For Sale: SCXI-1124 Never Used - Please Read...

I am a regular lurker, and am a regular LabVIEW 8.5 user. I realize that my post-less count is probably alarming and may be passed off as a troll or SPAM, but I assure you this is not the case. I won't give you a sob story about my life or why I need to sell this module, but I want to make it clear that I have only the purest intentions.
 I have a new in box (opened static bag to verify contents) SCXI-1124 DAC Module that I must sell. We had a client pull their design out at the last minute - and of course it was a rush...at least initially. We purchased new components, many of which are NI parts. While we gladly use the other stuff, we have no use for 1124. As a small company (my wife and I...), one rather large purchase cannot be written off so soon and we must recoup our expenses to pay some rather large outstanding hospital expenses, even if it means taking a loss.

Sorry to hear you're having such a bad time, don't know if this is of use to you but others have been reporting 'issues' with BT's tracking of their BB usage here.
A lot of providers (not all though) do throttle P2P because from an IP point of view it isn't time critical. What they mean is, if you throttle VOIP traffic you get a jittery call, same with video etc. When downloading files you don't tend to get these issues (although it's really irritating for the person downloading). If you use UTorrent then you can switch on encryption which has been reported to help some people (as BT's systems can't inspect the packet payload to make a yay/nae decision on throttling).
Some throttling is based on ports and/or destination IP though, so the above may not help. May be worth a try in the meantime.
As far as call centers go, I've found that if I begin the conversation with "Can I speak to a call centre in the UK please?" a lot of operators will put me through to someone a bit more helpful. Not had to call in a while though so this may have changed.
As far as recordings of calls goes, you may be out of luck there. Not all call centres record all calls AFAIK and there's a specific exception under the DPA so you can't request a copy of any recordings without getting a subpoena from a court. I'm not a lawyer, but I do have some experience of dealing with issues like this (Tiscali FWIW).
I've seldom had issues with BT's support, once I've got passed the first line droids that is, but then I've never had a problem with explaining to someone exactly why they are proceeding down the wrong route (doesn't earn me many friends there though!)
Hoping some of this may help a little, though can appreciate some of it probably isn't what you wanted to hear.

       thanks in advance for any help you can give me on this, but, my iTunes will perform a backup on my iPhone ONCE. By which I mean, it will do another new backup again if I want it to, and that's all fine... but it's supposed to hold (I think) THREE states of backup that the user has saved at various points in order that the user can choose and rollback/restore from whichever one they want.
    There is none of that. I get the drop-down menu if I choose to restore... but it's pointless as there's only ever one option.
    At the moment, no matter how close together I perform the backups, or how far apart... I get ONE backup saved in my iTunes.
    As far as I can tell this is also ONE backup between iCloud or the computer. i.e. I don't get one for each. Just whichever I performed most recently.
      iTunes absolutely DID NOT used to do this. I used to get the three options and it took a little bit of a wait for the backup process to go through fully.
      Can anybody help or shed some light on this?
    As a sidenote: It's slightly concerning that the backup process it performs is now lightning quick and it almost seems as if it's doing nothing, when in fact my iPhone is absolutely, irresponsibly rammed with everything... hence the worrying need for backups and solving this issue etc. etc.
      Please can anyone help me with this, or even give a little support?
    P.S. Yes, I fully anticipate being told not to have my iPhone so stuffed etc. etc. It's got about 1-2gb free and I figure you should get to use what you pay for

       I have to say, this is so weird because it's actually become this way in the past week maybe, and I'm sure me saying this here will be disputed, ridiculed and belittled, and that's absolutely fair, but I've got to say it... up until a few days ago, my iTunes sync/backup area really would keep more than one backup for my one, single iPhone. They were all timed and dated with a drop-down menu (which appeared if I clicked the restore button) to choose which one I wanted to roll back to, for example. Sure, I'd read about the three backups thing etc. etc. and perhaps I got that wrong or misunderstood, but I can honestly say, I only ever had at the most two backups, that I could drop-down and choose to restore from. They were there. Same iPhone. Different dates.
       At the time, when this seemed to be the case, the backing-up process took quite a while. I would leave it to progress while I went and made a cup of tea, come back and it still wasn't finished running. So, not really AGES, but a little while.
       Now, when I perform a backup, the progress bar almost shoots across to a finish. I'll 'fess up... that worries me most of all. I can live without the luxury of a menu of backups... but if it does it once, I'd like to be sure it does it at all.
    Much more importantly though, thank you for your replies so far.
    Any further input, even if it's to belittle or shame is totally welcome. I'd like to understand this a bit more.

You will notice Frontier has now carefully edited and removed the 5GB caps limit that was being pointed out by some pro consumer websites and they got some flak over however they still have in the contract and talk about limited use service and being forcing a customer to subscribe to a higher tiered and more costs service if you happen to go over this now undisclosed caps limit.

    You will find that quote in all terms of service contracts for all ISP's.  Verizon has one. ATT has one, Time Warner has one, Even AOL and Netzero have it. That just means that they reserve the right to impose caps at any time.
    Comcast tried and got beat down for it.
    Frontrier is trying (sounds like they may have given up with the tone of your post) and taking flak for it.
    Time Warner tried and lost so many customers that they re-instated the non capped system
    Verizon made a public announcment that they were not going to cap in the foreseeable future but did reserve the right to do so if the need should arise.

