Folders on Win XP for E63.

Nokia-E63 (200.21.012)
Nokia-PC-Suite (7.1.30.9)
Windows-XP (SP3)
When I connect my E63 to PC, I usually do this: plug in the USB cable to PC, Plug in the USB cable to E63, On E63 "Select USB mode:" popup windows, I select "PC Suite". However, I usually do not activate the Nokia-PC-Suite.
On Windows XP File Explorer, on the Folder pane (on the left of screen), there are 3 folders related to E63. (1) Nokia E63 (2) Nokia E63 on local (3) Nokia Phone Browser having 'Nokia E63' as a subfolder.
All the contents of PhoneMemory and MicroSD-Memory are identical for the 3 folders displayed by Windows XP File Explorer.
What are the differences between the 3 folders (what are the specific usage) ?
I figured out that the "Nokia E63 on local" can be used for getting picture from both memory types. Is there any other function?
