FND_INSUFF_PRIVILEGES

Question

Hi,
I have developed my work and tested it locally. I moved all of my files to my server. Over there i am getting my first page. while clicking on the button, its throwing me error
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_INSUFF_PRIVILEGES. (Could not lookup message because there is no database connection)

Hi,
Yes i checked the profile after bouncing back apache. Still its not working.
Surprisingly i created a link besides my button (this button event is not working). To this link i have provided "OAFrame.jsp?OAFunc=GE_ORG_HIER_TREE_TOPFRAME:GE_ORG_HIER_TREE_STARTFRAME:GE_ORG_HIER_TREE_CENTERFRAME&OAHP=GE_ORG_HIERARCHY_MENU&OASF=GE_ORG_VIEWER&OAFRDIM=40p:18p" under Destination URL. When i click on this link, the three frame structure is generated. Unfortunately i am not able to pass the values of two messageChoice on first page to the controller of second page so as to generate the tree structure. Can you please suggest how can i handle the selected values so as to reach to the next page controller.
