Forms-how to configure

Hi Guys,
I am new to ABAP and have just started learning. I have worked on few objects in forms but i have few questions.
1. Can you please let me know how to configure smartform or sapscript to the transaction? I tried searching through the forum but i was not able to find any post which explains just how to configure the form or in other words how to invoke to form from the transactions?
                   For example, i have created a smartform from the SMARTFORMS transaction. Now how to link that to an existing transaction?
2. How will we identify for a particular scenario that smartform is to be used or sap script is to be used?
Waiting for your help.
Thanks,
Alex

Hi,
For Scripts:
Go to transaction SE71 and develop the form,
Go to Se38(Abap editor) with the function modules(open_form, write_form,close_form) execute that form .
For Smartforms:
Go to transaction smartforms and develop the form, Click on Environment tab-->Functionmodule is generated for that particular form.
Go to transaction Se37 and give the function module of the form and execute it.
For examples search in SDN.
Hope this helps you.

Rajani

  • How to configure adobe forms in OMLV for printing picking slip

    Hello,
    I want to configure a adobe form in OMLV transaction. But there is no column for putting adobe forms.
    Can you tell me how do configure adobe forms for getting it printed from standard transaction whenever a transfer order is created.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Ajay,
    You are completely right that you cannot find anything with smartform in the customizing (OMLV). The reason for it: It is not there. It not even exists. Also the latest version of rlvsdr40 has nothing standard concerning smartforms.
    I do not know why it is really necessary to use adobe or smartforms.
    The only way is to build a new one (ZRLVSDR40). In that new one you have to use the sapscriptname (from OMLV)and treat it as a smartform- name.
    I hope my explanation helps. Success.

    Environment) separately.
    now i want to configure my forms and reports in IAS 10g.i can run the form from

    anybody know the link" how to configure forms and reports in ias " just
    forward to me.
    Regards

    Hi,
    you should be able to do the same because Forms and Reports are automatically set up. You need to customize the tnsnames.ora of te applicationServer Network/Admin directoy to point to the database you created. Then you configure the Forms application in the formsweb.cfg file of the Forms/server directory
    The access is through the HTTP port of the application server

    Ive looked over the base.htm file and formsweb.cfg file and they appear to be fine but i may be missing something,.maybe you can see something i cant in these files:
    On opening the base.htm file nothing happens even when i directly
    specify the mainmenu form
    the base file contains:
    <HTML>

    <!-- web using APPLET-style tags to include the Forms applet. -->
    <!-- This file will be REPLACED if you reinstall "Forms Web CGI and -->
    <!-- cartridge", so you are advised to make your own version if you -->
    <!-- want to make any modifications. You should then set the -->
    <!-- baseHTML parameter in the Forms web CGI configuration file -->
    <!-- (formsweb.cfg) to point to your new file instead of this one. -->
    <!-- IMPORTANT NOTE: default values for all the variables which -->
    <!-- appear below (delimited by the percent character) are defined -->

  • How to configure 9i Forms Services Demo Manually

    Hi,
    I want to customize the forms services demo and run from my own configuration file i mean instead of forms90demo.cfg file i want to create my own cfg file and run the forms how to do this?
    for example currently to run a demo i need to give the url as
    http://machine:8888/forms90demo/f90servlet?config=xxx
    i want it as
    http://machine:8888/<myconfigname>/f90servlet?config=xxx
    how to manually configure the demo? to run in a customized way
    Plus will this demo run on Unix? and how to configure in Unix?
    All the above questions for 9i DS, coming to 9iAS how to configure/install on Windows and Unix?
    Regards
    Mahesh

    Do the following to select an own config file for the f90demo:
    - Open file web.xml
    (in: oracle_home\forms90\demos\j2ee\forms90demo\
    forms90demo\WEB-INF)
    - specify your configuration file name between tags
    <param-value> and </param-value>
    (under <param-name> configFileName</param-name>)
    Do not forget to <!-- and --> tags around this
    <init-param> section.
    - Do not use "" around the filename.
    You can also copy the whole <servlet> ... </servlet> section of f90servlet, and give a new servlet name (e.g. f90demo instead of f90servlet). From then on you can use f90demo as a servlet. You must, before you can use this new servlet alias, also make a copy of the servlet-mapping section for this alias.
    Servlet aliasses are a perfect way to make configurations in two dimensions, one using config sections in the config file (e.g. for different applications), the other using servlet aliasses in web.xml (e.g. different environments, such as dev and prod).

