    Hi,
    To analyze Lync issues I have installed these applications in my windows 7 x64 laptop
    1) network monitor 3.4
    2)Lync network monitor parser
    3)nmdecrypt2.3
    4)network monitor parser3.4
    Installtion got completed successfully but when I try to start capture I get this error everytime.......
    "None of the network adapters are bound to the Netmon driver.If you have just installed, you may need to log out and log back in order to obtain the proper rights to capture. Please refer to the product help for more information"
    I read many technet articles and other blogs but that didn't solve this issue. I tried things like
    A) Run as administrator
    B) nmconfig /install in cmd
    So could you please help me how I can fix this issue?

    Seems our driver didn't get installed.  What you see when you type "sc query nm3" from a command prompt?

    For the both of you.
    Turn your Mac on, wait until the login screen appears.
    Turn off your keyboard, wait several seconds. Hopefully a "Keyboard turned off" or "Keyboard disconnected" comes up. Then remove the batteries.
    Turn the Mac off then turn it back on.
    When it turns back on, it should say missing keyboard or something of the sort. Put the batteries back into the keyboard and turn it back on. Hopefully it should start talking again.
    It sounds like you two have a Mac that doesn't have a built-in keyboard. So you could easily reset the SMC...

  • API for logging in a function

    Hi,
    is there or will there be a standard API for logging information in a function.
    When a function is executed I would like to store different information e. g. debugging information. So if a function fails, I can see how far the function executed. Of course, I can store such data on my own referencing the actid. But I don4t want to write code for a feature that is already implemented.

    The standard workflow PL/SQL interface includes exception handling, this is the call to the wf_core.context API. This API has about 10 parameters you can use to include useful debugging information, and this will be put on the error stack and visible through the Workflow Monitor or the error notification if you registered a workflow to manage the function activity errors.

    Greetings from another victim!  We are all suffered from HP's poor support of HD 7690M XT... I guess you are talking about Diablo3, right?  With original HP driver, my switchable card can't even function well, so I followed the suggestions from another thred on this forum, update the driver to CCC 12.2 preview.   I ran Diablo3beta on my laptop with CCC 12.2 preview; I could only reach FPS of around 30 on maximum display quality ( my scrren resolution is Full HD).   ( I believe this card is capable of hitting much better FPS if it got a decent driver.)
    Also because my FPS would drop to less than 10 suddenly in games for no reason, I decided  to switch to unofficial driver, Leshcat, together with MSI Afterburner.  Doing this improve the performance significantly, FPS hits around 45.   Nevertheless my graphic card still freezes out sometimes, and I would blame this problem to the driver.   If HP could come up with a new, working driver, I think all the mysterious problems will disappear.
    Unfortunately HP is just deaf to all the complaints from the owners of this graphic card.   
    We are now orphans forgotten by HP...
    PLEASE UPDATE THE DRIVER FOR HD 7690M XT GRAPHIC CARD !!!!!

    While it is possible you have a faulty unit I'd agree that the menu system took a step backwards with the itunes store centric take 2.0+ software. I think I'm in the minority here though. Apart from the 2.0+ top level interface being butt ugly and confusing to navigate, it simply isn't as responsive as 1.0/1.1 and I think most of this is to do with displaying a combined sync/stream menu. if you sync stuff try setting 'show only synced items' in the AppleTv device tabs in iTunes and see if it makes the issue go away - easy to revert back.
    Huge libraries (number of files not actual size of the files) can also be problematic given AppleTV's modest hardware specs but that's more exception than the rule.
    With streaming/syncing combined I also think any network deficiencies show up more than they used to.