    To Who this may concern at TOP LEVEL AT Creative's Board It's come to my attention to a very serious issue From Creative,and the story starts from here.
    I have just required the Audigy 2 ZS Sound Card so looking to install the latest drivers from CREATIVE'S UK WEBSITE. So I look into the date which is 9/4/200 on Creative's website. However I did abit more investigating into the issues from other consumer's from passed half soaked drivers that Creative are supposed to put right with their half asleep development team(what a joke!!).
    AS I did more research? on this issue on the forums and hardware websites, it came across to my attention on a Brazilian I. T. Expert called Daniel Kawakami (surprisesurprise and I don't suppose Creative know anything about him other than trying to kick him the balls for his work to help others with their sound cards very good PR work Creative well done!!!!).So armed with all this information and believe me I have gone into alot of reading in the forums about the issues,and yes Creative Board Of Directors you are entitled to your Copy Rights,for now !!!
    So I find out more about this super hero Daniel Kawakami? to Creative's miss givings to put right the Drivers for Consumers let down by Creative, I came across one of the driver updates for the Audigy 2 ZS Sound Card done by Daniel Kawakami, and Bingo most consumer's now have a working drivers by him.
    So for all the hard work and precious time this Daniel Kawakami has done for Creative Consumers(including me) YOU SELFISH CREATIVE BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S go and kick him the face, so I will say this to you what about his rights as a creative product consumer? ,his driver copy rights and on top that his right to put things right that your team cannot put right in the first place. This is the EXACT PEOPLE WE NEED IN THIS HIGHLY COMPLICATED IT INDUSTRY, so what do you do you try and do, you bin him.
    So Creative I am going to ask some questions and I EXPECT YOU TO ANSWER THEM with me as a CONSUMER OF YOUR PRODUCTS(customer is King not you!!)
    1. The drivers you realised on the 9th April 200 are working drivers for the Audigy 2 zs for windows 7 ultimate.
    2. So how can you convince me that they are working?
    3. At the moment I can only trust Daniel Kawakami's? working drivers, since he has had over whelming praise for his work.What makes me think I can trust you with your drivers.
    4. Your Drivers came out on the 9/4/200, Daniel Kawakami's Drivers came out on 9/4/200 its too close a call,since your development Team are too lazy to put things right, how can you convince me that you did not copy his Drivers into your download Driver website(I would not be surprised if you did, as it would certainly be a cost cutting exercise ,and taking away his copy rights for all the work he has done for nothing!!!)
    5. Are you going to treat customer and consumers better service and support? in the Future,and that includes me,and 3rd party developers like Daniel Kawakami .
    The concussion to all of this, there are lessons to be learned by you Creative for your mis givings and the treatment of customers passed and present and especially the appalling treatment of Daniel Kawakami ,this guy deserves far better for his talent.     Creative will never respond. So it would be fair if Creative would publish his inability to speak and that even where the plates Audigy would work in Vista and 7. But by incompetence, since neither her new adapter works right, if it was to sell is poorly. Problems of memory above 4 gb, and so many others that Creative does not have answers; Daniel and Pax Drivers are alternati'ves, but which also has many limitations. I honestly think this time Creative come publico do a serious story, and describe clearly the limitations of your cards by putting an end-point on expectations, frustrations and forgeries. It is shameful that onboard realtek cards like that boards Creative work better; Actually, before it was a dream and pride have a CREATIVE product, became a nightmare and a shame. But anyway what to do, just wait a moment of honesty from Creative.

    The laser technology is such that it does not produce photo quality prints.
    Laser printers are producing the illusion of color by using only Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.
    If you want photos and not just "pictures" you need to look at ink jet or dye-sub printers.

  • Bluetooth earpiece suggestions for LG Accolade. Never used bluetooth before.

    I have an LG Accolade VX-5600 that I have been using a wired headset with. I'm thinking of using a bluetooth earpiece with it but I am not at all familar with bluetooth. According to the details for the Accolade on PhoneScoop it says Supported Profiles: HSP 1.1, HFP 1.5, OPP, PBA version 2.1+EDR. I don't know what any of that means.
    I don't really need a fancy one, and I don't want to spend more more than $20, and I'm willing to buy a used one on eBay or Bonanza. Are there any brands to avoid or suggestions for a model that would meet my needs?

    I really like the Logitech mice. I had a Microsoft BT mouse and a Belkin one, and I got rid of them both because of flakey behavior and went for a Logitech. Works great. I'm using the MX900, there are newer models out there now, I believe.
    I have an Apple BT keyboard, and I like it a lot. I think on keyboards the choice is a bit broader, because the "performance" of a keyboard is a lot harder to get wrong. They either work or they don't. Logitech, Microsoft, Belkin all have Bluetooth keyboards, and they should work with the Mac for the most part, but it's a good idea to check first.
    One thing you'll lose by not buying Apple peripherals is the battery level meter on the preferences pane. I can tell where my Apple keyboard's battery is, but not the Logitech mouse. I wanted two mouse buttons, though, so I went with the Logitech.

    Pleasesee Adobe ID, sign in, and account help. You'll need to Contact Customer Care  to have your accounts reconciled. I was able to find the account under the same email address that you use here in the forums. It looks like you ordered a subscription today, but that order hasn't processed yet.
    A Customer Care agent should be able to help you get things sorted out.

    What you are asking is beyond the scope of this forum.
    It's sort of equivalent to asking for step-by-step instructions for using cruise control for someone who has never driven a car before.
    You will need to take some time to learn the program before you can successfully create work in it.

    Go to VOR1 and maintain like as
    Sales ogz - Distribution channel - Distribution for Condition  - Distribution chn for CUST/MATERIAL
    6000 - 40 - 40 - 00
    Then in VOR2
    Sales ogz - Division - division for Condition  - division for CUST
    6000 - 30 - 30 - 00
    Then also check you have created customer for sales area 6000-00-00
    Check in VOV8 go to details of your sales order type under general control tab Check division should be blank
    OR
    Remove division form material master basic data tab 1
