.e. "Reader Extended PDF" is not enabled when creating and saving the PDF form") but the form is created with fillable fields only?  Can I then collect the filled and saved PDF forms from my 1000 clients who all use Adobe Reader XI (Adobe Reader XI has the new features to fill and save the non-reader extended form)?
I am very confused because Adobe EULA mentions "Extended Document means a PDF file manipulated by the Software to enable the ability to locally save documents with fill-in PDF forms" and the 500 limited recipients is applied for the "extended document".  So what is "extended document"? Does "extended document" include form without reader extended but with fillable fields?

Thanks, Dave and George.  I have raised two questions to Adobe to clarify the "500-limit" understanding.  After more than two weeks' routing and explaining my questions, I finally get the clarifications - there is no 500 limit on "non-extended rights but fillable" form.  My questions, and the answers from Adobe "program manager":
    1. Can I collect more than 500 unique instances for the fillable PDF form I created - even though I have not enabled the fillable PDF form with "reader extension features" (i.e. "Reader Extended PDF" is not enabled when creating and saving the PDF form)?
Answer : Yes, The Acrobat and Reader XI help indicate that the 500 limit applies to Reader-extended forms.
    2. Is the "extended document" mentioned in Acrobat 11 EULA including "form without reader extended but with fillable fields"?
Answer : No,  Extended document means the document on which extended rights have been applied.

  • Limit in attribute values?

    Hi,
We're using Ultrasearch for a table source which has
several tables. We're using a view to collect the data.
When assigning the result columns from the view
to search attributes, it appears that Ultrasearch
only registers/indexes the first 500 characters of
    each attribute.
I've checked the documentation and some Forums
but cannot find anything on this issue.
Is this the way Ultrasearch should behave?
If so, is there a way to increase this limit of 500?
    Thanks for any hints.
    /Per

    Hi,
Thanks Eric [and Oracle staff] for this info.
We suspected that this was the case, so we've been
looking for another solution in our application.
We have a publication database, where Ultrasearch
does the indexing/searching and xsql-servlet does
    the presentation of full records.
Instead of indexing a view from the underlying tables
we let Ultrasearch index a meta-tagged webpage, one
for each record, requested by the crawler and
produced dynamically by xsql-servlet via a special
style-sheet. The webpage has the record abstract
between the body-tags, everything else in different
    meta-tags.
In this way the 500-limit doesn't matter anymore.
Any meta-tag / Ultrasearch attribute can here be
repeated. This wasn't possible before, from the view
For example, we no longer have to put all the author
names in one single author attribute. Instead each author
name lies in one of the author attributes of the page.

  • Flickr plugin video limits incorrect

The flickr plugin which came with Lightroom 5 still enforces Flickr's video limit of 2 videos per month.  Flickr did away with that limitation back in May, according to Flickr support.  The result is normally some of my videos do not upload.   I'm not sure if Adobe supplies the plugin, or it's by a third party author, or I would contact them.
The free Flickr account video limits are 1GB in size and 3 minutes in length.

I hope Adobe corrects this problem with the 5.2 update.  Essentially the Flickr plugin is useless if you want to upload videos in addition to photos.  I was really looking forward to managing my Flickr photos (and videos) with LR5.  Bummer.
I posted a problem report with Adobe describing the problem.

  • Any way to limit the amount of songs..

    Hi,
I have an iPod mini and a nano and I'd like to use them both on the same system. I know the mini holds more songs than my 2gb nano so I was wondering if there was a way to limit the amount of songs that I can put into iTunes so I can have an equal amount of songs on both iPods, up to the 500 limit of the nano or would I just have to create seperate playlists? Thanks.

Making a few Smart playlists can help you solve the problem.
You can limit the number of songs, MB, GB etc. by checking 'limit to'.
    Hope this helps.

  • Location appliance tracking limit??

    Hello,
One question that I haven't found an answer for yet!
When the location appliance reaches the maximum number of tracking devices of 2500 what happens next???
It stops collecting information for new devices?
It deletes information for older devices hence allowing tracking of new devices?
    Stops working all together??
    It ??????
    Thanks for any clarification.
    Jorge.

    Hi Jorge,
I am not sure if this would answer your query, but this is what I managed to find -
The location appliance can track up to 2,500 elements. You can track the following elements: client stations, active asset tags and rogue clients and access points.Updates on the locations of elements being tracked are provided to the location server from the Cisco wireless LAN controller.
Only those elements designated for tracking by the controller are viewable in Cisco WCS maps, queries and reports. No events and alarms are collected for non-tracked elements and they are not used in calculating the 2,500 element limit.
You can modify the following tracking parameters using Cisco WCS:
•Enable and disable which element locations (client stations, active asset tags; and rogue clients and access points) you actively track
•Set limits on how many of a specific element you want to track
You can set limits on how many of a specific element you wish to track. For example, given a limit of 2,500 trackable units, you could set a limit to track only 1,500 client stations. Once the tracking limit is met, the number of elements not being tracked is summarized on the Tracking Parameters page.
•Disable tracking and reporting of ad hoc rogue clients and access points
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/location/2700/4.0/configuration/guide/lacg_ch4.html#wp998931
A major alert appears on the Advanced Parameter window if the tracked elements limit of 2,500 for the location server is reached.
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/location/2700/4.0/configuration/guide/lacg_ch8.html#wp999251
In addition to this I found a resolved issue in release 3.0.37.0 -
CSCse76683-Previous to this release, once the 2,500 limit of supported elements for the location appliance was met, no new location calculations were reported for any element beyond the 2,500 limit. Location calculations were reported once an element within the recognized 2,500 elements aged out. This condition occurred even when polling was turned "off."
    Symptom:
The location calculation is not happenning for some of the elements. There are ERROR events saying 'Location limit hit, can not add any more location elements'. Even if the polling is turned OFF for the type of element that are too many, the location is not calculated for new elements.