  • How to configure sso with SSL step by step

    Purpose
    In this document, you can learn how to configure SSO with SSL. After user have certificate installed in browser, he can login without input username and password.
    Overview
    In this document we will demonstrate:
    1.     How to configure OHS support SSL
    2.     How to Register SSO with SSL
    3.     Configure SSO for certificates
    Prerequisites
    Before start this document, you should have:
    1.     Oracle AS 10g infrastructure installed (10.1.2)
    2.     OCA installed
    Note:
    1.     “When you install Oracle infrastructure, please make sure you have select OCA.
    2.     How Certificate-Enabled Authentication Works:
    a.     The user tries to access a partner application.
    b.     The partner application redirects the user to the single sign-on server for authentication. As part of this redirection, the browser sends the user's certificate to the login URL of the server (2a). If it is able to verify the certificate, the server returns the user to the requested application.
    c.     The application delivers content. Users whose browsers are configured to prompt for a certificate-store password may only have to present this password once, depending upon how their browser is configured. If they log out and then attempt to access a partner application, the browser passes their certificate to the single sign-on server automatically. This means that they never really log out. To effectively log out, they must close the browser.
    Enable SSL on the Single Sign-On Middle Tier
    The following steps involve configuring the Oracle HTTP Server. Perform them on the single sign-on middle tier. In doing so, keep the following in mind:
    l     You must configure SSL on the computer where the single sign-on middle tier is running.
    l     You are configuring one-way SSL.
    l     You may enable SSL for simple network encryption; PKI authentication is not required. Note though that you must use a valid wallet and server certificate. The default wallet location is ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/ssl.wlt/default.
    1.     Back up the opmn.xml file, found at ORACLE_HOME/opmn/conf
    2.     In opmn.xml, change the value for the start-mode parameter to ssl-enabled. This parameter appears in boldface in the xml tag immediately following.
    <ias-component id="HTTP_Server">
    <process-type id="HTTP_Server" module-id="OHS">
    <module-data>
    <category id="start-parameters">
    <data id="start-mode" value="ssl-enabled"/>
    </category>
    </module-data>
    <process-set id="HTTP_Server" numprocs="1"/>
    </process-type>
    </ias-component>
    3.     Update the distributed cluster management database with the change: ORACLE_HOME/dcm/bin/dcmctl updateconfig -ct opmn
    4.     Reload the modified opmn configuration file:
    ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl reload
    5.     Keep a non-SSL port active. The External Applications portlet communicates with the single sign-on server over a non-SSL port. The HTTP port is enabled by default. If you have not disabled the port, this step requires no action.
    6.     Apply the rule mod_rewrite to SSL configuration. This step involves modifying the ssl.conf file on the middle-tier computer. The file is at ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf. Back up the file before editing it.
    Because the Oracle HTTP Server has to be available over both HTTP and HTTPS, the SSL host must be configured as a virtual host. Add the lines that follow to the SSL Virtual Hosts section of ssl.conf if they are not already there. These lines ensure that the single sign-on login module in OC4J_SECURITY is invoked when a user logs in to the SSL host.
    <VirtualHost ssl_host:port>
    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteOptions inherit
    </VirtualHost>
    Save and close the file.
    7.     Update the distributed cluster management database with the changes:
    ORACLE_HOME/dcm/bin/dcmctl updateconfig -ct ohs
    8.     Restart the Oracle HTTP Server:
    ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl stopproc process-type=HTTP_Server
    ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl startproc process-type=HTTP_Server
    9.     Verify that you have enabled the single sign-on middle tier for SSL by trying to access the OracleAS welcome page, using the format https://host:ssl_port.
    Reconfigure the Identity Management Infrastructure Database
    Change all references of http in single sign-on URLs to https within the identity management infrastructure database. When you change single sign-on URLs in the database, you must also change these URLs in the targets.xml file on the single sign-on middle tier. targets.xml is the configuration file for the various "targets" that Oracle Enterprise Manager monitors. One of these targets is OracleAS Single Sign-On.
