FM for fetching partners corresponding to project

Is there any Fm for fetching the partners ( BP) corresponding to a project which is stored in table cgpl_project.

HI Swati,
You can refer [Thread|table to fetch campaign details;. It will give you idea how to fetch BP from Target group.
You can also refer FM MKT_ELEMENT_READ to read further details of campaign, unfortunately it doesn't give BP.
This is the relationship between Campaign, Target Group and BP::
CGPL_PROJECT : Hold Campaign data
CRMD_MKTPL_TGGRP : Hold Campaign and Target Group Data
CRMD_MKTTG_TG_I : Hold Target Group and BP Data.
GUID's are the key.

Problem in Customizing Search Help for Business Partners in CRMD_ORDER

Hi All,
I am absolutely newbie in CRM. I have a problem here.
We are using SOLMAN for incident management in our project. We use transaction CRMD_ORDER for creating a support message. Now this creen has 4 kinds of partners namely SLA Partner,Reported By,Support Team,Ticket Owner. Now for all these partners there is a common Search Help being used i.e. COM_PARTNER. We have a requirement that for all these fields we want to take user directly to hit list which should have only 2 fields. These hit lists are different for all these 4 fields. I have right now no idea how am I going to achieve this? I have a hint about Search Help exit being used but not sure which one and how? Please guide on this.

Why won´t you use the webclient UI but CRMD_ORDER?
In Webclient UI component BT_PARTNER you will find the relevant searchhelps and can influence them with methods GET_V*

you can do this check while saving in badi ORDER_SAVE. method eg check_befor_save.
i don't think that in any of documents badis you will have customer no, but you will have docs guid.
then you can do crm_order_read to read partners.

which is exactly suiting my req...as it has USER Fields (USR08/USR09 )in export paramters..
BUT it is not triggering on SAVE,,
Any hint or is any other user exit/badi which have USER Fields in export paramters.

Hi Krishnan,
If you want a custom tab that contains User defined fields at Project level then you have to use CNEX0006 user exit. Before this you must declare your fields using the CI include CI_PROJ in the PROJ table.
If you want a custom tab that contains User defined fields at WBS level then you have to use CNEX0007 user exit. Before this you must declare your fields using the CI include CI_PRPS in the PROJ table.
In the PBO function module exit of these exits you must use the following statements as the first statement.
MOVE-CORRESPONDING sap_proj_imp TO proj.
MOVE-CORRESPONDING sap_prps_imp TO prps.
In the PAI function module exit of these exits you must use the following statement as the last statement.
MOVE-CORRESPONDING proj TO cnci_proj_exp.
MOVE-CORRESPONDING prps TO cnci_prps_exp.
The remaining programming as in the case any Screen Exit.

Universal App: no Application Insights for Windows Phone 8.1 project

I just created an universal app and installed the Application Insights Tools for Visual Studio extension. It was easy to add AI for the Windows 8.1 project. Unfortunately there is no "Add Application Insights Telemetry to project..." command for
the Windows Phone 8.1 project. Am I missing something? What might be wrong?

Officially yes, but you should be able to get it to work:
• Add Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.WindowsPhone package to the “Phone” project.
• Add Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.WindowsStore package to the “Store” project.
• Add <InstrumentationKey/> element to the ApplicationInsights.config files in both Phone and Store projects with the actual instrumentation key of your app. You need to decide whether you want to use single key for both windows and phone apps or separate
keys.
• Create a new instance of the TelemetryContext class in the App class in the Shared project and store it in a public static variable for use by the rest of the code in the universal project.

Error for fetching long text in xml tag for xml publisher report

My requirement is to fetch a large document which is in text format in XML output which can be printed in PDF format by using RTF method to generate PDF.But during XML ouput i got the following error-
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh
button, or try again later.

XXBG_EAMWRREP_V1 is the rdf and LIST_G_WO_ACTIVITY_CODE, G_WO_ACTIVITY_CODE, LIST_G_MEDIA_ID1, G_MEDIA are the groups name. In the group
G_MEDIA i am fetching long_text from attahcment in application. In Database table the datatype of the text attachment is 'long' and there is a huge text
data loaded in large data editor of that column. If the text data volume is small enough then there is no problem for fetching the xml output.
If we change the output format as HTMl then there is no problem for fetching the output for long text but for xml output format we are unable to fetch the data
in xml tag.
One thing to mention the oracle report is the copy of Maintenance Work Order Detail Report. The seeded report is HTML format in 11i. The requirement is to make it in xml report.

After upgrade to 11.1.1.2 Agreement not found for trading partners

We just upgraded from 11.1.1.1 to 11.1.1.2 and an existing composite that sends a file from Oracle EBS to an outside trading partner is not working.
We tried importing the Agreement from the 11.1.1.2 and when it did not work, we purged the repository and started from scratch.
The error we are getting is:
Agreement not found for trading partners: FromTP Rheem, ToTP JPMorgan with document type JPPositivePay-1-OUTBOUND
This is a file that we are sending from Oracle EBS to an outside trading partner via FTP.
One thing we are noticing is that when we create the agreement, it does not show up under our host TP, it only shows up under the target TP.
We have set up the TP, Channel, and agreements exactly like they are set in the 11.1.1.1 environment.

BAPI for fetching the list of scheduling agreements

This is my first post in SDN Forums so pardon me if I commit a mistake.
My question is: Is there a standard BAPI for fetching a list of scheduling agreements?
I know that there are BAPIs for creating and maintaining scheduling agreements like BAPI_SAG_CREATE and BAPI_SAG_CHANGE and iBAPI_SAG_GETDETAIL but each of these require the scheduling agreement number. My requirement is to list out all the scheduling agreements that are present in the system.
I found a BAPI named BAPI_DOCUMENT_GETLIST and BAPI_DOCUMENT_GETLIST2 but I'm not able to find out what documents it is able to display. If I don't specify any selection criteria, it is fetching just two records of document type DRW. No other document of any other type is fetched.
Another BAPI that I found was BAPI_SALESORDER_GETLIST in which if I specify the Transaction group as "3" (for scheduling agreement), it fetches them but those are related to Sales orders and not purchase orders.

Hi Raj,
As I had said earlier, I need the Scheduling agreements related to purchase orders and not sales orders. The ones in EKKO table (Doc category: L).Will this program fetch this info?
Also, I need a Java app (that's being developed) to fetch this info, so I'm looking for a BAPI. Is there any or can this program (if it fetches the right Scheduling agreements) be called from an external Java app?

Hi,
I have setup host partner and trading partner by importing CPA. I am trying to generate outbound message on Listening Channel(JMS_OUT_Queue). I am using custom Java Implementation relying on weblogic client jar to produce messages on this JMS_OUT_Queue.
My Messages are properly produced by java application and consumed by Oracle B2B. but they all fail as agreement could not be found.
Agreement not found for trading partners: FromTP HostParty, ToTP RemoteParty with document type ACTION:action1 Service:service1 ServiceTypestring-OUTBOUND.
I am setting below JMS Header properties.
1.FromRole
2.ToRole
3.FROM_PARTY_ID_TYPE
4.TO_PARTY_ID_TYPE
5.SERVICE
6.ACTION
7.FROM_PARTY
8.TO_PARTY
9.SERVICETYPE
I have tried lot of permutations and combinations with JMS Header properties, no matter what I do, Agreement is not picked up and message fails.

Thanks Anuj. I made it work by passing document version and id as JMS headers.
Earlier I was setting action header as "ACTION=action1", I will try by modifying it as "ACTION_NAME=ACTION:action1".
