FRAUD SKYPE BILL DEPARTMENT, THEY FOOL YOU FOR YOU...

I too am one of the skype bluffed used, They took more than 2 months to investigate their **bleep** issue, and now concluded me that they are successful in bluffing me that my refund is done successfull even after giving them latest bank proof , bank statements , bank reply, skype history of payment that is showing fake details.
PEOPLE I PREFER DON'T USE SKYPE SUBSCRIPTION AND EXPECT REFUND ALL THESE PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER CARE AND BILL DEPARTMENT, EN_SUPPORT SKYPE MAIL ID ARE FRAUD THEY WILL JSUT DUMP YOU.

You give them a valid credit card that they charge.

    If that iPhone was orignally sold in the US, Out of Warranty replacement cost
    will be
    Phone 4, iPhone 3GS,
    iPhone 3G, Original iPhone
    $149
    Replacement will be an iPhone of the same color and GB. There is no option to upgrade
    using Out of Warranty replacement.

    My note on my ipad and Iphone have an index of the notes to the left on my copnuter!  I wanted to only print the index and the date after the index.  The computer would allow me to print the note but not the date it was indexed or the title to the left! of the index date!  Has anyone ever had this problem!  I am changing laptops and wanted to keep an index printed out for references but delete all the notes from this old notebook! 
    Please note my Ipad automatically changed to the ios7 update even when the Iphone 5 was with my spouse in Norfolk Va.  I had purchased an iphone 5 in feb with 32 gb verses 16 I was happy with it until I thought I was updating itunes to fix bugs and fixes.  It updated the ios7 program and the whole look of the iphone five changed and I am over 58 and have trouble keeping up and did not want to update!  I callled and had 436 days of insurance left on my phone and I asked them to keep te money for the upgrade and just give me back the 6ios. of course it is know.  Apple was trying to helpe get up to speed but the calendar was given me the most difficulty not being able to see appts forward enough to plan very well!  My spouse is retiring from the DOD  and for the first time in his life can have his on cell so I gave him my 5 and still had my old 4 got my ios6 back and  just now the phone is feeling pretty comfortable again for me. The only thing missing is siri i do miss her!  I never anticipated that my ipad would change to the ios7 on its on but the applestore in Tampa said that yes that happens oops! I now will try to self educate myself on the ios7.  I love my ipad but wish it had not jumped to the 7ios.  big problem again is I have is on my 5 it wasa a 32 and I have double or the max of icloud storage but just learned at the apple store that icloud does not store your photos on the cloud.  I am a grandmother and the soul pupose of me purchasing so much icloud storage was for my grandkids pics and now I found out you guys don't do this.  Where do you store the photos for people?   Help!  have mercy on me because even though the 436 days of service from Icloud left on my iphone 5 my spouse is the only one that can use it even tho my ipad automatically switched to the ios 7.  Really am trying to work with you apple because I think you have a better product but as far as customer service you can make an appt at the service center an hour away and then wait inline for 40 minutes for the genuis bar guys to make you feel like an idiot for not figuring this out on your own or I have to pay just to talk to your service department after I already have in my name 436 days left on my service contract!  The contract only goes with the phone even though your update changed my ipad also!  A little customer service that is given free of charge when you have some one really trying to educate themselves on and ios7 that they didn't even want would go a very long way toward keeping your customers happy otherwise once a more friendly tech company that offers the better product tops you. Its over!  You have a great product and people are paying you to help them lean how to navigate it!  The problem is once you have mastered one system that system is updated and you start over!  Maybe you could offe something for everyone!  You see my husband doesn't have to ever call apple because he has and IQ to high to measure!   Unfortunately the service I payed for is with his phone and I now have and I pad with the ios7 that converted automatically and when I call they tell me I must be told there will be a fee charged for this service!   One question I asked the support center apple store is how can the ipad convert when the iphone 5 is at the Norfolk Navy Base with my spouse and the ipad is here in Spring Hill Florida with me.  She said it just happens!  The service center nearest available to me is 1 hour away and I need an appt. With them to ask a simple question!.  Time is a commodity that is becoming more dear to me every day and it seems I am spending a great deal of it trying to solve a somewhat simple question to the experts no more than a 3 minute conversation could set me on the right track but I can't even buy insurance service for my ipad that just converted to ios 7 on its's own!  Sincerely I could use some help

    I have an original iphone which i have had very little, if any problems. I updated to the 2.0.2 software that came out recently and everything was once again going fine. Here's where it gets interesting.
    Two days ago, the bottom row of icons (phone, mail, safari, ipod) stopped responding. All of the other icons on both screen pages work fine. The "slide to unlock" works fine. I have noticed when I go to settings, the bottom icon doesn't respond in any screen either. Luckily, I can still use the phone through contacts and can still receive calls, but with no luck using the "end call" button.
    I've read several of the posts in these discussions and have tried the reset, hard reset, restore, reinstall of 2.0.2. I know I'm not crazy, these icons don't work! Anyone out there ever had this happen or have any suggestions?