    I want to rotate my file on basis of Time. means if my log file name format is HH:MM then after every minute new log file should be created , i am using Size based rotation its working fine.
    Plz Tell me which propety i used to set my logfile name like DATeFormat
    i tried with this Property but failed
    log4j.appender.R.File=%d{HH:MM}
    Simlarly i dont want to bound BackupSize
    log4j.appender.R.MaxBackupIndex=1000
    i want that suppose after 2 Mb automatically start new file and there is no upper bound on that

    But in this case i cannot do Size based rotation
    These properties not belong to DialyRolling.. class
    log4j.appender.R.MaxFileSize=1KB
    log4j.appender.R.MaxBackupIndex=1000
    what i want is if file size grow with in one minute i create new file using RollingFileApender and if size doesnt grow in one minute and minute cross then next minute file should be created , how can i acheive both of these

    According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to audit usage for REST API in SharePoint 2013.
    Per my knowleadge, there is no out of the box way to accomplish this with SharePoint.
    SharePoint 2013 introduces a Representational State Transfer (REST) service that is comparable to the existing SharePoint
    client object models.
    This means that developers can perform Create,
    Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations from their apps for SharePoint, solutions, and client applications, using REST web technologies and standard Open Data Protocol (OData) syntax.

  • How do i stop workstation users from saving their network password or credentials for logging into a 2008 R2 Server workgroup?

    I have a small workgroup of about 30 users that are a mix of XP Pro, 7 Pro and 8.1 desktop / laptop users that connect to a Windows 2008 R2 Server to use Quickbooks Enterprise, share files and printers. I dont want the users to be able to save their password
    on their workstations, I want them to have to log in every time they connect to the server. How do I turn that off?Is the something on the server in Group Policy or a secruity setting that will not allow a saved credential for logging onto the server?

    By connecting to the server, do you mean users log on locally or through remote desktop services, or just through network to access network resources instead of log on to the server directly?
    If it’s log on locally, please disable auto logon feature by configure the registry entry
    AutoLogonCount to 0, it is under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.
    If it’s remote desktop connection, please clear Logon Credentials for corresponding remote desktop sessions.
    If it’s network access, then it is by design because network logon has a single-sign-on feature.

  • Development Environment for Server APIs in Webcenter Interaction 10.3

    Hi, I installed “Oracle Web Center Interaction 10.3" on standard environment mentioned by oracle (Window 2003 server, IIS6.0, SQL Server 2005). Everything works fine concerning the portal and services.
    I also have visual studio 2005 on the same machine and trying to setup a development environment where I can user server APIs (I start with creating IPTSession).
    I am using follwong code to start with:
    /String serverConfigDir = ConfigPathResolver.GetOpenConfigPath();
    IOKContext configContext = OKConfigFactory.createInstance(serverConfigDir, "portal");
    PortalObjectsFactory.Init(configContext);
    IPTSession ptSession = PortalObjectsFactory.CreateSession();
    Problem: code compiles if I add few dlls, but it do not run, it throws following error
    com.plumtree.openkernel.exceptions.OKFactoryException: Error in AOKFactory.createAndInitializeInstance, unable to create object with name 'com.plumtree.openkernel.impl.config.Config' in assembly or JAR file 'openconfig'.
    I think either server APIs are not more supported in 10.3 or I do not know how to setup the development environment for server APIs.
    Can anyone help??

    i have already tried putting hardcoded path but it didn't help, morover the previous line gives me correct path.

    Actualy am trying to place this code and JAR file in com.sap.portal,runtime.logon.par but am not getting any needful output.
    Colud anyonr suggest me how can  we get the Log data usiing Log4J in Portal.

    Yesterday i shutdown my macbook pro normally, but today as soon as i switched it ON, it is showing Others Account for logging in.
    Previously i was logging in with the user which i have created but since today's morning i am not able to see user's account instead i am getting other's account.

  • Practical use of Java Logging API

    There was a recent technical tip about the Java Logging API, but after reading it I still don't understand how to use it in a real situation.
    Can anyone help me with this with a practical example?
    At the moment I have try-catch clauses that catch exceptions and print a message in a System.err log that I can consult if there's a specific problem.
    How should I be using the Logging API? I feel sure that it can help me, but can't see how.

    What if you don't want to write to system.err anymore? What if you need to write something to the windows event log? What if system.err is irrelevant (nt service), ...