  • Hi Everyone! Today was a big day for me, and I have my first question

Hi everybody, I've been lurking here for the past month or so, but I finally created an account today because this week has been a big deal for me, and I have a question which you guys may know the answer to. Little bit of background knowledge.  I'm a rising second year student, and as far as credit is concerned, I've only had one.  This card would be the Wells Fargo College Card.  I started off when I turned 18 with a $500 limit, and it was increased this spring to $800.  During the summer I decided to shop around on banks for my checking, and decided to go with PNC.  I applied for their CashBuilder card, but was denied for the typical student reasons (insufficient credit history, loan balances too high, etc.).  It did give me a credit report out of it at least (learned my Experian is 722). Anyway, in the last month, I learned that I have the chance to study abroad in France this upcoming spring, so I began research on a card with no foreign transaction fees.  I became engrossed in learning about all the different banks, cards, and options not just for my time as a student, but for (what I thought) would come after graduation.  I settled on the Discover Chrome and Capital One Journey for the immediate future.  Discover is clearly my favorite (most of what I buy is gas / eating out), but the acceptance in France is minimal, so I needed the Journey too. I was instantly approved for both.  Don't know how much my CL on the Chrome is, but my Journey gave me $2,000.  This seemed really high to me, considering I have only had one card, for just over a year, which is only at $800.  I slept on this for a couple nights, and decided that I was too curious on whether or not I should have tried for the Capital One Quicksilver first. To test this, I decided to apply for the Chase Freedom (a card that I planned on applying for next summer), just to see if I could get a 'big boy' card.  I was instantly approved for $2,500!  I was surprised, shocked, amazed, etc!!! Then I got even more curious.  I now had a great rotating category card, but what if I could get (in my opinion) the best flat cashback card out there: the Citi CashBuilder.  I had heard stories about how you need excellent credit, and years worth of history, so I figured this would be the card to get after graduation.  But, I decided to try now, because why not.  My score can take the pulls now since I don't plan on applying for anything huge.  So I pulled the trigger, and was instantly approved for $1,500!!!!  Again, I was shocked. So this week has been great to say the least.  But, I can't help but kick myself for applying for the Journey, when it seems obvious to me that somehow, I could have had a pretty good shot at the QuickSilver.  So now I get to my question. What are the chances for me to change the Journey to a Quicksilver before December.  I know Capital One gives an automatic credit limit after 5 months, and that in some cases, you can upgrade that early, but would it be possible to do it sooner?  If I wait until my 5 months, that gives a very short time for me to actually receive the card which I would desperately need. Also, I'm wondering just how high PNC's standards are for credit.  It seems really odd that I could get a $2,500 CL with Chase (who I've had no relationship with) but couldn't get even a small limit with PNC who I migrated my checking to.

I have the Journey card, and shortly after I was approved for the Venture and Quicksilver. Check their pre-qualifier and see if either comes up for you. I know the Venture has no foreign transaction fees and it starts with high limits. But I will say my Journey card grew as well; I started with 1k and they auto increased me at 5 or 6 months to 5k. Plus soon we can combine their cards, so I would stick with the Journey for a little while and just go ahead and app for the Venture or Quicksilver.

  • Maximum upload of 100MB/s on Thunderbolt to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

I recently got a new Macbook Pro and also switched internet providers to get a 500/500 fiber optics connection.
When I connect via wifi I reach speeds like 350 MB/s down and 250 MB/s up.
When I do the same test via the thunderbolt cable I get 498 MB/s down and 100 MB/s up.
Every time I do this, the upload speed is always 'capped' at 100 MB/s. (And download always peaks near the 500 limit)
    Variables:
    Testing is done via speedtest.net.
Wifi is connected to Airport Time Capsule.
Time Capsule is connected directly to the Gigabit router.
When testing with the ethernet adapter I also test directly into the router.
Any ideas why this is happening?

I read that the ethernet cable could be the culprit.
I did a full range of tests with different brands, shielded/non-shielded and all the different categories I had in a closet, all had the same results.
Full 500MB/s bandwith during download, maximum of 100 MB/s during upload.

  • PDFMaker 9.1, Excel 2003, Users can't save form data

    Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for some assistance with a problem.
I created a new form in Adobe Pro 9.1 bringing in an excel template.  The final product looked great.  I had our IT department post it on our Intranet, and some individuals commented back they cannot save a copy of the data they entered in the blank form.  I tested with others where it works fine.  I can't confirm 100%, but it seems whoever has the Adobe "Pro" version can save and those with just the "standard" cannot save.  They get that message Save a Blank Copy of this Form, Data typed into this form will not be saved..."etc.
I tried going to Advanced-Extend Features in Adobe Reader, but that doesn't help either once posted on the website.
Any suggestions how to enable so that all users (1000's) can save their work they typed into the document if they wish?
    Thanks so much in advance!

Not specifically addresses whatever is causing the issue.
Just an obtw re: "extended" PDF forms (which, if there are users of Adobe Reader, will have to be made use of):
When you "extend" a PDF form usage most comply with the "500 limit" of the EULA.
With "1000's" of end-users you may well be in harms way.
See Section 15.12.3 (PDF page 408 of 410).
    http://www.adobe.com/products/eulas/pdfs/Gen_WWCombined-20080205_1329.pdf
LiveCycle ES avoids this but is costly.
Alternatively, piping out the user's form input to FDF and processing that at the server level could be done.
For this, you might have your IT folks give the FDF SDK a look over.
    Be well...