Unfortunantly, the screen cracked very badly, and it has become a hazard, not only for the many cuts I have gotton on my fingers from the ipod screen's broken glass, but for what I type (because the screen is cracked so badly, I cannot see what I am doing). The ipod has become pointless to own in its condition. I would like to know how much the repair would be, where the best place to get it done is located, and how much future insurance would cost in the United States. Thank you for you time.

    I am using jmf as a tool to process the video source in my project.I added an h261 encoder as a plug_in and got the successful result.When encoder proessing begined,its output is like below:

    I searched this problem from jmf api,it says like this:
    The input Buffer chunk was not fully consumed. The plug-in should update the offset + length fields of the Buffer. The plug-in will be called later with the same input Buffer.
    But i really don't know how to update the offset + length fields of the Buffer.Is it a problem that will cause my failure???

    I think you should just ignore that...
    That's a message that is internal to the H261 encoder. If you aren't writing the encoder (which you're not, if you're just using the JMF one), then you don't need to handle the buffering for the encoder. That's more than likely just a log message inside the encoder code...
    So no, I don't hink it will cause your failure...

    I think you are leaving a LOT out of this message. That bill from 20 yrs ago probably was only for 1 line, included NO minutes(you probably paid at least $0.30/minute for calling maybe more plus long distance) OR data. With you current bill of almost $200, it looks as if you have multiple lines, you DO have minutes, long distance is included, and you have 3G or 4G data(neither of which were available 20 years ago). You can't really compare your bill of $20 to your current bill. They are not the same thing.
    If you want to make a comparison, 1 individual line(which includes 450 minutes AND long distance) will run you $39.99/month. This same line with 450 minutes(from 20 years ago) would have run you $20(line charge) + $135 for calling minutes + any long distance you may have had.
    You can't compare smartphones such as BB, Android, iPhone, etc... because THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE. The oldest technology, BB, wasn't available until 13 years ago!

    I was told that I was being transfered to the billing department over 180 minutes ago. I have been on hold for over 3 hours and was on the phone with tech for 2 additional hours. This is extremely unprofessional. I was to get a refund for the past 2 months since the issue with PS and DW crashing and the ticket is still open. now i have lost productivity for 2 days due to tech additional day on hold. How is this even possible.

    I am on terminal hold in the chat room.  Tomorrow, I have to try calling them on the phone.  This is what I have sent them so far.

        Hi there nursegrl02! We can help here with your questions regarding the upgrade fee and device charge. The upgrade fee is a one time fee that is applied when upgrading with a 2-year contract. If you pre-order with a two-year contract, you would need to add a credit card to your order as you will be charged for the device once it ships out. If you happen to purchase the iPhone with Verizon Edge, there is no upgrade fee. You will also be billed for the device in installments. You may have to pay a down payment with Edge.  Go to vzw.com/edge for more information.
    Did you upgrade with Verizon Edge or our Device payment plan in the past? If so, that is most likely why you were not charged an upgrade fee.

    iTunes credits are, for example, if you download a song from the store and it's found to be corrupt - if the track can't be fixed then iTunes support will tend to give you a song credit for a free download.
    When you purchase music from the store then any credits that you have will be used first, then any balance that you have (e.g. from iTunes gift cards or allowances), and any remaining amount will be taken from your credit card.

    I am still wondering why iTunes tries to confuse me every time I try to make changes in my preferences, telling me that I "don't have enough permissions", although I am the administrator.
    That's clearly a fault. Whether it's an iTunes problem or a Windows problem I can't say at this time. If you search the Using iTunes for Windows forum for "permissions", you should find threads that can help you sort out this problem.
    Then, changes to the format are not obvious, and I get no notice that I am burning music files as data.
    If you click on a playlist and look at the lower-right of the iTunes window, it says right there what format it will use to burn the playlist.