    1.     Change Single Sign-On URLs
    Run the ssocfg script, taking care to enter the command on the computer where the single sign-on middle tier is located. Use the following syntax:
    UNIX:
    $ORACLE_HOME/sso/bin/ssocfg.sh protocol host ssl_port
    Windows:
    %ORACLE_HOME%\sso\bin\ssocfg.bat protocol host ssl_port
    In this case, protocol is https. (To change back to HTTP, use http.) The parameter host is the host name, or server name, of the Oracle HTTP listener for the single sign-on server.
    Here is an example:
    ssocfg.sh https login.acme.com 4443
    2. Restart OC4J_SECURITY instance and verify the configuration
    To determine the correct port number, examine the ssl.conf file. Port 4443 is the port number that the OracleAS installer assigns during installation.
    If you run ssocfg successfully, the script returns a status 0. To confirm that you were successful, restart the OC4J_SECURITY instance:
    ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl restartproc process-type=OC4J_SECURITY
    Then try logging in to the single sign-on server at its SSL address:
    https://host:ssl_port/pls/orasso/
         3. Back up the file targets.xml:
    cp ORACLE_HOME/sysman/emd/targets.xml ORACLE_HOME/sysman/emd/targets.xml.backup
    4. Open the file and find the target type oracle_sso_server. Within this target type, locate and edit the three attributes that you passed to ssocfg:
    ·     HTTPMachine—the server host name
    ·     HTTPPort—the server port number
    ·     HTTPProtocol—the server protocol
    If, for example, you run ssocfg like this:
    ORACLE_HOME/sso/bin/ssocfg.sh http sso.mydomain.com:4443
    Update the three attributes this way:
    <Property NAME="HTTPMachine" VALUE="sso.mydomain.com"/>
    <Property NAME="HTTPPort" VALUE="4443"/>
    <Property NAME="HTTPProtocol" VALUE="HTTPS"/>
    5.Save and close the file.
    6.     Reload the OracleAS console:
         ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl reload
    7. Issue these two commands:
    ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl restartproc process-type=HTTP_Server
    ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl restartproc process-type=OC4J_SECURITY
    Registering mod_osso
    1.     This command sequence that follows shows a mod_osso instance being reregistered with the single sign-on server.
    $ORACLE_HOME/sso/bin/ssoreg.sh
         -oracle_home_path $ORACLE_HOME
         -config_mod_osso TRUE
         -mod_osso_url https://myhost.mydomain.com:4443
    2.     Restarting the Oracle HTTP Server
    After running ssoreg, restart the Oracle HTTP Server:
    ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl restartproc process-type=HTTP_Server
    Configuring the Single Sign-On System for Certificates
    1.     Configure policy.properties with the Default Authentication Plugin
    Update the DefaultAuthLevel section of the policy.properties file with the correct authentication level for certificate sign-on. This file is at ORACLE_HOME/sso/conf. Set the default authentication level to this value:
    DefaultAuthLevel = MediumHighSecurity
    Then, in the Authentication plugins section, pair this authentication level with the default authentication plugin:
    MediumHighSecurity_AuthPlugin = oracle.security.sso.server.auth.SSOX509CertAuth
    2.     Restart the Single Sign-On Middle Tier
    After configuring the server, restart the middle tier:
    ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl restartproc process-type=HTTP_Server
    ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl restartproc process-type=OC4J_SECURITY
    Bringing the SSO Users to OCA User Certificate Request URL
    The OCA server reduces the administrative and maintenance cost of provisioning a user certificate. The OCA server achieves this by authenticating users by using OracleAS SSO server authentication. All users who have an Oracle AS SSO server account can directly get a certificate by using the OCA user interface. This reduces the time normoally requidred to provision a certificate by a certificate authority.
    The URL for the SSO certificate Request is:
    https://<Oracle_HTTP_host>:<oca_ssl_port>/oca/sso_oca_link
    You can configure OCA to provide the user certificate request interface URL to SSO server for display whenever SSO is not using a sertificate to authenticate a user. After the OracleAS SSO server authenticates a user, it then display the OCA screen enabling that user to request a certificate.
    To link the OCA server to OracleAS SSO server, use the following command:
    ocactl linksso
    opmnctl stoproc type=oc4j instancename=oca
    opmnctl startproc type=oc4j instancename=oca
    You also can use ocactl unlinksso to unlink the OCA to SSO.

