Yesterday the time capsule light went off. All efforts to put it on again failed. All electric connections are in good order and working perfectly. Please help me.

I called them this morning. Admits my allergies and sneezing I was able to talk to them.
They will replace it with basically no questions asked.
I guess also having a MBP under AppleCare also helped too as the case is registered under that.
They gave me a few options.
The could take my credit card number as insurance and send me a new one and them I send them my dead one back, or I could take it into an Apple Store for a replacement there. The problem is that I have data on there that I want to maintain, so they said take it to the Apple Store or an Apple Service provider and they would handle the transfer.
I don't have an Apple Store in my city, but have a Service Provider that I know that could do the transfer for me, but I kinda want to do it at the Apple Store because maybe then they would give me a new one instead of another w year tombstone.
So I need to weigh my options.
I'll let you know further what happens.
P.S. my serial number was not in the range listed, but that didn't seem to make a difference. I think the key is to be courteous, respectful and friendly.

Please help with connecting a PC wirelessly to my Time Capsule
Hello,
After great assistance from William Boyd and Bob Timmons (thanks again, guys), I have successfully set up my 1TB Time Capsule and all of my (3) Macs work just fine via Ethernet and/or Wirelessly. Each connect easily to the web and print on all connected printers, Ethernet and USB, connected to the Time Capsule.
However, despite many hours, I can only get a PC running Windows XP to connect to the web and print to all three printers (using Bonjour) via Ethernet, but NOT wirelessly.
My set up is as follows:
DSL Modem, Ethernet Cord 'out' and into the WAN of the Time Capsule (TC)
TC: Ethernet to Apple Laserwriter, iMac computer (but disconnected until I run Time Machine for the first time), Ethernet (Powered) Hub, and USB to a Canon Inkjet Printer. Using WPA/WPA2 Personal.
Hub: Ethernet to a Powered Ethernet Adapter...plugged into the wall. A companion Powered Ethernet Adapter is on the other side of the house, which is connected via Ethernet to a Dual G4 tower and Xerox Laser Printer. There is also an Airport Extreme Base Station connected to the Powered Ethernet Hub for wireless connectivity on that side of the house.
Importantly, prior to the Time Capsule, I had a Linksys Router and the AEBS, and the PC easily connected wirelessly.
Strangely, the PC is not even picking up a wireless signal!!!!.
Can someone assist?

Clearly the PC has to join your wireless network for anything to happen. I suspect this is due to a wireless security setting. Once connected wirelessly, I think you'll be able to print just fine using Bonjour.

If you had installed iOS 7 it would be Activation locked, but I see you only have iOS 5. You do have a backup of you iPad files on your computer or iCloud, don't you?
If the iPad was running iOS 7, the thief/finder will not ever be able to use it.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

HP 4540s will not activate windows 8 from HP recovery dvds, please help

I'm trying to migrate my HP from the harddrive to a new ssd I bought. As far as I know windows 8 is supposed to activate based on the code burned into the machines bios, so I bought some hp recovery dvds online as HP recovery manager no longer seems to ship with these machines, so I couldn't make one, and reinstalled windows 8 onto the machine. After install and connecting to the internet the activation failed, it said the key was blocked. This can't be, this machine came with windows 8 preinstalled, so it must have a valid key and license I've already paid for.
I've tried burning reinstall media using the microsoft media creation tool but that too fails once it connects to the internet to validate the activation
I would prefer to fresh reinstall, I'm not even sure the drive I took out works anymore or isn't altered at this point, plus its larger than my ssd so cloning would be a problem. And I've also read of problems cloning windows 8 secure boot installs regardless. In any case I would like to some how be able to get this recovery to work.
Can someone from HP please help me.

Wow... you seriously over paid for an iPhone.
That probably explains why you have/had no clue you were purchasing a locked device and think it's an Apple problem to get it unlocked. -

If you mean with calling contacts the contacts you see under "Phone - Calling list" I think the only possibility could be an iCloud Backup.
On your 3GS you have to install iOS 5.0 and create an iCloud backup (Settings - iCloud - Backup - start backup now).
If you start you 4S for the first time you have to select "backup from iCloud". If your iphone 4S is already activated without selecting this (at the first time you started the 4S) I think there is no possibilty to get your calling contacts to the 4S.
Actually I'm not sure about that, because I think iCloud backup will not backup your calling list. It will backup f.ex. your messages and other stuff, but the calling list... :/ -
Whenever I select voicemail, it says the number is unavailable from my service. Please help?
Whenever I call my voicemail or 101 to check voice messages, it rings until a voice says "the number I have called is unavailable from this service" and tells me to enquire something. Ringing other numbers and texting is working fine, except voicemail and 101. Please help
ThanksVoicemail is primarily a function of the cellular provider. You may want to discuss the issue with them.

I'm unable to remove my keyboard from my laptop. Please help.
I'm trying to clean my laptop fan due to overheating. So I tried to disassemble my laptop but i'm stuck at the stage where the keyboard should be removed. My laptop model is HP Pavilion dv6-6144ca and I've looked up its manual on removing the keyboard. The manual (pages 71-72 http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02842252.pdf )
instructs to do the following things to remove the keyboard:
1. Remove the Phillips PM2.5×4.0 screw that secures the keyboard to the computer.
2. Rest the computer on its left side.
3. Open the computer.
4. Insert a screw driver or similar thin tool into the keyboard screw hole, and then press on the back
of the keyboard until the keyboard disengages from the computer.
5. Turn the computer right-side up with the front toward you.
6. Lift the rear edge (1) of the keyboard, and then slide the keyboard (2) back until the keyboard cable is accessible.
I'm stuck on step 4. I've tried pushing a screwdriver and then the stick part of a cotton swab through the hole, but I still can't seem to disengage the keyboard, as it should like it's shown in the manual, from the laptop. I even put a lot of pressure when pushing, but still no luck. So I stopped it because I felt I could break something if I put any more pressure than I already did.
I don't know what to do. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Please help.Hi HP-66, welcome to the HP Forums. I understand that you are having difficulty removing your keyboard. Take a look at this YouTube video between 1:45-2:12 which shows someone successfully removing the keyboard.
