If you don't have a rescue email address (or you do but aren't the receiving the email to it) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

I was flooded with offers of new services from $10. to $49. per month - and my audio/video for Facebook, NYT and NPR are "blocked" with the advice to "upgrade " my Adobe Flash Player - for which there does not seem to be any customer support. Been trying to fix a Curve for 2 days now... any suggestions?

I've been searching forums and the internet for many hours and have tried every trick I've come across, but so far no luck.
I've got a Curve that won't boot up. After about 10 seconds of the white screen with the hourglass, I get an error saying "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException", then "App Error 200". Won't boot to the OS.
I've ALREADY tried using the app updater in DM with and without the battery, javaloader.exe with and w/o battery, JL_Cmdr with and w/o, BBSAK with and w/o. The problem is I can't get the computer to recognize the BB.
It seems like in all of the other posts I've read people have gotten their computer to recognize it long enough for it to be wiped and reload the OS. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've tried it on two different computers.
I'm wondering if someone has any other tips or tricks to get it going again. Or possibly if anyone that's fixed this before can give me advice on how they got it to work.
I would really appreciate any kind of help on this!