    I have read the SSO admin guide, and performed the steps for enabling SSL on the SSO, and followed the steps to configure mod_osso with virtual host on port 4443 as mentioned in the admin guide.
    The case now is that when I call my form (which is developed by forms developer suite 10g and deployed on the forms server which is SSO enabled) , it calls the SSO module on port 7777 using http (the default behaviour).
    on a URL that looks like this :
    http://myhostname:7777/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login?Site2pstoreToken=.......
    and gives the error :
    ( Forbidden
    You don't have permisission to access /sso/auth on this server at port 7777)
    when I manually change the URL to :
    https://myhostname:4443/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login?Site2pstoreToken=.......
    the SSO works correctly.
    The question is :
    How can I change this default behaviour and make it call SSO on port 4443 using https instead ?
    Any ideas ?
    Thanks in advance

  • How to configure CustomLoginModule in jps-config.xml

    Hi,
    How can we configure a Custom Login Module using jps-config.xml, as we do not want to use weblogic custom authentication provider as it needs application jars(which we require fo authenticating the user) to be kept in weblogic classpath.
    Is there any documentation on how to configure and use Custom Login Modules in jps-config.xml, I tried to create a LoginModule and specify it in jps-config.xml, but

    Ours is not a Desktop Application, but we want to handle Authentication(Which authenticates the userid and password by making a Tuxedo call) and add the Principal to Subject in session, so that ADF Authorization and securityContext can be used as is,
    but doing this with Custom Authentication Provider in weblogic needs me to have a lot of Tuxedo Service related jars in weblogic/system classpath which i feel is not right thing to do, as the same jars are required in application also, which means i will have the jars in class path twice and i need to deploy the jars to both places everytime there is any change.
    Is there any way by which i can set Authenticated principal to Subject in the created session from within Application?

  • How to configure a standard SmartForm to be sent by e-mail in PDF format

    How to configure a standard SmartForm to be sent by e-mail in PDF format
    We need to use standard SAP configuration to send e-mails (output type Medium = 5 External Send).
    Currently we were able to send the forms on OTF format, not PDF.
    Does anyone know how to automatically make the conversion from OTC to PDF without having to code anything on ABAP?

    Hello Luiz,
    actually there are only a few steps to do:
    Just call transaction SCOT and doubleclick your SMTP node. Click on the "set"-Button behind the supported address type "internet". Choose "PDF" as output format for SAPforms.
    By the way. You can also generate a PDF-File from a Spool with report RSTXPDFT4.
    I hope this will help you.
    Bye

  • How to configure rescheduling for sale order quantities

    kindly explain how to configure rescheduling for sale order quantities that are created last month. kindly explain. i am in urgent.
    regards,
    g.v.shivakkumar

