Form on SQL is not working

Question

Hello,
I am trying to setup a form which will bring up data only relevant for the current user.
For example, on one page I have a list of employees who report to a manager and I setup a link attribute on the employee name. When the manager user clicks on the employee name, I want to branch to another page which allows the manager to edit the employee details: name, address, educational background, etc.
However, whenever I click the link the employee details page comes up, but it a blank form. How can I make this form prepopulated with the data for the employee record that was clicked on?