    Hi,
    Short text
    Rescheduling sales and stock transfer documents: by material
    Description
    The 'Rescheduling' program (SDV03V02) processes sales document items that are contained in the item directory for the material. It takes into consideration open items and schedule lines from stock transfer items, stock transfer scheduling agreements and purchase order requests (items only), referred to hereafter as stock transfer documents, for the materials.
    All sales documents for the material that are still open are selected. This means that the material index must be activated for at least all sales document types, whose items may have requirements. All stock transfer documents or items for the material that are still open are also selected. Open in this case means for example, that there is no deletion indicator, that the item from a stock transfer purchase order request cannot be labeled as completed or that the quantity delivered and posted to goods issue for the item in a stock transfer purchase order is the same as the amount ordered. An availability check can only be carried out if a checking rule is assigned to the document type - if this is not the case, the document or document item is not checked.
    Checking rule 'A' is used as a basis for rescheduling sales orders (exceptions to this are rush orders  they use checking rule B, and orders with individual customer stock; they use checking rule AE). Stock transfer documents use the checking rule that is assigned in Customizing for Purchasing. It is important that the scope of checks is consistent for both the stock transfer documents and the sales documents and that they do not exclude each other, as this can lead to incorrect test results. An example of an incorrect setting would be: The scope of check for checking rule 'A' checks delivery schedules for stock transfer purchase orders and stock transfer purchase requests, however the scope of check for the checking rule for the stock transport scheduling agreement does not.
    The items and schedule lines found in the selection are sorted according to 'Priorities' - document category, delivery priority, creation date of the item or schedule line (for stock transfer purchase orders and delivery plans) entered on the selection screen or according to the schedule line date of the earliest schedule line with order quantity, document number and item number and then transferred to the availability check. Priority 1 is highest priority and priority 5 the lowest. Stock transfer purchase order requests are sorted after stock transfer purchase orders and scheduling agreements, as they are less binding. This means that when you have identical sort criteria such as delivery dates, the stock transfer purchase order item is checked first and then the item from the stock transfer purchase order request.
    The preset option 'Unconfirmed documents required' only carries out rescheduling for materials for which there is at least one unconfirmed transaction.
    You can use the parameters 'Sorting criteria delivery date' to define whether sorting is carried out with the order quantity after the creation date of the item or the delivery date of the earliest schedule line.
    If you mark the 'Simulation' field, the checked documents are not saved. Instead a results list is generated and saved. However, the availability check for the corresponding documents continues as if saving has taken place already, that is, that the simulated list corresponds to the actual one.
    Under 'Options' on the selection screen, specify whether sales documents and/or stock transfer documents should be processed. For stock transfer documents you can enter whether stock transfer purchase orders and scheduling agreements should be processed at item or schedule line level:
    Processing at item level:
    All open schedule lines for the item are read and collected, then transferred to the availability check. To sort and prioritize documents, you do not need each individual schedule line. It is sufficient to have the item or data from the first schedule line. All open schedule lines for the item are processed and checked.
    Example of processing at item level:
    Sorting: Date (Delivery date first schedule line) - Document number - Document item
    Doc. cat. Doc. number  Doc. item  Doc. schedule line  Delivery date PO        4500000012      10               0001              26.01. PO        4500000012      10               0002              26.02. PO        4500000025      20               0001              28.01. PO        4500000025      20               0002              02.02.
    You can see that the second schedule line for document 4500000025/20 from 02.02 was processed after the second schedule line for document 4500000012/10 from 26.02. This is because all open schedule lines for an item are read and processed. The first schedule line from 4500000012/10 has the earliest delivery date, therefore it has priority.
    Processing at schedule line level:
    Each open schedule line for an item is entered in document sorting in accordance with the values entered under 'Priorities'. The availability check is carried out for each individual schedule line.
    Example for processing at schedule line level:
    Sorting: Date (delivery date first schedule line) - document number -document item
    Doc. cat.    Doc. number  Doc. item  Doc. sched. line  Del. date PO           4500000012    10             0001           26.01. PO           4500000025    20             0001           28.01. PO           4500000025    20             0002           02.02. PO           4500000012    10             0002           26.02.
    Here you can see that each schedule line was sorted according to its delivery date. Note that this type of processing requires more runtime due to the individual checks and more frequent saving.
    The results of rescheduling are saved, as long as the program was not started in simulation mode. When calling up from the 'Sales' area menu or when directly starting via the development environment, the iniator is informed via a dialog box that he has just started a process that changes data. He can then decide whether or not he wants to continue.
    Checking procedure for stock transfer documents:
    An availability check of stock transfer documents in rescheduling is carried out in accordance with the check carried out when manually creating a document. If, however, the required quantity for a schedule line is not available on a particular date and will not be ready until later, new schedule lines are created for the stock transfer purchase orders and scheduling agreements, containing the relevant data. New items are created in this case for stock transfer purchase order requirements. The total sum of schedule line quantities for a processed schedule line corresponds to the schedule line quantity of the original schedule line.
    First example: Using a stock transfer purchase order item with a schedule line:
    a) Status of item before rescheduling run:
    Del. date  PO quantity   Confirmed quant  Confirmed del. date 23.07.      50 items       0 items              -
    ==> This now affects the stock/requirement situation:
        - Goods issue is posted for the material in the delivering plant on the 23.07.
        - A purchase order of 10 items was created for the material in the delivering plant. Delivery is expected on the 29.07.
    b) Status of stock transfer purchase order item after rescheduling run:
    Del. date PO quantity   Confirmed quant   Confirmed del. date 23.07.     40 items      40 items            23.07. 29.07.     10 items      10 items            29.07.
    ==> The first schedule line was changed in accordance with the results of the rescheduling availability check. Only 40 of the 50 original items could be delivered on the 23.07. Therefore, a new schedule line is created for the rest on the 29.07. for 10 confirmed items.
    Second example: Same output situation as the above example.
    ==> There is now a change in the requirement/stock situation:
    A purchase order for 10 items is created for the material in the delivering plant. Delivery is expected on the 29.07. A further purchase shows another 40 planned items on the 30.07.
       Status of stock transfer purchase order item after rescheduling run:
    Del. date PO quantity  Confirmed quant  Confirmed del. date 29.07.     10 items       10 items          29.07. 30.07.     40 items       40 items          30.07.
    ==> The first schedule line was changed in accordance with the result of the availability check for rescheduling. The original delivery date is set to the date confirmed in the ATP check. A new schedule line is created for the remaining 40 items, that are available on the 30.07.
    Note:
    Any set fixed delivery date and quantity indicators and creation indicators for schedule lines or items are 'inherited' by newly created schedule lines. Assuming that the original schedule line was fixed in the above example (since it is created manually), this indicator is also set for the newly created schedule line.
    If shipping scheduling is activated for a stock transfer document type, this is also implemented for newly created schedule lines, with the exception of route schedule determination. This means that in the current version of the program no route schedule has been determined for a schedule line containing a route schedule for which new schedule lines may need to be created.
    The results of the run are issued in the form of a list, which is also saved, so that the results can be controlled at a later date. This is done using the function 'Evaluate rescheduling', but it is only a good idea to do this after the first rescheduling has taken place. You can restrict selection requirements but these can however affect the runtime. You can use this function to analyze the saved list until the next rescheduling run, which writes over the result. If you start rescheduling in the background, a spool file with the result list referred to will be created in the corresponding setting. You can see this in spool management.
    Output
    A list of changed documents, a list of documents in which an error occurred during processing and as a result were not changed, can be called up via the menu 'Edit - Error log'. If in a subsequent evaluation a restricted selection is carried out, a note appears at the end of the list to say that not all document items are displayed.
    You can set the scope of the list under the menu option 'List' in the list display. You can view improvements, deteriorations and the whole list. Before the documents can be included in one or either of the restricted lists, the date or quantity has to have changed so that the item can be contained in both the list of improved or deteriorated documents.
    You can use the interface for changing transactions and the order list to navigate. Use 'Back' to exit the list and 'New selection' to return to the selection screen.
    Recommendation
    You should only start this program occasionally and use very restricted selectin criteria during working hours as it requires enormous system resources.
    Note
    The columns for 'New date' and 'New confirmed qty' only contain entries if the dates or quantities have changed.
    As the system only runs the change check (dates/quantities) per line in the original list, an item whose backlog has increased in the list of improvements. This occurs, for example, if the whole quantity can be delivered at once but at a later date. In this situation, the system determines an increase for the line when it compares quantities.

  • How to Configure Overview of Organizational Units iView in MSS 5.0/6.0

    Hi all,
    Does anyone have any idea on how to configure the "Overview of Organizational Units" iView in MSS to work with the HR backend?
    When I click on the Organizational Unit in the iView, it does not link me to a new page and no Organizational Unit overview pops out.
    Any form of help or hints is deeply appreciated.
    Many many thanks in advance.

    Hi Leong Ko,
    In order for this to work, first and foremost your userid has to be linked to some "manager" employee of your choice in infotype 105, subtype 0001.
    Secondly, the position that this "manager" employee is holding has to be assigned to one organisational unit (technically relationship A003, but you can do this from transaction PPOME).
    Thirdly, the position in question has to be marked as "chief position" (in technical terms relationship A012-manages between the position and the org. unit to which it belongs). This can also be done from transaction PPOME.
    If the organisational unit to which the position belongs has, in turn, subordinate org. units, these will also be shown in the Iview.
    Of course you will have to be logged on to the portal with your userid (the one that you assigned to the employee in infotype 105) for this to work. It will not work if you are just testing the Iview without being logged on.
    Hope it helps.
    Regards,
    Rodrigo
